I had a problem with an out-​of-​stock item and Diana, the manager solved the problem and made sure my nephew, the game buyer was happy. I really appreciate when we came back to pick up the item, she recognized my nephew and extended her hand for a handshake in a very professional manner.

You would think that this place would not be crowded because it’s somewhat out of the way, but that’s not the case. Every little kid who gets dragged along to go shopping with their parents apparently comes here after wards and plays demo games until the end of time! I’ve been here a handful of times and the checkout line always takes long. I have to give credit to the staff though, they are helpful, make sure you have what you need, and are not pushy or trying to convince you to spend money buying some crap you don’t want. Thumbs up for that.
When I needed Wii accessories, they were able to save me money by selling me used equipment after I walked into the store not even knowing what the pieces were called. I said something like «You know, the wire that you plug into the back of the TV?» and «Can I get one of those things that you plug into the controller with the joystick on it?»
They don’t do anything particularly bad, but they can definitely work on servicing those long lines a little better.
