Best bubble tea downstairs my apartment, they opened since when I’m in middle school 7th grade until now. Because their drinks and foods quality are best around the town, so definitely recommend people to try this out.(If you don’t try it out then it will be a big loss for you)

Delicious bubble tea and amazing customer service. I was unsure what flavor to try and he recommended Tao black tea and it was amazing! Definitely going to become my new go to place!

This place is the only place I should ever get milk bubble tea again. I was a huge fan of Kung Fu tea and Vivi’s but after my boyfriend introduced me to this place, I was blown away. Their prices are so low for GREAT tasting bubble tea. Better than Kung Fu tea in my opinion. It tastes so natural, and the tapioca is the best I’ve tasted. I have no idea how they do it. They have small sides like bacon egg and cheese for only $ 1.75 or so, it’s all made on the spot and tastes great. The only thing I didn’t like too much is that it’s in the middle of a whole bunch of schools so a lot of kids come in after school and it gets packed and loud, so it’s not too ideal for a «date» or an ideal quiet and relaxing place to eat. If you’re not a fan of bubble tea, try their fruit smoothies. Very natural and tasty.

This place had a great price($ 2.25 per drink), and they are known for filling their bubble tea drink over the top(inside the top). They are a tiny store, but the best quality for the price that I have ever had. They had boba(my favorite) in many different flavors, which is hard to come by! I strongly urge going there, and for $ 2.25, I can never resist when I’m in the area.

Favorite bubble tea spot in all of New York City HANDSDOWN!!! I almost always order the bubble milk black tea and it never fails to satisfy my bubble tea cravings. Some of the food items I like to order here include chicken salad toast, french toast, and curry fishballs(which was just recently added to the menu). It is totally worth the visit to grab a quick bite but most importantly, try this place out for their amazingly delicious bubble tea!

I’ve been coming here for atleast 4 years and I can proudly say I’m one of their number one customers. Ivan and Nicole runs a small family store at the edge of chinatown(also where the T.V. show Mr. Robot was filmed) and they always serve quality drinks and food. Their bubble milk tea is not to sweet and the bubbles are soft, chewy, and enjoyable. All of their sandwhiches are amazingly delishes and filling. They are cooked warm and not messy at all. This place is a must if you are thinking about finding a tea store to stay at. Tip: they have a bubble tea card you can use, every 8 tea you get one for free!

I’ve been coming to this store for a number of years already and it’s a popular bubble tea hangout spot amongst the locals. Ivan serves up the best bubble tea for your money(this is the only bubble tea spot that I know of that serves decent bubble tea for under $ 3). Mees also serves breakfast items such as French toast, bacon egg and cheese on rolls and various other sandwiches for inexpensive prices. They also offer smoothies with your choice of fresh fruit and other hot teas. Would I come back? I’ve already been here for countless times within he past few years.

This place looked very shady at first Tbh but it was a recommended place by one of my friends so I thought hey why not since they are best at finding yummy food. I been told this place would give me food for the good value of my money and guess what? My friend is correct. For about 10 dollar I got 2 bubble teas and 2 chicken salad sandwich along a side of fishballs. They were all delicious and the one man show behind the counter did a good job handling drinks food and customer service I would def comeback more often to grab lunch or snack if I am in the area

I dare you to find a cheaper bubble tea. It’s a total hole in the wall. Pros: Cheap! For $ 1.75 to $ 2, you can pick from a wide variety of flavors. –Their tapioca is always soft, gooey, with just the right amount of chew and sweetness. –Milk teas are made with cream not powdered creamer. If you are a bubble tea aficionado, you’ll know that this is actually quite rare. –Green tea milk tea with less sugar is my go-to. Also love the condensed milk toast for $ 1. Cons: Their drinks can be a bit too sweet, especially the fruit teas, but just ask for less sugar. –Like most places, they do use powdered bases for their other teas. Drinks and food items are made right in front of you in a tiny open kitchen, which may strike some as unsanitary. If that makes you uncomfortable, too bad.

I love this place. I’ve been going here for years! It’s a great place for cheap bubble tea. They do use powder but I think it still tastes pretty good. Of course, it’s not Kung fu tea or even Vivi’s standard but it’s a great place to get your bubble tea craving satisfied. I usually order the Bubble milk green tea hot or cold. Both taste fairly good. As for food, I always get ham and egg on a roll or even bacon egg and cheese on a roll. They make it for you on the spot so you know it’s fresh. The owner is also super friendly!

Best bubble tea place hands down, coming from someone who works at a bubble tea place. The french toast is so goood! Such a big portion for half the price that other places sell. In the summer, the fresh fruit smoothies are what i always go back for. Look no where else if you’re in Chinatown, stop by here!

Can’t really flaw a $ 2 bubble tea. I’ve tried both the milk and non-milk flavors and they’re all good. Only criticism is that the bubbles are often stuck together in big lumps… But I think I can manage given it’s $ 2.

*Great café for when you’re on a budget and need some fast bites. *everything is made fresh right in front of you. *their bubble teas are made from powder, not real fruit. I like the Taro. *my fav: Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a Roll or White Bread. Can be toasted! *my addiction: Condensed Milk toast.

This was the closest bubble tea location that is trusted by Unilocalers in the vicinity of where I was working at for a couple of days. The store is rather tiny and it extends to a back are which is pretty much residential housing. The couple who runs the place is Asian and but speaks English rather well. Especially considering the section of town that you are in. I order a couple of different variations of bubble tea throughout the couple of days I was in the neighborhood. Passion Fruit Black Tea with bubbles is pretty much all you need to know. I’d skip the slush ESPECIALLY the Lychee one as it was crazy sugary and mid way it became this sugar sludge that I find rather hard to swallow. It almost reminds me of chilled semen without the taste. Ugh. The bubbles were on point. They know how to stew it right and it shows. The prices? They are GREAT. At $ 2 for tea with bubbles or $ 2.50 for slush/smoothie with bubbles, you won’t find them any cheaper unless you do some heavy research. Even then, this is still a great deal. This place also serves food in the form of light pastries or bread as well as instant noodles with optional cost add-ons such as spam, ham, eggs, yada yada. Satisfy that bubble tea obsession cheaply and save some cash for happy hour later. Only if you are in the area though. Don’t forget to ask for loyalty card.

This is my favorite boba spot. Cheap and great! The serving size is much larger than other boba shops for its price. $ 1.75 for black or green tea, with or without milk. And $ 2 for another other flavors. I personally love the lavender milk tea and peach green tea. Their red bean slushy is also great. $ 2.75, I think. Worth it in my opinion. Moving on to food, chicken salad toast is a personal favorite! French toast is also great, the sandwiches are also great whenever. Ramen! So much more. Definitely my favorite.

Hands-down the cheapest bubble tea I’ve ever seen in New York City, but I was really impressed by the fact they use fresh light cream to make their bubble tea, versus that mysterious milk powder stuff I see most places use.(Unless you are at kung fu tea where they will use fresh milk, but then again the price is also more than double here) This place is a little hole underground, and a bit ghetto fabulous. But you can’t beat good $ 1.75 bubble tea, not to mention they will make fruit smoothies out of fresh watermelon slices! They also have a drink card, I lost mine but I believe it was buy six get one free, or something like that. At these prices and they still give you a loyalty card! Kind of crazy, in kind of a crazy good way.
