Always come here for my morning coffee. Well really anytime during the day coffee since it’s so close to my home. They always make my coffee just right. Only problem is say I have is that they aren’t the friendliest of people. They kind of just want you to take your coffee and get out. They don’t even make eye contact when you order.

I went to this location this morning to get a hot coffee. I paid and went to wait by the pick up area. The employee brings me a large iced coffe, I mention that’s not what I asked for. He then asks me what I ordered and brings me a hot coffee. He hands me the coffee with an open lid which burned my hand and spilled all over me. I asked for a napkin as I now was clearly in pain with a burn and I was told to go get a napkin in the fron of the store. I said I just burned myself can you please get it for me and I was directed again to the front of the store. I noticed napkins by the register closer to me and had to interupt another customer to please help. This customer clearly saw i was in a little pain and asked if I wanted some ice. At this point a manager comes out and said«what do you want?». I tell him I want my money back and i want to leave. He gives me my money and starts screaming at the employee that served me in front of other people(not cool either). I don’t often write reviews or complain much but it is very difficult not to when I was not even asked if I was ok or offered any type of medical attention or to even file an incident report. I called their corporate offices and they said they would help if I sent them pictures. HELPWITHWHAT! I’m sure my burn will go away, it wasn’t life threathning or anything however it was a burn and awful customer service.

I just went to this Dunkin donuts to get an iced coffee. It was horrible. The guy at the cash register his name is Milan took my chase card after I paid for my iced coffee and would not give it back to me, even after I showed him my driver’s license. He said«I have to make sure this is you.» I then showed him another card with my name on it to prove my identity and he then instead of giving my card back, he asked me if I was Chinese and started smirking at me. When I said that was racist he laughed and when I asked him to speak to his manager he kept laughing saying«she’s not here.» Then the manager, Maria, came up(clearly she was there) asked what was going on and I explained the situation saying that the employee was racist and would not give me my card back. She just said to come back tomorrow because her boss will be there. Then said sorry and shrugged her shoulders. This is 2015 and I thought we evolved from being so racist and insulting. Horrible experience and a place I never want to go back to. I will also file a complaint because I really do not want anyone else to be treated the way I was. Update: I went back to the store to ask what the names of both the manager and employee are so I can write about the incident in a formal complaint. The manager, said«I don’t think he was racist and called up her«boss» on the phone. The boss talked to me asking if I can come back tomorrow and speak to her before writing anything– then she said«he’s from another country and custom and doesn’t speak English that well…» When I asked her if she is telling me that to excuse him from laughing at me and persistently asking and calling me Chinese & not giving my debit card back, she said«I’m not saying that» & persisted I meet her. I told her that I work during the day and cannot take off work to meet her & that what her employee did was inexcusable and I want to write a formal complaint so other customers would be treated with respect, she finally gave me the manager’s name(Maria) and employee(Milan) and refused to give her name and said«I am not the boss». She also never apologized and said sorry. I’ve never experienced something so awful! To add insult to injury when I got off the phone another employee said he could not understand another customer’s order(he was an elderly Asian man) and asked me if I can speak to him! Then Milan looked at me and said«I was just joking» and kept laughing as I left the store!!! Unbelievable!!!

I stop by every weekday morning to get my cup of tea. I usually get a hot green tea with honey or black tea with cream and sugar. I really like the lady who works there, she is the only one who usually gets my order correctly. Everyone else usually messes up my order, I can’t imagine how you can mess up green tea with honey or black tea with cream and sugar. When the other people who work there make it, they forget one part like honey or sugar. One time, one of the workers there, told me to put the honey in the tea by myself because he didn’t want to get his fingers dirty. The lady there is so nice and always smiles when the customers come in. Dunkin Donuts is currently promoting their DDPerks program, I wish they would train their employees on how to work their App. When I want to put money on the app or do something on the app, they have no clue what to do. Most of the time, they ask me to do it by myself. I had to ask a co-worker how to do something because the people at Dunkin Donuts have no clue how to do anything on the App.

3.60 stars. I had a happy birthday coupon that I got in the mail and they wouldn’t accept it. No explanation why, but I guess this location does not participate in corporate coupons or SOME promotions. I hate that I have to walk all the way down this narrow walk way to the back of the place to order some coffee and donuts. There’s a section for some Baskin Robbins ice cream in the front which I hardly ever seen anyone ordering from. The only time I saw a people ordering ice cream is when one day they had the deal where it’s 31cents for a cone. They should switch the ice section to back and coffee/donuts section to the front where a bulk of their customers order from. Nonetheless, staff is pretty efficient and fast. You do see some occasional druggy and homeless people in the front sitting and hanging out in the front seating area. Good thing about this place is that it’s close to the station, fast grab and go spot.

Don’t expect A+ service and don’t ask for too many things. I mean god forbid they give you a spoon for your ice cream…

This place is fine as far as Dunkin Donuts goes; it’s predictable and there when I need it. One thing that I found frustrating is that they only have plain cream cheese. However, living in Manhattan, if I’m going into DD’s for a bagel I really ought to be ashamed of myself. Great place to watch bored and lazy traffic cops sit talking on their cell

To start my day at 6AM, on a Saturday no less with great difficulty, I needed substance to conquer the day and luckily found Dunkin’ Donuts in this vicinity. This retail space lot is shared with Baskin-Robbins. Efficient service though not the most friendly with a smile, but the staff serve clients with coffee and tea enabling to conquer of what lies ahead. Without disturbance I was able to cram for an exam while sipping my stifling hot tea accompanied with a ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel.
