the staff here are very uneducated and do not communicate correctly with people, you have to pay fees out of your own pocket for there mistake, totally uncool and unprofessional.

I’ve used Extra Space Storage for work for three years, and they have a spotless, conveniently-​located, and secure facility.
Just this past week, I needed to store some personal furniture at the last minute (after my mother died), following a long-​haul move, and I was able to reserve a unit online at 10pm, then move into it at 9:30am the following morning.
Shuron, the manager, is always most professional and extremely friendly, and will gladly help you out during stressful times.
One tip: their online pricing is always better than on-​site, and their website is easy to navigate and provides accurate advice on sizing needs.

Management and staff are wonderful and facility is spotless and well lit. Compared to other facilities friends have used, this is a five star hotel for your belongings with five star service to boot. Sharon and Chad were a pleasure to deal with.
