Bourbon Street Balcony

Our group rented the balcony at 232 Bourbon Street for a party of 41 people. Carol was fantastic and made our event truly memorable. Carol responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately (unlike the other folks renting balconies where you had to pull teeth to get a reply). The package she put together was fantastic and she was extremely easy to work with. Carol even connected me with a caterer… Emily at Deanie’s Seafood who was also fantastic. The space itself was perfect… it was well decorated and in great condition and most importantly the balcony was HUGH!!! Thank you again Carol for helping us have such a great time.

I rented the 232 Bourbon Street balcony in 2009 and in 2013! Both experiences were fantastic. We needed a space for an appreciation event for our customers who were in New Orleans for Microsoft Convergence Convention. Our experience was so great that we rented the space twice for the same kind of event.
A full bar and New Orleans-​inspired hors d’oeuvres were fantastic and the location was superb. The owners, Carol and Bob, were very helpful and easy to work with when choosing the catering menu and drinks. The balcony was a fun way for our group to see Bourbon Street, was nicely decorated for our event, the private bathrooms were very clean, and the space easily accomadated our party of 55 during the cocktail party.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fun event on Bourbon Street.

I rented the 232 Bourbon Street balcony for my brothers bachelor party using
and we had a great experience. I did a TON of research before selecting a space for our 23 friends and this location was by far the nicest and most moderately priced venue that I could find. In addition to that, the location is absolutely perfect and right smack in the middle of the heart of Bourbon. The owners, Carol and Bob, were very gracious hosts and communicated so well with me through the entire booking process and the evening itself. The balcony itself was easy to access, very clean, extremely spacious and included plenty of sitting area, private restrooms and a large balcony that easily accommodated 23 of us with room for more.
Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this service to others!
