Dunkin’ Donuts

The worst!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible staff. The donuts are stale. The manager is very rude. They made a mistake on my order and refused to adjust it and than tried to charge me additional money after I already paid. The manager argued with me and made racial slurs saying you «people» placing me in a stereotypical category being a African American women. I’ve placed a complaint against the store and as well as the staff. No one was polite and said they would help the situation after 17mins of arguing. I am completely disgusted and will not tolerate the disrespect from these stores. They have poor management skills and does not know how to professional deal with customers.

Double D’s! not those.

then this Dunkin’ Donuts + Baskin Robbins is probably within your radius of for morning eats/​drinks and more!
this D&D is pretty clean and bright. looks relatively newish. there’s a fair amount of seating and tables. not huge. but not tiny either. there’s wifi here for free as well. the space itself is pretty bright bc it catches the morning sunshine.
the cashier/​coffee station is centered in the back, framing the doughnuts served each day. the Baskin Robbins ice cream bar is to the right and random retail stuff is to the left of the cashier.
the quality of D&D coffee goods is pretty standard and solid.
why this location is getting two stars.
however the service here is pretty erratic. examples, 1) i waited for like 7 – 10 minutes for one of their employees to finish a conversation with a friend while i was the only person in line to order a coffee and that same employee messed up the payment scan from the D&D app on my phone. 2) even though they have two registers, they only use one even when there’s a huge line and there are enough people to man both registers. pretty weird. 3) i have been handed multiple cups of coffee at this location where the cups themselves leak. lame. the staff here doesn’t care about quality control.
however the quality of coffee is good and the eats i have had here are solid and consistent with Dunkin’ & Donuts. so it has that going for it.
FYI the weekday 8 – 9:30 lines can be huge, but they move relatively quickly.

This Dunkin donuts shop it is near my second job I usually have several cups of coffee a night no matter who is at the counter the coffee is made very good. This Dunkin donuts is 24 hours but there are never any sketchy people hanging around asking for spare change. After 3 o’clock in the morning they literally give away the donuts to replace with fresh donuts for the morning rush. Unfortunately I’m very selective on my donut so I pass on that

Weak Baskin selection and rude staff.

Coffee here tasted terrible (and I honestly went in with the expectation it would taste alright). Donuts aren’t as cheap as 711’s. Staff isn’t friendly. Only plus was that this place doesn’t smell bad but I’m not sure I should be so generous.

There’s always one dirt bag at this location. I don’t know how that happens. Some smart ass that just can’t do his job, and keep his mouth shut. The little guy said some off remark, then turns to his co worker. They laugh in my face, and talk in their own language, to each other. I had to remind him, «You’re in America now», that crap doesn’t fly here. Not sure what that joke was about, I just wanted a coffee. I was neither, rude or interested. Very unprofessional workers, There was a much better crew before.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Their customer service is horrendous. It’s so rude that they provide restroom to one person but not the other. & their both paying customers. I believe that’s total discrimination. Won’t be back again.

I love this place simply because its 24 hours.
Other than that, friendly staff, quick service and this one is much better than the one on Delancey. They tend to not mess up when making their drinks by not overdoing the sugar and making it just the way you like it.
If I had to go to any Dunkin Donuts it would be this one.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee is spot on other times it tastes like it’s been sitting there all day.
The staff is ok, even though they would never let you use the bathroom.
I often get 2 box-​o-​joes, it takes about 30 minutes to get then ready. I think that’s a bit much, but options are limited at 4am.

This is one of the best dunkin donuts I ever went to. The manager and workers are very friendly and the moment you enter here they are so nice and ready to take care of you. I love all the drinks there!

If you’re a frequent visitor of this particular Dunkin Donuts, especially during the night and overnight hours, you’ll encounter some of the nicest guys, who not only know how to treat customers, but also remember your drink order if you frequent the place enough.

Crap crap crap! I’ve promised myself to stay away from these doughy balls of heaven. I felt a bit ashamed after I inhaled my glazed chocolate donut. Did I even taste it, I ate it so damn fast?
I only went in for a coffee to give me a bit of a wake up before my lesson. I like the coffee at DD a lot, but the problem is I don’t have the will-​power to resist the sugary goodies.

This is where I get my Iced coffee. Sometimes there’s a language barrier to get over but they try hard. And having a late night cone available is a big plus.
The owner of the store took away the employee’s tip jar. Said that money the customers leave is for him, not the servers. What a douchebag, right?
