This was my first drag show and I must say it was amazing all the ladies were good and I was laughing and singing along the whole time they really know how to work the crowd and give you attention I left fully satisfied and happy

The drag show was very entertaining and fun. Shoutout to Wednesday Bonet and co for your performances and ability to loosen up the crowd. When the second part of the show began with the regular strippers, my friend and I left. We were only there to see the Queens. A must do if you’re on Bourbon.

Had more fun here than Hustlers across the street, the girls were more entertaining and you can’t beat $ 2 shots of patron for $ 2 Tuesday. I will say this though, watch your pockets… my friend and I got a private dance and she managed to work his roll of cash out of his pocket. Luckily he checked and we found it on the floor magically.

I go to a lot of drag shows and wanted to support them. As far as drags show’s go it really wasn’t that great talent. They lipsynch the music, dancing was average, no comedy and they mostly worked the crowd for money. They got handfuls of bills and loved to sit on the lap of straight men for a reaction. I think k it is interesting how many curious straight folks love drag shows. I was fine until the second half when they brought out a handful of skinny, young women to perform and climb the pole. All of a sudden the performance went from the advertised drag show to show girls. Most of the audience got up and left and the young girls got only a few bills. They didn’t even lipsynch or I tract with the audience. I left. This is my first time posting on Unilocal

This review is for the voodoo/vampire burlesque show only– outside we were told the burlesque show contained acts such as the girls walking on nails and dancing with snakes. We thought it would be a unique show to check out so went in. The show was really just strippers in different costumes and contained none of the«acts» described at the door. It started much later than the time listed so in the meantime it was just a normal strip club. I guess as far as strip clubs go it wasn’t awful, but very disappointing in terms of the advertised burlesque.

This place is great, plenty of girls, bring your GF and watch them take her up on stage(my GF likes girls and I can actually touch her without getting thrown out, watch the single guys get jealous!) The club is clean and well lit, plenty of bouncer presence as well. Just one note, the«Burlesque» show isn’t traditional, it’s just strippers that start in evening gowns and have a gimmick, like a huge snake or hot wax. They still dance for tips and real burlesque dancers almost never do that or get fully nude.

This place pulled me in with their $ 2 drink special that they apparently have every Tuesday. I mean $ 2 drinks at a strip club? You gotta be kidding me! This place was packed but I still managed to find a place to sit at the stage. The girls weren’t quite as hot as across the street at the Hustler Club, but nevertheless, I stayed for at least two hours because they had special theme shows with burlesque style dancers and of course the cheap drinks. This place is definitely worth a stop in especially if you’re looking for something a little different than just t&a shaking in your face.

Stop by to experience awesome drink specials and a burlesque show with a twist. The girls are hot the drinks are cold and the party never ends!!!

Me and my husband stopped in here on a Saturday night/Sunday morning around 5 am when it was basically us and four other people. It was 10 dollars to get in and 30 per private dance. My husband bought me a private dance and it was the greatest dance ever. My dancer was very engaging and«touchy» lol. !

I would give a zero if i could. We were deceived. The staff is extremely rude and they lie about prices. Go somewhere else.

very unhappy couple from new orleans LOCALS!!! asked the door man how much the cover was. he refused to answer and was very rude. when we got into the lobby the woman was also very bitchy(the hostess that worked 1÷27÷15). we asked about two dollar tuesdays which we had attended several times in the past and she said it was for regulars only. this may have been the case, but we have been here a bunch in the past and just looking for a nightap. the way they treated us was ridiculous and could have been handled way better. One overriding theme with this place: Deceitful. They advertise Voodoo Burlesque, zombies/vampires/bdsm, so you think it will be pretty edgy and different. It is just a basic strip club. Topless only. They have 3 «voodoo burlesque» shows each night, I have watched Disney films that are more edgy. I say the entire burlesque show is 6 songs long. I agree with another comment, the front door man and lady in the lobby are rude. Walk in and the place is empty. Dancers pounce you for private dances or to buy them drinks every opportunity they get. Also, I was buying drinks for myself and one of the dancers, got a private dance from her, finished my dance and was considering VIP when a waitress approached and asked if I wanted a drink. I said, no thanks I am fine. She then said just remember there is a 1 drink minimum. So I guess that doesn’t include the 7 jack n cokes I just bought. $ 10-$ 12 for a Jack n Coke and they skimp you on alcohol, maybe half a shot in each drink. I would love to give you a set price but the first Jack n Coke was $ 12 and the others were $ 10, not sure how that works. The thing that made me leave though is they said, 2 for 1 private dance and get a free tshirt! I got a private dance then after asked about the tshirt and was denied. Bait n switch. Almost like saying it is Voodoo Burlesque just for it to be a normal strip club. We get it, you are a business and you want to make money. But can you at least put in a minimum effort to show that you care about your customers?! I will never return and I suggest you find another club. Go to Larry Flynt Hustler instead.

Voodoo burlesque was advertised, but in reality it was just a strip club. The stripping was mediocre with not very beautiful women, but there was absolutely none of the exquisite dancing that I associate with burlesque. Furthermore there was absolutely nothing even remotely voodoo about the stripping. Overall very disappointed.

Classy yet casual seems to say it all. This club really lives up to that. Way less expensive than other clubs in the area. You’ll money will go way further here than at other clubs in the French Quarter. They actually seem to treat the ladies here well(it shows). No one is going to hustle or hassle you here. Great vibe from the staff and the women here. On to what I’m sure you’re interested in… the ladies. Melody(aka the girl with the starfish tattoo) is a real gem. Not only is she nice(really she is!), but she is interesting to talk to, and great at her job. Lovely in appearance and personality! Really great at her job as well. Melody is an asset to the Deja Vu!

As a New Orleans native and one who frequents bourbon street quite often, this is one of my top 5 favorite places to be! The managers are always on their«A game». The bartenders are quick, friendly and very attractive. Of course, I have my favorites but all the dancers are talented and entertaining ;-) and the drinks are more affordable than some of the other clubs. My hubby and I always spend time with this awesome club and it’s great people!

Who doesn’t love to go to a strip club once in a while? You won’t get any arguments out of me on that one. This strip club has cheap drink specials on Tuesdays. $ 2 Tuesdays to be exact. But seriously, DIDYOUREALLYCOMEHEREJUSTTODRINK!!! We all know the real reason people come, to see some boobs! They got some good looking girls here and a wide variety to boot. Best of all they are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. In short if your trolling around on Bourbon street and looking for a strip club check this place out!

The girls were so unattractive. But…they are fairly entertaining. One girl with a big butt and big tummy did some amazing things with her legs and butt cheeks. I laughed so hard watching her that it made paying cover worth it.

This is one of the best strip clubs I’ve been to in years. First, the girls actually dance. They don’t mail it in, they actually have rhythm and they clearly have pole skills. You don’t get inversions, suspensions or spirals in most clubs. Every girl who goes up on stage puts on a show. It’s worth it just to sit and watch them for an hour or two while you drink. Second, there is actually some variety to the women. They are not all bony, blondes with boob jobs(try to say that five times fast). There is a diversity in race, height, shape and body modification. If you want all your strippers to come from Eastern Europe(which seems to be the trend these days) you might be overwhelmed here. Finally, there is no hassle or pressure here. Girls will offer a dance, but they won’t push if they’re not what you are looking for. The prices are no higher than any other normal bar in the area and security isn’t constantly looking at you as if your standing in the prison yard with a shank in your hand. It is a place you can actually relax and enjoy yourself. I haven’t been to a strip club in NYC as good as Deja Vu. NOLA can be proud of its achievement. Have fun. G

I’ve gone weekly to $ 2 Tuesdays for the better part of a year now and I’ve stopped in on a few other nights as well. I’ll say that the experience can vary depending on a lot of things, but all in all it’s usually a good time without breaking the bank. My tips are as follows: 1. If you want a table, get there early(before 11pm), particularly if you have a group of four or more with you. 2. Tip the door girl. If you become a regular, she’ll give you the regular price even when they jack up the cover during season and will occasionally let you in for free when she can. 3. Tip the bartenders/waitresses like you would at any other bar. It gets busy and they will remember you and take good care of you, even when it is. 4. Be nice to the girls. Tip every now and again, especially when no one else is. Do this because it’s good karma and because it’ll earn you the appreciation of the staff too. They notice, trust me. Tuesday nights at Deja bring out a good mix of a crowd and when you want to have a strip club outing without feeling buyers remorse the next morning, this is your best chance on Bourbon street.

Let me start by saying that I’m not a guy who normally goes to or even really enjoys strip clubs in general(sounds blasphemous, right?). Despite this fact, at some point during my yearly excursion to the Crescent City, I always find myself wandering into Deja Vu. Pros: 1. The lower level of the club is pretty spacious, which allows you to find room away from the stage. 2. Seating is VERY comfortable. 3. It’s a nice cool place to stop if you’re trying to get out of the sun. 4. Most of the women I’ve seen there are very attractive. The cons for this place are pretty much in line with any strip club I’ve been to; so all in all… I’ve found that in my limited experience that Deja Vu is probably one of the better establishments of its kind.
