The worst pizza. Please do yourself a favor and don’t spend your $ in this garbage… I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the wings. The pizza had no taste at all and the wings smelled so bad and was so oily. I would never make the mistake from ordering from this place even again…

Pizza boss is decent pizza. There are definitely better pizza parlors in the area. The pizza is cold but the sauce is very good

Had a plain slice here on Sunday night after the Super Bowl. Pizza actually wasn’t bad, still not good but not nearly as bad as the first time around. I thought, «Maybe Dana White has turned things around here.» Then this afternoon, I see that they were SHUTDOWNFORMICEINFESTATION. Great. Fantastic. Glad I just ate here three days ago. Guess you can disregard the part in my original review where I said the place was at least clean.

Good sauce. Average crust. Cheese overload.

This is high level Elios pizza marked up 500%. This is not real pizza. Delizia 73 or Italian Village are much better options.

Good pizza. Not necessarily what I think of when I think«NY pizza» though. Go here if you want a good slice on the go, but if you’re looking for authentic New York pizza, keep looking(though from what I’m told that’s slim pickins on the UES).

Was hoping for a decent slice south of 84th on 2nd, no such luck. Sorry Pizza Boss. Too much sauce, too much seasoning in the sauce, sliding cheese, messy slice. You’re much better off walking 5 minutes to Delizia.

Mingie! I’m surprised by some of these reviews. You people don’t know Italian food. If you find yourself hungry… Keep walking up a few blocks to Italian village. Food is very basic and bland. The pizza, I’d believe it was frozen if you told me. They use cornmeal in the oven so the pizza does not stick — works but that’s just not how it’s done.

Had a pepperoni and cheese pizza here. Gotta say it delivered. I’m more of a sauce guy and the sauce was rich and there was enough of it. The cheese and toppings were solid also. The only down side was my boy decided to use my shirt as a napkin. It’s not there fault that he can’t hold his liquor. lol

Soooo delicious! I had the pasta pizza and bruschetta slice and they were so yummy and worth it! Best in the UES :)

Great pizza. Place has some interesting slices such as grilled eggplant and buffalo chicken. We had a few different slices including the plain cheese new york style slice. Everything was great. The slices are about a 5″ x 5″ square and go for about $ 4 – 5 per slice. There is also a fridge of different soft drinks including some of their own(had their own labels) sodas including black cherry and lime ricky sodas. Pizza was filling enough but not too heavy. Plan to go back to try some more things. a few tables with chairs. The whole place probably accommodates about 12 people or so.

Decent pizza. Nothing special in what we ordered(pepperoni and sausage, grandma, plain), but great for a quick bite. Their slices are super thin, even the rectangular ones. Which makes their slices kind of hard to handle. Here are the individual reviews: –Grandma slice: maybe because my expectations were super high, it was a bit of a let down. The sauce was good with a slice hint of sweetness to it, but really not special in my books. –Plain slice: It was good but the crust was super thin and soft which made taking the slice off the plate extremely hard. I normally don’t like folding my slices, but I didn’t have much of a choice this time but to do so with their slice. –Pepperoni and Sausage slice: Very good and the best slice we got in this visit. Lots of flavor and the thin crust actually complimented the slice and didn’t take away from it. Only downside was that because it didn’t have a rim, it made eating it inconvenient as the grease had nowhere to go but down your hands. Conclusion: decent pizza place. I’ve been to worse but I’ve been to a lot more better ones. Having everything thin crust style was a cool change but making it just a slight thicker could make it easier to eat. I would stop here again, but not a place I’d go out of the way for. 3.5STARS!

Worst Pizza ever!!! NYC is known for great pizza on every corner. This stuff was total crap. The crust was way too dry. In fact the whole pie was way too dry. Have you guys heard of sauce? On top of that they screwed up my order. I asked for Sausage, Pep, Mush and peppers. They gave me that plus little pieces of chicken I did not want. Totally changed the taste of the pie — not for the better. I know thy have some good reviews, but I cannot for the life of me understand why. This is really lousy pizza. My recommendation is don’t bother.

Good basic pizza — like what you would get from your Brooklyn/Queens/Staten Island neighborhood pizza parlor. They have a fairly large assortment of pizza toppings but no garlic knots. The services friendly and delivery is fast.

Really good buffalo chicken slice! All guys that work here are always really cool too especially Damien. I go here now at least twice a week for the awesome buffalo chicken pizza and friendly/fast service! Oh they have a chicken bacon ranch slice that I’m dying to try too.

I love the pizza at this place! I’ve always ordered Seamless from here, but their pizza is still amazing! The only time I had a hard time with them was during a snow storm and they didn’t have the pizzas I ordered so the owner gave me a hodgepodge of whatever they had left. I wasn’t a fan of their white pizza or eggplant pizza, but that had less to do with them and more to do with me not liking those pizzas in general. I usually order a 10′ pizza and I love that the crust is so thin. The toppings are always fresh, especially the vegetables. The price is great, for a plain 10′ it is less than $ 8, with 3 toppings, tip, and tax, I ended up paying around $ 13. VERY well priced for delicious pizza! If you’re ever looking for hot pizza on a cold night, I highly suggest ordering from these guys.

Eggplant pizza. Done. Call it a day. It’s the diced up eggplant. No cheese. Holy moly. I don’t like eggplant. I ate it one day by mistake. And that day my friend, was the day my life changed. It is so sweet. So savory. So darn good. Wow. I now can say I like eggplant. Thank you Pizza Boss for this gift. I love their buff chicken too. IT“S ALLSOGOOD!

I was pretty impressed with Pizza Boss. It was really really flavorful and delicious without relying on salt(as other pizzerias do). They’re on seamless, so that allows me to avoid unwanted human interaction, though I have to deduct points for the sloppy delivery. My pepperoni slid all over the place, and there was some drama in that they didn’t have the Perrier we ordered in stock, and didn’t tell us, so the deliveryman was confused, and we had to call, etc… it was annoying. But that won’t deter me from ordering again this weekend.

This was my first meal after moving around the corner from Pizza Boss. Delivery of 2 medium pies and 4 cans of soda ran me $ 48 and change before tip… yikes! Minus one star for the price. I can undoubtedly find equally delicious pizza in the area for a fraction of the price! As for the second star? After giving my CC info over the phone and authorizing a payment including tip, they charged my card a slightly higher amount than what I authorized. The overcharge is nominal, but I hate when establishments charge an amount I didn’t authorize. Pizza Boss later explained it was the way their system was set up. If they had told me this before they charged my card, I couldn’t have cared less. But I hate when places don’t say anything and think the customer just won’t notice or care. On top of not informing me ahead of time, they also didn’t give me a receipt. It wasn’t until I was looking over my CC activity online that I caught this. Anyway, so the manager was nice enough to tell me he’d refund the overcharged amount… but then he never did. Hence, the second deducted star. Overall, delicious pizza, horrible prices, shady business practices. I probably won’t give this place any more business.

OMG I have NEVER had such amazing pizza. And I’m talking plain cheese pizza. I’ve tried some of their specialty pizzas as well which were also fabulous but seriously the cheese pizza makes my taste buds do a happy dance in my mouth. I’d plan on getting the pizza to go as the interior is pretty small and only has about 2 – 3 tables. For an NYC pizza parlor it’s absolutely beautiful though. And the employees there are FANTASTIC. When I went with my mom a few days ago we were taking turns going in since I had my dog and one of the employees came out to chill with my dog while we ordered. Talk about some great service! If you’re in the mood for pizza, you HAVE to check out this place. Your taste buds will thank you.
