I was skeptical with other reviews, but just got a suit back on time and they did a great job. I travel a lot and my suit was a mess.

Wish I’d seen the reviews prior to using this service. Try #1 — didn’t deliver when they said they were going to; had to call numerous times to find out when laundry would be delivered. Try #2 — delivered on time, but lost brand new pillow case. How difficult is it to do the job your business is meant to do? Much prefer to do my own laundry, but building’s gas is currently out-​of-​service. They are also very expensive. Would not even have given one star if Unilocal would allow that.

The fact that I’m so impassioned to write my first Unilocal review, hopefully will speak to how HORRIBLE this business is…
I brought a small bag of laundry in for wash and fold last week for the first time. Even though I had underwear separated into a lingerie bag, the underwear came back frayed, torn, ripped, and ruined. And my laundry bag and lingerie bag lost. When I called the Manager, «Anton», at first he did not want to identify himself as the manager. Though it hardly mattered in the situation, as he was no help otherwise. He stated that he didn’t see me in the system and when I said I could provide a credit card receipt he proceeded to give me a complete runaround.
Ahhhhhh, «FANCY CARE CLEANERS» is a joke of a name. Not only can they not do their job, but they can’t handle basic customer service. I wish I could give them a negative star… And be there when they go out of business.

Horrible! I brought two beautiful white coats to them and they ruined both of them. The first — a Burberry coat — came back looking grey. The wool was pilled and matted. I didn’t even recognize it! The second coat had silver buckles. One of the buckles was actually ripped off the coat. They didn’t even make a note on the plastic or attach the buckle so I could have someone competent fix the coat. So amazed this place is still in business.
Don’t go here if you like your clothes!
