Dunkin’ Donuts

This is my favorite Dunkin in the city because every single employee is so kind and attentive. I have seen multiple instances where customers go off on them for things that are not their fault, like pricing or no longer having a particular flavor, but I have never seen an issue that has arisen because of incompetence on the part of the employees.
Each one of them knows my name and favorite order and talks to me whenever I come in. I really value having a relationship like that, however small it may be, because it is so rare in big cities like this. The people at this Dunkin are fantastic and they make my drink perfectly every time, no matter what random directives I give. I have never disliked a coffee. Well, that’s not true. Once, I said «sugar cookie» but they misunderstood and put the snickerdoodle flavoring in my latte. When I asked if I could have a pump of sugar cookie to even it out, they remade the whole thing, no questions asked. The customer service and skill here are way above average and I’m thankful this is my neighborhood DD.
The only real drawback is that during the few hours of the day when kids are getting out of various neighborhood schools, it gets a little loud in here. If you’re looking to bring a laptop and do some work, avoid 2:00 to 4:30.

This place is a-​ok if you need a coffee fix around the LES area. I come here on a biweekly basis because I don’t really need their coffee as there are plenty of bubble tea options (bbt snob). There is usually a communication barrier, as today I asked for a caramel latte with whip cream on top, did not get my whip cream though. I was in a hurry so I didn’t bother with it. The crossaints here are pretty good, except when toasted they aren’t flaky like starbucks, rather very moist. Eh. Will be back once in a while if desperately craving something of DD.

Possibly one of the worst dunkin donuts i’ve been to.
Terrible customer service, the servers greets you with sass and a whole lot of attitude plus some scuffs.
I used to come here for my morning coffee but then i stopped because of the poor service and untrained workers.
I gave this place many chances to get my coffee right BUT SOMEHOW THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE WHAT I SAY WHEN I TELL THEM I WANT MY ALMOND MILK TO BE SHAKED BEFORE POURED INTO MY COFFEE!!. (if you don’t shake the almond milk, it won’t have the right consistancy and nasty curdles of calcium and powder would fall into your coffee which cannot be dissolved/​mixed)
EVEN THE DAMN BOX OF ALMOND MILK SAYS TO SHAKE IT BEFORE SERVING!!!
If you can’t even make coffee properly, you shouldn’t even be working there.
GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER DUNKIN!!! IF YOU CAN’T TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO USE ALMOND MILK PROPERLY THEN DON’T OFFER IT IN YOUR STORES!
excuse my hostility but i just want my coffee to be made properly… my damn morning coffee…
luckily i can go to a dunkin donuts by work and avoid this place.

I was heart broken to see that my childhood pizzeria, Frank & Tom’s, closed for business & Dunkin’ Donuts was taking over.
Now it’s been almost two years & I have gotten accustomed to having a 24 hour coffee shop a few blocks away from home & several steps away from the East Broadway train station.
When they first opened up, the service was all over the place. Everyone was trying to manage the staff & the store, which didn’t work. Since then, things have gotten better. The store manager is friendly & is on top of his staff, especially when he notices the build-​up in the «pick-​up» area.
When I go to Dunkin’, I treat myself to a Vanilla Chai. I love the combination of sweetness & the tea spices. I also get the Cheddar Cheese Bagel Stick which pairs well with my delicious drink.
Overall, Dunkin’ is affordable & offers a variety of baked goods & coffee options. Also, this location has a Baskin Robbins for all you ice cream lovers.

This is a Dunkin Donuts in Chinatown, by the bridges. They overblend the coolattas so that they are almost liquid instead of slush. I need to tell them sometime.* Usually you just want to get out of there though, and I don’t know that they would listen. The line here is unregulated– sometimes people cut in from the side and the staff doesn’t stop them or pay attention. I brought it to a cashier’s attention once and she didn’t do anything. She just said sorry. But the person who cut was still standing there asking for a sticker to put over her munchkin cup and I said, «Could you tell her, because I already told her and I’m not sure she heard me.» And the cashier just stood there. You can’t just say sorry– you need to fix it if possible. I told her I had just waited in line behind six middle school kids and again, no response.
*which I did, and managed to get a somewhat slushy coolatta out of them. Absolutely not worth the ten minute round of taboo.

Been here several times and they are always slow slow slow. Customers behind me get served before me in most instances. They also can’t seem to prepare a latte without spilling it all over the cup or the lid. The USB wall charger would be convenient if it actually worked.

Time to make the donuts, gees never thought I would be here on Christmas morning. Well they are the only decent spot open around here.
Service was fast and kind! I am chowing down on a hot chocolate and poppy bagel with sausage, egg & cheddar.
Pretty rough neighborhood years ago but like they say nothing lasts forever.

2 stars cuz I love Dunkin donuts but –3 because right now their service is miserable. Maybe 2 – 3 staff speak fluent English and I have probably gotten 2 of my 10 orders done right. They don’t know their own menu and sizes so they’ll give you a medium thinking its a large, overcharge because they don’t know how to do combos, etc. food is still DD quality though, just be vigilante!

Just opened today. 24-​hours!
Perfect for my 4am mint chocolate chip fix.
