Wonderful experience!
I went for my first time on a Saturday night and had only 20 minutes to shop because the store was closing, Michael was so nice and helped me with everything from the smallest to the biggest things and answered all of my question, I loved the products that he suggested me and I’m never buying any other makeup except of bare minerals, even though I have a store closer to my house I rather take a further trip to get the great service!

Ok, soooo, I am in CHICAGO and needed this for a Xmas gift for my daughter in NEW YORK. WOWSA! Lisa was WAY BEYOND AWESOME!!! When I first called, she was not even sure if she was able to do the buy in Chicago/​pick up in New York order. But you know what? That SWEET BABY VOLUNTEERED to call her managers to find out. Once she got the approval, then she took the order and now my daughter is ALL SET!!! For the majority of the conversation, she kept thanking ME! lol! But, it was ALL HER. GO HERE for AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR LISA. I can attest to the fact that she is just the BEST EVER! Thank you, Lisa! And, thank you Bare MInerals/​Escentuals for hiring her!!! She is going places and I hope you guys are able to hang on to her for the ride!

I had a great experience at this store. I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to makeup. The most I’ve ever owned was foundation an eye shadow and I used my lipstick for rose cheeks.
I was interested in learning more about make-​up, contouring etc. I arrived bare faced, make up bag in purse (so I could show her what Bare Mineral products I already acquired) ready to learn and see what other products I needed to complete my goal. My sales assistant’s name was Winnie. I was greeted with a smile. She sat me down at the vanity table and began to teach me how to achieve the look I was going for. I learned that my previous BM foundation powder was too dark (I had made that purchase at Macy’s after being helped by their makeup specialist.) but it did not go to waste, Winnie took me up a few shades and now the darker one can be used for contouring! She introduced me to bronzer and should me how to properly apply my concealer which to me is a big deal because I have what is called «hallow eye» which is deep set indented under eye sockets. I got lessons on brushes etc. After we were done I really wished I had a special dinner to attend to show off my new look, but my party isn’t until Dec. 19^th. I’m sure I’ll be able to replicate the new look that Winnie taught me.
So, I give the Soho boutique a thumbs up for great customer service and knowledge about their product and application skills! Thanks Winnie!

If I could give them zero marks at this store I would.
Been a ‘valued’ customer of Bare Minerals for years and years. In this store, however, they couldn’t care less — or at least the assistant that served me (glasses, Sunday afternoon on 13^th Sept) couldn’t.
I asked for a product that turned out to be discontinued. So I asked for the closest thing they had to it. She didn’t even help me look and said they didn’t have anything close. After searching on my own and opening all the pots I found two products close to my original one. She didn’t help me look. She just stood there.
When I’m paying 15 bucks per pot for a tiny pot of eye shadow I expect you to at least pretend you care if I find what I want!!! This store needs to sort its act out. In the meantime I will got back to Sephora.

I really had a good experience at this store! I went in with some concerns, being that I am not someone who regularly wears makeup and has sensitive skin. I wanted something suited for me that I can easily and quickly apply daily.
Amanda is the woman who helped me and she was great! She was super nice, listened to all my concerns, gave me a bit of a lesson on foundation coverage and then found me the perfect product! I still looked natural, not like I had foundation caked on, but the routine was simple and fast. I’ve worn it everyday since purchasing it!
Originally, they were out of what she used on me, but I was given a sample (Amanda even offered to do my makeup the following day for my «outing») and took down my number so I can be called when it came in. I was called an hour later and it was in a bag ready to go when I got there! Everyone there is super nice and the product is amazing!
