I’m leaving 2 stars only because I didn’t get what came for. So I came follow Unilocal recondition I order shawarma in a wrap. Wille the guy making may sandwiche on the platta I see that He Adding onion(it is not mention anywear on the menu) SO I asked him to not make my with onions, his like«but I already made it» I told him it is not what Asked for, and that I have an allergic to onions. Then he saying but the shawarma on the stick it is already with onions(which I belive it’s a bullshit) Since I already paid I asked him to make me a chicken sandwich no onion and no tahini, but everything else it’s coming with. So he making that Wille he making it I’m asking him«Isn’t the price includes Humus in the sandwich. He is like is too late you didn’t told me me that I’m already finishing with that sandwich… The sandwich was good, however it is not what I came for. The price very good $ 7.95

This is one of the worst restaurants that I have ever ordered from. Tried the food twice — yikes. Poor quality, small small portions for the price. The hummus was like water and the pita the sent was still in the bag from the Market! Really. Never never again. I wish I could give no stars.

They don’t have kofta with rice or beef with rice… I don’t understand how that’s possible

Delivery of the wrong food, plus the food overall tasting very poorly, and hummus that was watery, finished off with being hung up on three times while trying to figure out why the wrong food was sent(and never receiving the correct food) all tells me that this is not the place you want to dine at or order food from.

Great little place for a falafel fix — little place with a quite vibe, but a good one. Owner is friendly if you make the first move.

Food was pretty blah. The pita bread they sent with it was a waist of time. I’ll be throwing that in the trash. Unfortunately. Size of the meal itself was almost, almost enough. Actually would have been good with a drink. Get it guys? Add some drinks on the menu. What the hell? Delivery was nice and quick. But that doesn’t really matter when all they are doing is sending a flavourless meal to your door quickly. At least the disappointment of the whole thing will be over fast. Only way I can see the glass being half full. Ok so order from here as a last resort.

I’ve ordered their Middle Eastern Combo twice and it has been amazing for $ 6.50! The salad and falafel taste soon good. Will totally go back for more soon.

I like to order the homemade hummus and falafel. Hummus could use a little bit more seasoning. I feel like it’s missing garlic. Ingredients are fresh. Always a good go to take out place for healthy eats and for the veggie lover. Take out and delivery is fast. One of my frequently visited restaurants.

Wanted to check out this place for a while — partially because of the Vampire Weekend song(not gonna lie.) Grabbed a falafel sandwich to go on my way home one day. Sandwich was decent, price was reasonable, but it was nothing special. There isn’t a lot of good Middle Eastern food in the neighborhood, so this is a good option when you’re craving falafel.

This is a very bad experience. First of all, the service is so bad that they don’t really care about u, the guys look at you like you owe them money. Second, the food, I would give zero star if I can, so expensive and so bad. Meat is cut into chunks not thin slices and is FULL of fat. impossible to eat and so gross !

This is a hole-in-the-wall joint but makes my favorite shawarma sandwich in NYC. Ask them to cook the shawarma with the spicy sauce for an added kick!

I wish I could give them NEGATIVE5 stars!!! The APPAULING manner in which this place conducts itself is beyond my realm of comprehension. I put in a pick up order for PICKUP and when my fiancé went in to grab our food, the guy at the counter demanded a tip and wouldn’t give the food to my fiancé without one. Now my fiancé is one of the sweetest and nicest guys out there so he came out to the car to grab some cash. When I told him it had already been paid for, he told me the guy demanded a tip! Now just to preface this, I worked in the food and beverage service industry for over 17 years, so It’s not a matter of cheapness. We always tipped our delivery guy 20+%(because he was actually doing something other than putting our food in a bag!) So I go in there myself to get the food and ask the guy why he thinks it’s appropriate to not give my fiancé the food that we PAID for already without expecting a tip, and he blatantly lies to my face and tells me that he never did that. So my fiancé is lying I asked? He had no recourse obviously and I took my food and told him this was the LAST time I ever order from them and I mean it. AVOIDATALLCOSTS!!! Sheisty and disgusting behavior. SHAMEONYOUGUYS!

This place is a joke. Has great Unilocal reviews from people who obviously have no idea what hummus, falafel and Shawarma should taste like, Meat is cut into chunks not thin slices and is FULL of fat. impossible to eat and so gross. Hummus lacked flavor and they pour sauce over my falafel, which for a take out order is ridiculous as it get soggy while you bring it home. Threw most of my Shawarma plate away. What a waste.

Healthy portions, cheap prices, and delicious middle eastern food. I haven’t been disappointed yet from Jerusalem– the owner is friendly and always has a smile ready for you, and the food is done quickly. Not a space I would stay to eat-in, but fast take out and seamless is a win-win for me.

This little joint makes fantastic Middle Eastern food. I’ve tried a lot of their menu options and have never been disappointed. I usually order from them on Seamless, they have a $ 10 delivery minimum which isn’t too bad and they’re usually pretty quick. The main guy is super nice and always jokes around with customers. It’s a casual space with a few tables, but I’d say most people probably order for delivery or get it as takeout. Great little place!

Excellent falafel. It’s made fresh while you wait and served piping hot with a tahini dip.

Came for late dinner tonight with a friend who had been trying to take me for weeks and weeks. I am glad we finally went. Very tasty food, and I am a huge stuffed grape leaves addict. I asked for extras and they melt in my mouth. If you’re going to come with lots of people, get it to go, there is only enough sitting space in the place for about eight people– a table for four and two small tables for two. A definite hold in the wall. I’ll for sure be back!

Happened to walk by and saw all the fresh food being made on the spot. It was a gorgeous day out so we ordered and sat on the benches outside to eat. We had a fairly large group with us and admittedly, our group was not prompt in ordering and caused a traffic jam in the tiny restaurant. We got our food and 2 orders were wrong. However, when brought to the attention of the staff, not only did they apologize, they gave us the correct food, although we had already started eating the«incorrect» food. So, we ended up with double and a nice left over to take home. Wraps, pitas were good. The greek salad was ok(I’m kind of a picky greek salad eater), however the prices and service were great so we will definitely return. You can’t beat $ 7 hearty meals in the city!
