Lousy customer service. Blank looks from the guy taking your order to the guy completing it.

They’ve redone the space but they still greedy. Charge extra for EVERYTHING & they tried to give me my order after someone else accidentally took it and opened it. Sneakyyyyyy I witnessed it all quietly to see what they’d do and these mofos straight up tried to give it to me. After dirty looks were exchanged and I told them I saw what happened they PRETENDED to make me a new one which I then left right on the counter and walked out. Shame on you DD.

I second the reviewer who noted that prices here are notably higher than others in Manhattan — the rent has got to be cheaper up here, so it’s just greedy. A large iced coffee here will cost you $ 4 — more than Starbucks. Now they’re closed for renovations. If they never reopen, not much of a loss for the neighborhood.

Pros: Fast service, good staff but need to be trained to upsell and promo new items not just ask «what do you want»
Cons: very unorganized. I didn’t know where the line started. There was no stocked items as in sugar I had to ask for more after waiting for the staff to finish taking another order. The wait section for cooked items is also unorganized. Too many solicitors sitting asking for change you can’t sit and enjoy a coffee in peace.

I’m really not a just fan of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. When I do stop here its for a quick bagel or a croissant if I don’t want to go by the deli. The workers here are very lazy there’s always a new person being trained. They are really slow and at times a bit rude. I hate how loud they have the music early in the morning.

Do not go to this Dunkin if you can avoid it. Their prices are .$.50−1.00 more than any other Dunkin in the city. There’s a Starbucks across the street for those kind of prices… The staff is also not the warmest (although this is not unique to this fast paced coffee shop).

I realize now that my original review is for the Dunkin Donuts at the corner of St. Nicholas and 125th… And feel more than a little guilty that for 5 years my crap review of their icky sister spot has dogged them. But who really refers to Unilocal reviews on places like DD? People bored at work who want to write them, that’s it.
The reason I like this Dunkin’ more than most is the people: they are friendly, they remember me and my order and ask after me if I go away for a week (more than I can say for some of my friends in NYC), and they make a darn fine veggie flat bread.
It’s a tough corner to have this establishment on, with many homeless and troubled people about to gather plaintively around the door and occasionally come in and bother customers and staff, but I’ve never seen the employees be mean to someone (I’m looking at you, Starbucks across the street).
I go here 3 out of 5 mornings during the week (4 out of 5 during the summer) so obviously I’m a fan.

It may be kind-​of a ghetto Dunkin but this is MY ghetto Dunkin. I don’t mind the attitude because it comes from the counter staff with love. They usually remember my normal order (extra-​large cream only) and I love being called ‘baby’ and ‘sugar’ because some mornings the compliments make my day, it’s the little things in life that can make you smile. I get the sense the staff don’t mind their jobs and the manager, when he’s there, always seems like he’s busting his butt, hustling behind the counter doing stuff. All-​in-​all this is one of the better Dunkins I know and I’ve been and go to many dozen in their chain.

I came back again after yesterday. When I ordered the «egg white flat bread» at DD the waiter recognized me and asked me «No ice-​cream today?» Haha, you know me! «Yes, I am just going to order ice-​cream.»
Oreo Sundae is definitely the best and highest calorie dessert in BR.
I also wanna try their new «soft serve below 31» but the machine was not ready yet. So then I bought an Oreo® Cookies ‘n Cream Grab-​N-​GO box of ice-​cream. I could predict how FULL of fat but also happiness after finishing this box in a couple of days.
But then the waiter said to me, «See you tomorrow!»
OMG! How did he know that I was coming tomorrow!
PS: DD’s new egg white flat bread-​veggie was OK but a little too dry for me~

HORRRRRRIBLE. How do you serve a semi frozen sandwichl, but yet the outside of the bread is WARM. never again will I go to any Dunkin Donuts Ever! If i could give it a Zero I would.

I think I laugh every time I go here because they are so rude! But, at least the homeless doorman is nice. They should hire him FULL TIME!
