Buffalo Wild Wings

We had an issue with an online order recently. We ordered and paid online, but when we went in to pick it up, the order never went through. Nick, the manager, and Lizzy, who was working the pickup cashier, were as nice as can be about it. They refused to let us pay since it never went through online and rushed the order for us.

Awful service, awful food. Waitresses were pissed off talking about how other people working there weren’t doing their job. Awkward to hear. Food was terrible and cold. Will not be coming back. The manager was too busy taking orders over the phone to even hear me out. This place used to be good. Not anymore.

They get busy, but the service is still very good.

Service was kinda not cool at first. I asked for a booth for more relaxed setting as I had a bad day today. The hostesses akwardly found me a booth after a waitresses was giving attitude to her while walking away In disgust I am assuming because I was alone. Less tips. The guy that waited on me was friendly and attentive.
Ordered without a glitch. My food arrives… it was a sad looking plate of wings that was half naked and the cheese wedges didnt have much cheese on it. I asked where was the sauce. The guy looks at my plate… its not even coated at all with half of the pieces not being covered in sauce at all. Wow.
I am munching on the regular wedge basket with barely any cheese at all and finally the guy comes along… with side of sauce. I am at this point tired. I start eating the wings. Wow. Rawhide feel to it. Tough biting into them. Only 3 out of 11 I ate or bit into was the classic moist covered in sufficient sauce what a wing usually tastes like when made right. The others was so tough meat went between my teeth immediately. I am still hungry but am done with tough meat for the night. The lone wing I didnt bother on tackling looked so rough.
Seriously why be a wing place if cant even cover your wings in sauce?
I am seriously thinking BWW has gone down the hill. Ive been going to this chain since 2003. This is the worst food they have ever put in front of me in the entire history of going to BWW.

You have an expectation for buffalo wild wings, which isn’t all that high, but hey, at what they are, they’re pretty good. Went there on a weeknight because all other local dining establishments were closed and we wanted some food. Mistake. The wings were awful; mostly skin/​breading, and the flavors were difficult to distinguish. The dry rub ones clearly had the dry rub sprinkled on one side only like you would with salt. I hope it was just that the fry cook was in the bathroom and the bus boy made the wings. I’ll stick to my regular buffalo wild wings from now on, the food there is always better.
Oh and: $ 4.50 20oz bud lights is a deal? Yikes.

The girl who waited on us the other day for lunch couldn’t be ruder. My kids and I were very polite saying please and thank you and she still treated us like garbage. I wouldn’t ever return here. If you are this miserable you might want to quit.

The boneless wings are all different sizes ranging from xtra small to xtra large. What a waste of money for the small ones that have no chicken in them. Also, they cook them at the same time which means they over cook the small ones or under cook the large ones. Also they don’t coat the wings well

Overpriced bar food, not tasty, service confused. Tried a couple of times. Won’t be back, even with the $ 5 review coupon.

Came here a few weeks ago, with a friend to grab a bite to eat and have some drinks. We sat at the bar, and Carrie was our server. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was attentive and checked up on us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. The drinks we had were great! She was just great… i’ll be back to this location just for the great service!

Really this place is great for drinking beer and watching sports! Great TVs everywhere! Probably any game that you would want to watch is on someplace in the joint.
The selection of beers is okay, you can certainly find something to your taste but don’t expect there to be an over whelming amount of choices.
And you certainly don’t come here for the food! We went because it was our son’s birthday and it was his choice. Mostly all I can say about the food is Yuck. We went on a Thursday which is 60 cent boneless wing night. It seemed only reasonable that we order those. I did not like them. They are deep fried beyond reason. The coating thick and unfavorable and the chicken itself also unfavorable and dry. So you choose the sauce you want to put on. I tried medium (the traditional buffalo sauce), spicy garlic, honey mustard and honey BBQ. The honey mustard was the best. That being said there just wasn’t enough sauce on any of them. I like my wings completely sauced, so that you have to lick it off your fingers. Especially with the wings so dry from the way they were over cooked you need more sauce. Also they charge for blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots or celery. Not a fan of that.
Our server was friendly and helpful. Great personality!

So I normally don’t give a place 1 star but if I could give a 0 star I would! I have loved BW3 since college and never ever disappointed in a chain, but this place is ridiculous and I hope they read this so they get it together!
We had our friends birthday dinner there for 11 people and since it was snowing really bad, we were the only ones in there with a restaurant full of waiters and staff so the lack of service is unacceptable! Especially since our servers plus the rest of the staff were standing right next to us watching TV! He never came around and asked us if we needed anything or removed empty plates! We had to flag him down to get us every refill, and bring us stuff that should be automatic like celery etc etc. He put everything at one end of the table like the dipping sauces and stuff and we had basically had serve ourselves for everything that anyone with common sense should have done!
Our food… OMG we got a bunch of appetizers which were truly unappetizing! One of them was the quesadillas which looked like and tasted like it was cooked prior and then microwaved then left sitting out. They were cold, meat was cold and when you opened it the cheese was melted but cold looking old. So gross! My teeth hurt chewing those cardboard things! My friend got a wrap and found a hair… YUCK! WEAR HAIRNETS! They brought a new one and that tasted equally as bad as the quesadillas.
The wings… in about 2mins after all our wings came out they were cold and gross looking. I’d also like to note that they put 3 kind of wings per plate that weren’t properly labeled with which wings were which and I accidentally ate a really spicy one Our server gave us tiny plates and so I asked for bigger plates for everyone… so he brought 3 of them for a party of 11 WTF!
Our next round of food was burning hot and stayed burning hot for a long time. The wings and all the fries were soo hot… literally burned our mouths. We got dipping sauces on the side and brought one thing of each sauce for our party of 11! And didn’t bring us more celery.
To top off the excellent service (sarcasm) I gave our waiter a birthday cake with candles and asked him to bring it out after our meal thinking he would put the candles in the cake and light them when he brought it out… No! When I asked for the cake he literally sets it on the table still in the Jewel bag not touched and said «here’s your cake» and went back to watching the football game. I mean… SERIOUSLY!!!
So I asked him to clean off our table so we can eat cake… which shoud have automatically been done without anyone asking! He comes over with a giant garbage can and just tosses silverware on table and everything else in the trash. Were we eating in a barn? Or at a restaurant? I was confused
The serious lack of service when we were the only ones in the place was completely ridiculous! If we weren’t snowed in we would have walked out and gone somewhere else but we were unfortunately stuck there. This plus the horrible food makes this BW3 the worst I have ever been to and I know their food doesn’t usually taste like that! This is unfortunate since it’s the closest location to me and now I have to drive further to a different location! Seriously… get it together Northbrook BW3 *SMH* #FAIL

Buffalo Wild Wings is what it is. So rather than reviewing on their food, I’ve decided to rate their SERVICE.
Yesterday I went in around 9PM for a dinner with a bunch of my coworkers and it was roughly.20 people. You would think if it’s a big party the waiter would be more attentive but NO. I don’t know who this guy was but he was super tall and had some green hat on. I don’t understand why service was slow and horrible because they weren’t even busy at that time. I finished my beer and wanted a glass of water so when he asked me if I wanted another Blue Moon, I was like, «No, can I just get water please?» He said okay, and I never saw it. Then I waited for him to show… then waited again… and then waited… he came by but only to one side of the table… then walked away… so I wanted… and FINALLY this guy came to our side and my friend was like, «I don’t need anything but she would like some water!» I was messing around and said, «Yes, the water that I never saw!» (Which I guess is what pissed him off?) So he brings my water and slams the glass on the table. Even my friends around me were like, «Woah. Yeah, he’s pissed.» But for what is my question…
Not sure if it was or wasn’t on purpose (I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s hard to when you’ve had a horrible service an hour into dinner), but it’s the way you are perceived, am I right?
Completely rude. NO APOLOGY either. For something simple as WATER. I don’t understand. I’ve had an awesome experience and always joke around with the waiters at the location in Skokie. I would rather drive a little more to to that location rather than this one. I am never coming back. I also hope he reads this.

Stopped in with my son last night. My burger meat was dry as if it was sitting for some time. My sons wings were ok service was slow. I guess they like concentrating on beer sales and not the food quality. I would not recommend this location.

went for lunch. Great spot with really good lunch specials! Couldn’t beat having wings, fries and a drink for $ 10! the service was good as well

We come here all the time and other BWW as well. The food is fatty and you’ll definitely gain five pounds the next day but you only live once… Right? A good tip is to come on Wednesdays if you have kids because the meals are on 99 cents and you can get two meals per kid! One time the whole family ate here for $ 20 on Wednesday. This place is on my kids top pick for restaurants, they beg me to come here all the time. All and all we like it here!

Food is mediocre.
Bathrooms are gross.
Service is just ok.
On the patio they don’t have a system to know which tables the orders go to.
But hey, Go Hawks!

For what it is, it is great. Lots of TVs, reasonably priced beer and good service. Ryan our server was fantastic. He was very attentive and had great manners. He was very helpful with one of our party who had a hard time deciding what to order and moving around the restaurant. He showed a lot of compassion which you rarely see in a server.
One of us had a chicken wrap which was very tasty with warm chicken, another had a crispy chicken sandwich with hot buffalo sauce which was delicious and I had the grilled chicken sandwich with spicy garlic sauce. It seems that the spicy garlic sauce needed a little sweetness to balance it. Otherwise it had the right level of garlic and heat.
The lighting was bright inside but the patio was a very nice option if it had not been so chilly that night.
If there are several games on at once, don’t want to miss any and you are hungry for wings or sandwich this is the place to go.

Lunch here is great! I can watch 6 different sports highlight shows while munching on an 8 piece boneless meal (favorites include the hot, the spicy garlic, and the buffalo dry seasoning) with fries. The only problem with having lunch here is I can’t/shouldn’t drink during my lunch break which just doesn’t seem right at a BWW’s or B-​Dubz as I like to refer to it. I had lunch there today, and we sat in the bar. The bartender/​server for the bar area was Sean who was an excellent server that kept our drinks filled without any questions. This place has definitely made it into the lunch rotation.

I came back here for the UFC fight over the weekend. I gotta say that they have some pretty good selections of brew on draft and 6 bucks for a tall glass of Green Line did me right all night.
But come on, guys! Why do you have 4 TV’s attached into 1 giant TV with lines intersecting!!! It’s horrible! It cuts out parts of the screen and it’s just gotta go… please, make it go away!

Okay, we can all admit that the food is not divine ambrosia, but it’s okay if you manage your expectations. You can eat a greasy, filling lunch for ten bucks. Most of all, I have to give these guys credit for handling large parties with cheerful aplomb. I’ve eaten there twice with groups of 10+, and not only was the service pleasant, but orders were accurate (with one minor exception), food delivery was reasonably swift, drink refills were prompt, and separate checks were brought out unsolicited. Plus, they gave my colleague a free dessert for his birthday.
So all in all, it’s not a bad option for a fun lunch with coworkers. It’s definitely faster and cheaper than nearby Yardhouse.
