I had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at this store! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they went above-​and-​beyond with customer service. The bags are beautiful and oh-​so-​practical for everyday. I am one very happy customer!

I always stop in this shop when visiting NYC. The bags are high end and splurged and purchased one on my last visit. It is my favorite bag.
The staff is super helpful, let me try different styles and helped me decide upon which bag is was a good fit for my style.
I love all the bags, and they are very well made.

I happened by the Jerome Dreyfuss store in Soho on Broome Street. The handbags in the windows caught me eye. They have the greatest collection in this store. It is a must see if you are in NYC. I have a wallet and bag that I got a few years ago in the Midwest city that I am from but I had no idea how extensive their collection really was. Wonderful animal prints and leather selections as well as colors. Katie was so much help that day and even though I could not decide she emailed me picture when I got home. Rachael was also a doll and helped with my decision and I finally bought a wallet/​clutch and small pouch. I also have a decision to make on a handbag to get in a couple weeks. They go out of their way to help you find the perfect item for you at the right price for you. You have to check this

On my recent annual pilgrimage to Jérôme Dreyfuss, this was my best visit yet. The sales associate, Rachel, managed to be super-​attentive, informative, and helpful all the while training a new associate (who also was very helpful). I got to see both of the bags I was considering, in all of the colors I thought beautiful (stone, the new khaki, and navy). I finally settled on the navy Albert and, just my luck it, it had come in that day!
I had the bag shipped to me and it arrived lickety-​split in a lovely JD box. Around the same time I ordered a handbag from a different German company. I note this because compared to the care with which Jérôme Dreyfuss took with my purchase, the box from the other place looked like a «suspicious package.»
Kudos all around Jérôme Dreyfuss! See you next year.

I love the lambskin bags from Jerome Dreyfuss. They’re cuddly soft, come in some lovely colors and the bags themselves are cool without being super-​exposed. Not so good for them, but oh so sweet for me.
I’ve walked in a few times, and the employees are super nice and they will even help you with styling.
I took off one star because they won’t accept ANY returns, even if it’s the day after and the tags are still on. The employees might not warn you about it, but the info is on the receipt, so buyer beware.
Anyhoo, there’s a new collection out now, so you should go check it out before all the good colors are gone.

I love this shop! I have a python bag and wallet and both have worn very well. I get tons of compliments on both items. I took off one star just b/​c it’s pricey but definitely worth it! Quality and workmanship on the bags are great. Definitely check it out when they have their sales :)

if you’re looking for a quality bag, don’t waste your time. while they might look nice, the quality is poor.
i brought in a python bag that’s less than a year old and already needed a strap replacement. the best part? they can’t fix it.
the manager had no idea what he was talking about. he suggested replacing a small part of the strap, which would probably fix the problem for about a week (if that). when i told him it was a design flaw and the entire strap would need to be replaced, he got angry and said my bag was old. if a less-​than-​a-​year old bag is considered old, i’m sorry to say but this brand holds absolutely no value.
do yourself a favor and take your few hundred dollars someplace else.
