The store is usually neat and clean so thats good but that cashier customer service needs some help. Amanda was the cashier one day and she literally texted on her cell phone the entire time will taking care of me. What the heck is that?! The cashiers need a customer service/etiquette class.

About once a month I have to pick up a prescription here and every single time there’s a problem. The pharmacy staff is highly disorganized and doesn’t pay attention to customers; I’ll spell out my last name(which is only 5 letters) and they’ll pull a script out for someone completely different. Multiple times I’ve been told conflicting information from different staff as well. If it weren’t the most convenient option for me(as the pharmacies up in Washington Heights where I live are even worse), I would not go here at all.
