Solid Jamba, though they need to explain how receiving the items you paid for a bit better.

Jamba Juice is one of the most refreshing things in NYC. However, I (like the other reviewers) am tired of the unprofessional staff. There is no excuse for giving the wrong change when the register tells you exactly how much to give! This has happened twice. It also takes longer at this Jamba Juice than other locations — not sure why, but I can forget about that as soon as I taste the amazingness that is my Peach Perfection. I will say this though — the place is always spotless.
In conclusion:
5 stars = smoothies
2 stars = staff
3 stars = overall.

I will give the place this, it’s the biggest Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. So much room, wow is it really even needed. Will agree that the staff is a tad young and not the beacon of professionalism, but what can you expect. I am just in and out with my drink.

I’m a fan of the frozen wonderfulness, especially during the summer when I can’t fathom eating a real lunch.
However, this jamba juice is HORRENDOUS. I pass it a few days per week while errand running near my office and am always tempted to go in and indulge. But everytime I do, I end up with a laundry list of regret.
I have never seen a more unprofessional staff. These assholes make our friends working at Duane Reade seem customer service oriented. They do nothing but scream and throw things at eachother while taking about 10 minutes too long to make my fucking smoothie.
Don’t kid yourself into thinking you can grab a quick drink here. Even if no one else is inside, you’ll be lucky to escape in an un-​agitated state. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I love their concoctions. They’re great, and they deserve their franchise status. I now understand the long lines in the mornings, the afternoons, after work, etc… My personal favorite is the Razz-​ma-​tazz. I never feel a boost from their special boosters, so I can’t recommend those. I can’t remember the last place that offered such smooth refreshing juices. This place is tops in my book. If only they weren’t sooo expensive.

Not that I HATE Jamba Juice, but i HATE this particular one.
I’m forced to go to it at least once a week because it’s the closest one to where a friend and I take an class.
The smoothies are sour– from what? I have no idea, but as I said– being that I don’t HATE Jamba Juice, I know that the smoothies don’t regularly taste like crap.
And aside from that, during one of my visits I saw cleaning products next to where they prepare the smoothies and one of the workers was scrubbing down the floor (water and soap EVERYWHERE) in a manner that didn’t even allow people to pass through to pick up their smoothie.
YUCK.
