Very poor unprofessional service. I had come to this subways once before in the summer, and then it was fine. Now it is evident by the service that things are declining in that location.

I am a loyal subway customer and have been eating at Subway chain for years. The rating is for this particular location. Please check your receipts before leaving the store(instead of tossing it away). Try to avoid the Asian looking guy with glasses, he would put in chips in your order even if you did not order them. Once you check your receipts, you should claim your bag of chips.

Subway… I don’t really like this chain. Their sandwiches are bland to me, so whenever I decide to go, I try to make the sandwich as unhealthy with oils & mayo as possible. The prospect of having bacon & avocado, while I was starving, proved to be enough to draw me in their store again. I think we ask know that the store would get 1 or 2 stars for service & accommodations, so I’ll just rate the taste. I’m not sure how Wendy’s does their bacon but it tastes like bacon. The stuff at Subway is something else though. I couldn’t even taste it even though I saw it placed in my sandwich. Fortunately, the peppers, lettuce, olives, chipotle, honey mustard, and oils created a great combination of flavors with the avocado. Oh, and the double chocolate chip cookies were really fresh & good. Their cookies are actually always good, but I wouldn’t rush to get that sandwich again.

Ok, that’s twice now I found a hair in my food. This is no longer a coincidence. There a few other locations within a couple of blocks — I say pick one of those instead.

I made the mistake of going here for lunch today — so i asked for lettuce and spinach as my toppings for my sandwich. I was told I couldnt have both, only one of the two… it would cost me a $ 1 extra for both. So basically I asked for spinach and wanted lettuce, it would cost me a $ 1 extra LOL this is embarassing, when did lettuce or a little sprinkle of spinach ever cost $ 1 extra at Subways. And I get to the register, and find out my Oven Roast Chicken which used to be $ 5 last summer which they raised to $ 5.50 is now $ 6.00. Kick me in the balls will ya? yet the other Subways in the area still charge $ 5.50. Hope they spent my $ 6 + tax wisely, it’ll be the last they see of me.

Not particularly clean floor, but the tables were neatly kept. Two staff members for the store, so not sure why they didn’t have time to clean. The bread warmed. Not as heavy on the toppings as other Subways I’ve been to, though… that’s a distinct downer. Especially not generous with the olives and sweet peppers.

It’s Subway, no high expectations but I’ve seen cleaner. Go to 2nd and 30th instead.
