Service has really deterioriated since Jose left. In a one month period, they double charged me and lost my favorite shirt. On both occasions, they implied I was lying. Terrible cusotmer service. I won’t go back.

In short: They NEVER deliver when they say they will, they are overpriced and there is 0 level of customer service. Only positive is they manage to get the level of starch correct on shirts. WOULDNOTRECCOMEND

I’m really disappointed at how this cleaner has gone downhill… I miss the«good olé days». I’ve come here for years, and have noticed a decline in service and tailoring, and an increase in pricing. I cannot remember the last time they delivered when they said they would… thank goodness I’ve never been under a time constraint for my deliveries. I’ve allowed«one more chance to get it right» to go on for too long, and found the latest incident to be the final straw, when it took 3 weeks(19 days, to be exact) for a shirt to be returned… and I had to stage a sit-in for that to happen! There’s plenty of options to go to in the neighborhood for cleaners, there’s no sense having to suffer this places poor services and questionable prices. Enter at your own risk.

This place is awesome I been going there for a while the guy in the front has a great memory remembers me and how I like my stuff done with out me even saying anything great service I highly recommend it it’s worth every penny and dry clean came back same day and just how I like it … :)

Absolutely terrible. I called to arrange a pick up at 6:30pm and they never showed up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my time. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I am a long time customer. I used this place mostly to dry clean my clothes. I had a bad experience with their tailoring services. The first time I had to lengthen my pants, hem came off/rolled off the next day. I brought it back and the tailor fixed it. The second time he did pants, both pants turned out too wide and way way to long, and one pair of pants had a white line on the hem throughout. I paid $ 81 for his tailoring, not a small amount. Jose said he was«the man in charge.» not coming back for tailoring or dry clean anymore.

OK, so a few months back I had a really bad experiences with the cleaners. They’ve been better since. Really trying. It might be the fact that they don’t want to mess up with us personally again, but I dont care. So far so good! N Old review: I wrote a great review about Marcel a few months back. I am not sure what happened but it deteriorated ever since. In the past month and a half, I opened a returned shirt from 6 months ago(a winter shirt, I never used it over the summer) just to find out it was never cleaned!!! I called them and they said«ah… yeas but its from May», well, I did pay $ 8 for the cleaning in may, and they did return it and it looked like it was cleaned, so I never bothered checking it, completely trusting them, they didn’t even bother taking off their stickers, completely ruining the silk. They did apologize for«forgetting» to tell me the didn’t clean it. Reimbursing me for the $ 8. When we gave them a coat to fixed, they lied and said they will use a quality YKK zipper, but they used a crappy zipper, for $ 35!!! This week, they sent us back a totally ripped shirt!!! I mean, they ripped a perfectly good $ 49.99 Gap shirt, that we sent for washing and ironing. It’s a good thing we found out on time. Than when we brought it over they said the will«fix» it. I am a fashion designer, trust me, it was impossible to fix! 3 days later they«agreed» to give us $ 22.50 in store credit. Not full price and not money back! I don’t even want to use them any more, I can not trust them anymore… Oh well, I guess i was wrong. Beware!

My jacket alteration was pricey but neat. The Old Navy shirt with the metal buttons was separated from the others, and cost as much as doing three other shirts. This cleaners will do for now. I am still looking.
