I wish I didn’t have the option to leave a star, this is how BAD I rate this place.
Do NOT trust these scam artists, I learned the hard way… BELIEVE ME! Steven sold me a FAKE Balenciaga handbag and denied it until the end. He did give me a full refund when I confronted him, he was obviously concerned that I was going to make a scene in his store. BUYERS BEWARE!!! His whole store is full of counterfeit merchandise, and now he has moved to a second location on Broadway street (not broadway west), in SOHO. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE.

Just bought a Louis Vuitton bag here without thoroughly examining it. It is a knockoff. The lining is rubbing off! Real Louis bags don’t do that. Beware! Next day the owner let me exchange it to an authentic LV. Now I am happy.

Stephen is an amazing person, working in the industry I have found incredible pieces for my clients at an amazing price. Don’t be afraid to ask him for something you are looking for, you never know what he might have!
He took his time and showed me around his shop that had a lot of new and vintage designer items that surprised me! I bought a Celine bag from him for personal use and I was so happy! I plan to continue to shop here and would encourage anyone looking for authentic designer items at a great price to stop by!

I wish I could give zero stars to a place that does not honor its own business hours. I passed by hoping to buy a Miu Miu purse or something, but I didn’t even have a chance to browse because they closed before 7:00pm when their hours clearly state 8:00pm on their front door. I knocked on the door thinking that I had to be buzzed in and the guy inside waved his hands across at me to shoo me away as he walked away from me. I stayed there in hopes of getting an explanation as to why they were closing early. He ignored me at first and then continued to shoo me away. When I asked him why they advertise as closing at 8:00pm and close before 7:00pm, he offered no apology, explanation or any words whatsoever. I cannot believe a business that’s trying to sell high end bags would just dismiss a potential customer without even giving them the dignity of speaking to them to offer an explanation. I’m never even going to attempt to walk into this business again because I cannot imagine how they would treat me if I were to try to PURCHASE something.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I bought a Chanel flap bag 2.55 medium from here and from 2002 and paid 2700 for it! The quality was okay and I was happy with it until I searched the serial number online and found out he paid $ 1600 for the bag 3 weeks earlier online. A shady store to say the least. Stay away!!!

Moet was a pleasure to work with. He really cares about his clients and makes sure to engage and help his clients to find the perfect item in his store. He also offers follow up services to make you feel comfortable about your purchases. Came in to check out the goods and ended up leaving with two beautiful bags. I can’t thank you enough. Walked in by chance, saw a Hermes scarf in the window and ended up finding a great unique shawl for a night out. A nice selection of designer handbags, sunglasses, and unique jewelry. All at less of a price than you’ll find in surrounding stores.
