Do yourself a favour and get a whole tres leche cake, you won’t regret it. The best cake I’ve ever tasted. They also have a few other cakes. I’ve tried the red velvet it’s good but not like the tres Leche. This place is amazing, I would go everyday if I could.

This is the only place to enjoy and indulge in tres leches cake in NYC! The other cake are good, but the tres leches is the best! I highly recommend picking one up for your next Summer event. You will be the hit of the party.
The also do custom cakes and designs on tres leches cakes — I highly recommend pre-​ordering.
But at the very least, pick up a piece. You will thank me.

I am not huge reviewer but I am a huge fan of the infamous Spanish dessert Tres Leches Cake… and so few places offer a version of it that is even good. Until one day I bumped into this small humble bakery that is a hidden gem in East Harlem. Not only do they have the best tres Leches cake I have ever tried (this beats desserts I’ve tried at even some of the top rated Latin Restaurants in NYC) but the owner is the sweetest gentleman ever! This bakery is near my sons school in East Harlem so pretty much any day I pick him up from school is an opportunity for me to get some of this amazing dessert and bring a treat home. Their other baked goods are delicious as well but their star is definitely the Tres Leches cake. I wish every Latin American restaurant sourced their Tres Leches from here. If you are a fan of this dessert I recommend the trip to East Harlem to try this yummy dessert. Then walk south west to Central Park and burn off the calories!

The tres leches cake literally melts in your mouth and the milk is the perfect blend of rich, smooth, sweetness without being overly cloying or detracting from the cake itself.

If you own or manage a restaurant, try a free sample and add these delights to your menu. Lucky that so many Dominican restaurants order from here, so NYC’ers can enjoy even when in the outer boroughs. Yum!
