This branch of Verizon has the best service out of any in the city. They are incredibly helpful at deciphering different data and phone plans and also will help you get the best deal possible. Would recommend 100%.

I had great service when I bought my new iPhone. Other than the usual push to buy insurance (don’t do it!), there was no hard sell. In fact, I’d done some research before stopping in, and the information my sales person gave me was spot on. Also, I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Overall, the shopping experience exceeded expectations.

Vic and his team are incredible. They go way beyond what one imagines as ‘great service’. They sorted all my trouble witch changing provider (T-​mobile to Verizon), they backed up and transferred all my info on the old iPhone and had amazing patience with someone who dreads anything technical like that. It took a little while and I was offered water and made at home. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone who has to deal with Verizon or anything mobile phone related. Definitely worth going out of your way.
