The worst starbucks that exist!!! The workers are unprofessional and rude. I hate this place, they never make my drinks correctly and they are always out of something.

As a loyal Starbucks customer this Starbucks just sucks. They never have enough people and they are always short on something soy milk, no ice no med cups always something. The baristas that work there are very young and always seem more interested in their conversations with each other then helping out a customer. By far the worst Starbucks ever.

This review is for the Starbucks inside the Target at East River Plaza. This place is the very definition of the word disappoint. Regardless of your views on the quality of the coffee served at Starbucks, hopefully you can agree with me that – much like a McDonald’s or other fast food restaurant – their mediocrity is balanced by their consistency. You visit a Starbucks assuming that they will have the same products as another Starbucks and will be able to fulfill your order in a reasonable amount of time. Somehow, this particular outlet has shown itself to be perpetually unable to meet these most basic of expectations. No matter how short the line, you can rest assured that it will creep forward at a pace somewhere between that of a glacier and pet rock. I think an illustration of the general incompetence perpetually on display here may be in order: On a recent weekend during my visit there appeared to be three employees devoted to this tiny kiosk. Two were behind the counter occasionally making drinks and taking orders while another was out front doing God knows what. There were four people in front of me, two of whom ordered brewed coffee, and it took almost 10 minutes until somehow was ready to take my order. This was a very warm day and I had been passing my time in the purgatory of the slow moving line dreaming of an iced coffee. If your expectations have been adequately set by the preceding description, you can no doubt predict what happened – they had not yet made any iced coffee; the store had been open for well over an hour. I thanked them for wasting my time and left. If you are planning a trip to Target, heed my advice and get your caffeine fix before your visit.
