let me sing the praises of t-​mobile. the customer service is awesome: you actually get a real person on the phone instead of a computer, and really quickly too. they care! (or pretend to).
this t-​mobile store is so kind. when my blackberry got water damage and my contract wasn’t up for another five months, i was told at another location that i couldn’t get the discount on a new blackberry and would have to pay full price. the salesgirl at this t-​mobile called corporate for me and helped work it out so i got the discount 5 months in advance. they saved me hundreds of dollars.
