Terrible. Whoever they have working at night has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there wasn’t even enough to cover one half of a bagel with a thin layer. Terrible. Such a ripoff.

Morning staff here is great and there is almost never a line. They are super speedy and will provide you with your coffee and doughnut in no time! After this dunkin donuts I always wonder why other locations have such slow service! I usually wait ten min just to get coffee and a sandwich at other locations.

Meh sounds about right. Had a caramel latte today, which was okay. Had a dunkaccino after work the other day, which was terrible. My friend had a regular coffee, and that was terrible too. The donuts and baked goods seem to be more fresh in the pm when compared to other dunkins in the area. This place is more like a miss in the afternoon though. It’s on our way to the RFK/Triboro Bridge so it’s in a convenient location for us. It’ll have to do for now.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible food. Horrible staff. Don’t even give you a cup for water on a hot summer day, even if you purchased food.

Since it’s new ownership, this place has done completely downhill. Normally I would not even bother to write a review cause a Dunkin Donuts is simply that and most of them are all the same. However, the new management in this place as well as its new workers, deserves to be called out for. I have been going to this place ever since it opened a few years ago. The workers were wonderful and everything was great. Since one year ago, new management came in and not only got rid of most of the great workers,(who lived in the neighborhood) but replaced them with completely unknowledgeable nighttime(since that is mostly the time I can go) workers who cannot make coffee properly and cannot communicate either. On top of that, all the prices were raised and jacked up. I would not mind this if the service was good, but combined with poor customer service, this place needs to be closed down until new management takes over. I recently went there and tried to order a sandwich. The night worker said the grill was closed. I have NEVER heard of a Dunkin Donuts which refused to make sandwiches at night. He said this was their policy to close the grill at night. NEVER heard that before from any other store. Secondly, I ordered a small Coolata. The guy put too much syrup in it, to the point where it was undrinkable. I told the worker that it was too much and asked him to redo it. He REFUSED. He said«This is the way it’s made.» I simply left the place in disgust. I cannot express how bad the nighttime staff is at this place. It surely is a dark spot in this area now and I am baffled at how bad the service is.

I’ve been giving this DD a million chances to make their coffee stronger. Coffee is watered-down every single time and it tastes like multiple pots are being run on the same filter. Comparing to other DDs I tried around New York, this is the closest to my home but the worst in quality.

Your typical Dunkin Donuts anywhere around the city. It’s not that big and combined with a Baskin Robbins and run by Indian/Pakistani and sometimes Hispanic staff. Seating is quite limited and there’s an ATM inside. Service in the morning is pretty fast but sometimes it can get slow due to some really asshole customers wanting too many specifications on their drink or order. Not a bad place to pick up some Java if you’re in the area as there are NO Starbucks within 1 mile radius from this area in East Harlem.

Slow, not enough employees and such a turn over of employees that they are perpetually confused regarding orders. I have gone here for three years and have seen many people turn around and walk out. It is not one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts.

What can I say? When I’m hungover and I can’t cook breakfast before work, nothing does me as good as a sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant from DD.

I was in the neighborhood volunteering for the New York City marathon.(Do this! It takes time and energy, but I thought it was worth it.) Thanks to fellow volunteer Kei, I got to experience Dunkin Donuts coffee with milk and cream(which I rarely add)! She also picked up a croissantwich with egg and sausage which hit the spot. I’m sure there are better local options, but Dunkin Donuts was close to our volunteer stations. Sometimes all you need is convenient, consistent fast food.
