There is a new guy working in the morning. He is very unclean, and have the worse attitude. He makes the commercial about making your sandwich how you want a big fat lie. Watch for prices as he likes to over change. On 1⁄7 about 7:37am visit he tried to serve me on a dirty liner. I took a chance this morning 1/8@7:30 hoping the older gentleman that used to be there would be there today, but there this rude guy was again. I believe in 2nd chances so I ordered. The worse attitude ever, then I was over charged. He cuts my footlong in half and then charges me for 2 sandwiches. Also food that falls on the counter from other sandwich he puts back in the container. When I complained about being over charged he got all in my face and demand that I pay and get out. Told him I would call corporate he says who cares. I am not desperate for food that I will ever return to that subway.

This place has really gone downhill. The change machine has been broken for some time, the staff is constantly changing and most importantly, have been closed due to health assessments at least twice recently.
A good alternative is the subway near Keats/​Palm 2 just a few blocks north.

This Subway is a hit or miss.
There have been times I have come here and the service was friendly and on-​point. When you get the friendly staff, they also give you discounts left and right. However, I have also been here when the service was slow, not so friendly, and they messed up my order beyond repair. The most recent time I stopped by, they dropped half my foot-​long on the floor and rather than re-​make the entire sandwich, they made a 6-​inch and screwed up the ingredients. The one perk that remains consistent with this location is that it’s 24-​hours, which is great if it’s late and you’re hungry but don’t wanna eat at Mickey D’s next door.

The fact that this place is 24 hours now is definitely a perk. These guys definitely serve some fresh sandwiches. Sometimes, I really wonder how they do it.
The chicken bacon ranch is pretty outstanding.
More importantly, the service here is great. The people are friendly and welcoming whenever i come by to visit. Definitely happy that this is around the block from my place.

The staff is outstanding here.
Definitely one of the better Subways in Murray Hill. There’s one down the street, in the 30’s but… this is definitely the cleanest.
They always yell a greeting when you arrive, «Welcome to Subway!» — I think it’s friendly!
