Typical dive bar, but what puts them below any others are the shot girls. I was standing with friends when a large women came towards me, pins me against the wall, tells me to «motor boat these titties,» and then grabs my head and shoves me into her chest. This happened a few times, and when I finally caught my breathe she has 4 shots in her mouth and is forcing them into my mouth. I had no choice but to take the shots, and that’s when her act changes. Suddenly she is demanding money from me for something I did not request, and is threatening me with the bouncer and police(which weren’t even in sight). This entire time she still has me backed up against the wall. I give her a few dollars to get away from her. I stayed a little longer after that and saw this act performed over and over again from multiple shot servers. Purely disgraceful and disgusting.

This is the worst place on Bourbon Street. We were minding our own business when a promotor on the street lured us in by telling us it was happy hour upstairs. We get inside and upstairs is closed. So we start dancing and a shot girl with blue lips asks if we want shots. We say no, so she puts 4 test tubes in her mouth and basically shoves them down my throat. The shots went all over me and the ground. Before I can even recover from this, she is attacking my friend with the same con-artist move. Then she looks at me and demands $ 24! When I looked confused about paying for something that was literally pushed on me, she started talking about getting the cops involved. I ended up paying the bartender with my card, who charged a $ 1 fee for using a card, and got out of there as fast as we could. I have never encountered a more sleazy low-life technique for making a sale. What ever happened to just being nice? Don’t waste your time here. Too many other good palaces to go into on Bourbon Street!

Warning: Keep a VERY close eye on your belongings when you go to this bar. My friends and I were standing at a table with our purses sitting in front of us on the table under our jackets. They must have been watching us and caught us when we were distracted… my wallet & phone were stolen out of my purse and my friend’s wallet was stolen from her purse. We noticed it within 10 minutes of it happening and immediately brought this to the employee’s attention. He put out names and phone numbers down in the notes of his cell phone and said if we wanted to talk to a manager to come back the next day. We asked to fill out a report and he told us to do that at the police station. When we went back the next day we were told that the manager wasn’t there again, and we were leaving the next day. We should have kept our purses on us, but this is obviously a place where pick pockets frequent. The place was packed and it has many doors to exit. When we reported it to the police they said that they’ve had many similar situations reported to them from the same place.

Had a blast until a few college kids decided to start a fight with my group of friends. Beware of the bouncers! Some of my friends were thrown to the ground and kicked in the face. 10 on 1 is not a fair fight. They came out of no where and instead of asking questions they decided to beat the crap out of anyone around man or woman. I will NEVER go back. They are lucky they haven’t gotten sued over this kind of behavior.

Krazy Korner was the hardest place I’ve ever had to review. Why? Read on… So we all know that Bourbon Street isn’t exactly high end entertainment… Anything goes on this stretch of New Orleans… topless women in January? yep. Middle Aged Midwesterners puking in the street like they’re in college, sure. Broken bottles and sticky floors in bars? standard procedure. So when we walked in to Krazy Korner I knew I shouldn’t be wearing designer shoes or expect to be carded. Anyway, the band here last Tuesday was AMAZING! They covered everyone from Journey to Tina Turner to Four Non Blondes. We danced the night away here! Then the DJ came on and played Pitbull, Drake and Usher… I mean, we couldn’t leave… the music kept pulling us back in. We had a BLAST. BUT in between tearing it up here… there was robbery in the men’s room, our group was harassed by 2 very busty women that were pushing those colorful shots in test tubes we’ve all seen at cheesy bars. And they were RELENTLESS! and downright forceful. And after they were done forcing people’s faces into their ample chests, they’d quickly want their $ 36! Yes, $ 36 for a few shots and a motorboat. 2 – 3 times I had drinks spilled on me by these ladies after refusing their offers. Lastly, someone in our group put their credit card down at the bar, and it was lost by the bartender. So, while this place is fun, be warned. It is in fact KRAZY. Enter at your own risk.

loved the band and all the fun. We came in and they had a cajun band up and it was so hard to leave but we had to get back. Loved the fun. We came back the next day. Make sure you walk up stairs. great view of bourbon street.

We stopped in briefly(short on time) for just one beer. We chose the place only because of the awesome music pouring out the door. The band was playing cajun-ish rock music and it was great! One hell of a fiddle player. It was a little slow when we first walked in but by the time we finished our beer it was packed from other people also drawn to the music. Wish I could have stayed longer. Never caught the name of the band, unfortunately.

Your average bar. I like that they have traditional cajun bands. No draft beer. 3 for 1s at HH. Strong drinks. It’s divey and if that is where you set your expectations, you will like this place.

Lame attemp at trying to be cool. Terrible music in between sets and way to long of a break between sets. There’s a ctedit card minimum plus a service fee per transaction. In this day and age and in this location, it was the most ridiculous thing I saw on our entire trip.

Krazy Korner is a dive bar on Bourbon with pretty good live music. Drinks are decently priced, and the crowd is pretty fun. It’s not really my scene, but had a pretty good time here.

They don’t care about you. Somebody stole my girlfriend’s wallet and phone and they told us they can’t do anything. They were not cooperative and accepting the event. Secure your belongings before you go.

I’ve been to NOLA several times and I always end up in Krazy Korner. I bar hop several of the bars and always go back here for the band, Radioactive. They are amazing! The drinks are outrageously expensive and the bar tender is one of the worse I’ve ever met due to her attitude, but the band is worth dealing with the poor service. Yes, the shot girls are pushy, but nice if you take the time to talk to them … and they do shove drinks down the mouths of minors without bothering to stop when they are told no(my daughter was only 16 when this happened the first time). In short, it’s a dive bar, but the music is always excellent.

The live music was the best we found on Bourbon St. Drinks we’re reasonably priced. Shot girls and bartenders were friendly. Was a good time.

The music can be quite good here. Drink prices were in line for Bourbon street. It is the typical Bourbon street bar, a bit run down as far as appointments. So nothing very impressive about the facility. But the bands are good, and the folks here are having fun.

What a fun place! We walked Bourban St. Listening to the bands and returned to KK to listen to a fabulous Zydeco band. We stayed several hours, and this was during the day because the band — Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers were exceptional musicians and great entertainers. Dwayne is a master of the accordion and Paul LaFleur is unbelievable on the washboard which I know sounds strange, but is true. He makes the washboard come alive and is a charismatic front man for the band. We returned a second day and were equally engaged. Beers are a good deal and you can steer clear of the girls pushing shooters if you don’t want them. Wish we didn’t live so far away!

Fun place on Bourbon. No lines for the bathroom, 3 for 1 on drinks, balcony over looking Bourbon, and lots of space to dance or play beer pong. I went here friday AND saturday night while I was hanging out on Bourbon.

If you like crazy(errrr…krazy?) bars on Bourbon Street, this is your place to be. I. on the other hand, prefer a more laid-back type of place so which Krazy Korner(are they teamed up with the Kardashians or something?) is fun with its 70s music, awesome MC, and singalongs, it’s still not the place for me. I will say the drinks are cheap and people are always having a good time. If you even show the slightest movement related to dancing, someone is bound to lead you up to the front of the stage to grind against them… Most likely this will be women… Most likely they will be drunk.

Like other reviews have said, this is a standard New Orleans dive bar. Packed with 40 and 50 somethings the house band plays 60s and 70s music. Not a bad place. The standard spirits are cheapo stuff.

I know I’ve stumbled into this bar numerous times, but this was by far my best visit. This time around we went directly upstairs and people watched from the balcony… which was of course legendary. All drinks for 3 for 1, so we had a great time taking down some Abita Ambers and watching the street. Our bartender, Doug, was super friendly and awesome.
