I was recently at this location because i was in serious need of a ice coffee. The service was ok but the associates were rude and disrespectful. I was asked did i need help in a very unprofessional manner and when i showed i did already have my purchases i was told again in a RUDE tone to MOVE. I prefer D&D to starbucks but the customer service here is terrible. I would not recommend anyone use this establishment

Came here for some quick breakfast. Pretty straightforward and did not need to wait too long. Wish there was a bit more seating, though I suppose most people are just dropping in for breakfast or ice cream.

I would give them 4 starts but there was a homeless man with mucus dripping down his nose begging for money and trying to set the garbage on fire. They act like they don’t know what area they arrbin. GETSECURITY.

Plain and simple, I appreciate a place being bright, clean, and open at 6 a.m. on my occasional White Plains work mornings. Creamy hot cocoa and sugar raised donut in hand, it makes waiting at the MetroNorth station with the rest of us «up to early» sad sacks and colorful characters insurmountably more tolerable.

When I was growing up I used to have Baskin Robins all the time… it’s good that they have a location here since it always takes me down memory lane… my favorite is chocolate chip mint: it’s the best!!!

Easy access for me from the subway on my way to my current job site. The Dunkins in the area all seem to be owned by Indian people/families and everyone is very nice and attentive. I really dislike the homeless guy that holds the door open and begs for change on your way in and out, and there’s usually some crazy guy screamin in the store or just outside. Just put on your headphones and your side blinders, get your coffee, and move on.
