I came here last year for a free birthday brow wax, since they had that deal going on at the time. It was actually my first experience with having anything done with my brows. She (I don’t recall her name, though I think she had a foreign accent) did a good job with my brows, and she was careful. I was obsessed with them after. I left out one star because the technician was polite, but awkward. There just seemed to be something off about the whole experience (maybe because I wasn’t a paying customer), but I am definitely thinking about coming back, even though the price is a bit high for me.

I honestly go out of my way to come and see the girls at this location. They have been nothing but amazing with my brows and in addition are also extremely pleasant to be around! I really wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

Just happened to be shopping in Bloomingdale’s and passed Benefit Brow Bar. I planned on getting my eyebrows done at the threading salon by Penn Station on the way home to LI, but my friend convinced me to just get it done here. Ashton did my brows for 23 bucks, she was quick and she knew her stuff, I would definitely go to her again! Makes me more inclined to give other Benefit Brow Bars a try.
