Pizza Hut

Love this location it’s very convenient for me after the Dempster Morton Grove & Milwaukee Rd. Locations closed down. There is an Asian lady there who is very friendly to me. They’ve always got my order right. Only once in the past they didn’t cut my pizza right or put the sauce drizzle I wanted. But I’ve ordered over a hundred times from there and I can say they’ve gotten it right when they were most busiest. I’m really upset that Pizza Hut doesn’t have Hersheys Dunkers or Curried Away Crust Flavor, it’s like they took away the best thing I loved. I don’t order as much anymore bc of that but still love the pizza Hut fluffly dough and Buttery Crispy bottom of the pizza.

This location is horrible, I just moved to here from chicago 4 days ago, I have no food in my house, I am a combat veteran paying up front and yet even after explanning that there is nothing in walking distance and my 7 yr old is hungry, not only will they not place my order because my number is restricted but when I said go get ur manager, I was hung up on! Screw you and I hope you enjoy the backlash you get tomorrow when I tell all my buddy’s at the V.A. and V.f.w! I’m sick of getting stepped on by big corporate and the unqualified workers they are forced to higher.

This Pizza Hut is carry-​out/​delivery only… been here twice… ordered veggie and cheese pizzas. They always do whatever we ask (we’ve ordered online and over the phone) and the pizzas are ready in a timely fashion. Never had an issue.
The people working here are cheerful and nice… overall a decent Pizza Hut to drop by when you have the craving for mass-​produced pizza =D

This pizza Hut is so dirty all the food was cold as hell. I found a cock roach in my pizza and piece of hair in the pizza. when you walk in the restraunt u can smell the grease…

It has been many years since I had been inside of a Pizza Hut and all I remember was their salad bar and garlic bread being great. Many dine-​in locations had long shut down, yet they were still operating and advertising. There was a promotion for a Large 2-​topping for $ 7.99 so the original intent was to give that a try.
After going online, it was a pleasant surprise of what flavors, crusts, drizzles, and many deals they were offering! Their menu has been revised, and their new recipes was intriguing with unique combinations… most especially their Sweet Sriracha Dynamite which is Honey Sriracha sauce, grilled chicken, sliced jalapeños, sweet pineapple and Peruvian cherry peppers with Honey Sriracha on the crust edge and Honey Sriracha sauce drizzle.
And now to customize it, I started with my favorite combo of jalapeños and pineapple so this combo was interesting since it played off that. And with Peruvian cherry peppers, which I’ve never tried before but if they’re putting them on there, it probably works! Being vegetarian, have it without chicken. There was curiosity about Honey Sriracha Drizzle but just not in overload. So I kept the Honey Sriracha drizzle. I went with the salted pretzel crust which would hold up well in a pan style pizza and that savory element might play well to contrast the other flavor profiles!
Now that I know what I wanted to try, I wanted to get the best deal! I finalized on a $ 10 dinner box. It would come with a rectangular pan pizza with 1-​topping (I added 2 more) with 5 breadsticks of choice (I went with Fiery Red Pepper Flavor Sticks) with marinara and 10 CinnStix with icing.
I placed a Carryout order online and customized it (to the very max), confirmation said it would be ready to pickup in 15 minutes and it actually was! My total was just over $ 13 with 2 extra toppings and tax! Getting to try out a lot of items on their menu was the biggest bang for my buck!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The service here is absolutely horrible. My coworker and I placed an online order to be sent to our store, as we usually do. I logged into my account and placed the order for 5.15. 5.50 rolls around, there’s still no pizza in our hands! So I called to check on the order status and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, did not give me her name, and told me that the delivery man had been looking for our store, and could not find it. (Every time we order online we use the same address, they have never had any problems. And if they do they call my cell phone.) She said she called my cell phone twice and left me two voice mails, and continued to read off my old phone number. Of all the times I’ve ordered from this location recently, they always get through with my current number. All the while giving me attitude. On top of all that, she tells me the delivery man asked someone where our store is, and the woman took him to a bathroom. Like that is somehow my fault?! And now we have to wait another 45 – 50 minutes to receive a pizza that I’m sure was made about two hours ago. I will find another location to place my orders at from now on.

They get the job done! Good work guys and keep it up. glad there is at least one pizza hut open in this area.

Mediocre pizza. Mediocre wings. Additionally I walked in today to buy a gift card for my sister’s birthday. The two men there told me that they didn’t sell gift cards and told me the Walgreens across the street sold them. Which they didn’t.
What kind of restaurant doesn’t sell their own gift cards?
I’m done.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times I was super irritated. The delivery guy did not pay attention to the very detailed instructions I provided on how to get to my apartment entrance at all. Instead, he decides to call me and make me walk to his car where he was waiting. And both times, it took a really long time to get here, and it wasn’t even hot. I immediately had to microwave the pizza and breadsticks. Maybe I’ll try ordering again in a few months or so, but it’s not worth it to me. I’d probably have better luck picking up an order from here, since they apparently refuse to even deliver it to my actual door anyways.

Usually I find no point in reviewing fast food joints unless their service was terrible. This is the opposite. I placed an online order for 2 large 2-​topping pizzas for $ 8 each.
For my first pizza: Pan pizza with creamy garlic parmesan sauce with bacon and spinach, a balsamic drizzle, and a ginger boom crust. Perfection.
My second pizza: Hand tossed with a crushed tomato sauce with chicken and mushroom, a honey sriracha drizzle, and an asiago crust. Also… perfection.
I was able to get an additional 20% off my order, making my total $ 14.06. A steal! My order was ready before the 15 minutes they had estimated. Amazing service, they followed instructions and it was migggghty tasty! I definitely recommend trying their new menu, cos it is the booooomb diggity.

dang all these reviews are harsh. this place is carry out only and I always ask to make my pizza «well done» (left in the oven a little bit longer) and they never messed up for me (been going here since it opened). The pizza always tasted great and I never had any issues. Every time I go, they are very busy so obviously they are doing something right.

This place sucks. The moment I asked for a pan pizza the lady at desk said 20 minutes without even asking what i want. They might have good business that’s why the attitude …

Horrible pizza hut. They took my order which went to the call center. The employee in Mt. Grove then said he didn’t have the order. The manager Anna was rude on the phone. If you really want to have pizza, DON’T order from this pizza hut.
They are HORRIBLE!!!

I expected the pizza to taste awful: after all it is Pizza Hut. But it was worse than I expected.
At this location in particular, the store manager is a horrible nasty person who would rather lose customers than make a $ 2 bill adjustment. In my mind that’s just bad customer service.
