Always charge you more than they need, socks never come folded. The service used to be good now they just don’t care about there customers. If you have a different option go for it!!!

This is a review of their wash and fold service. I am ashamed that I used them for over a year before I finally stopped giving them the benefit of the doubt and realized they just royally suck. They are the cheapest in the neighborhood for a reason.
My clothes came back stained with grease spots, often more dirty than when they were sent out. It’s as if their machine did not use water or soap and just tumbled in an old leaky machine. They never smelled clean and often had an odd odor. The final straw was a set of sheets that got completely ruined on their first wash. The sheets smelled as if they were shoved into a mechanics’ pile of greasy rags. I ended up hand washing them at home and although they smelled much better, the stains remained and had to be thrown out.
I realized over time that they send their laundry out for wash and fold and given their bottom of the barrel prices, I suspect they use a sketchy service in Chinatown that don’t use soap but literally just fold your dirty clothes.
Lastly, their pickup guy could never work our buzzer which is no different than any other NYC buzzer. No other delivery person EVER had issue, but this one couldn’t figure it out. I actually went downstairs and show him 4x over and still he wouldn’t understand. They also were NEVER on time. We would call at 8am and they would often not pick up until after 10am, 2hours later and after reminder calls.
I don’t know how these guys stay in business. Clearly people would rather pay less money for no wash but fold.

I was in a need for wash and steam ASAP. I was recommended to go here by the doorman in my building. I’m so glad I went. The service was friendly and even though I came a bit late in the morning and they weren’t sure if they can do it, they said «sure». I came about 5 hours later and it was ready with great service and a smile. I’ll be back and so should you!

George the owner and his staff are amazing. Best fluff and fold in NY.
This place is so terrific for locals — he’ll pick up and delivery. You can give him the keys to your apartment and he’ll bring it right inside your door.
