KFC

So this place is close now that’s really cool. It’s been in the valley since I was 23 years old and now I’m 63 years old. So that means I outlived this dump. I hope they found better jobs or least doing a better job than they were here

PERMANENTLY CLOSED. They just shut the place down entirely at the end of December 2015. The building is there but there is no KFC in operation. How does one block it from coming up on the Unilocal search? Needs to be removed from the database.

I came by this location at about 7:30pm on 1÷5÷16. The store was closed and all the lights were off. I think this location might have closed but can’t totally confirm that.

This is the worst KFC by far, I am completely disgusted! I went in yesterday and asked for popcorn chicken and hey said they were out of popcorn chicken. REALLY? How can a kfc be out of that??? Not only were they out of that there were multiple items on the menu that they didn’t have. I asked for a famous bowl and she said she couldn’t give it to me because you need popcorn chicken to make it. I asked her if she could just throw a couple chopped chicken strips, she said no. I called back later and asked a female worker why they don’t have popcorn chicken and she the whet manager under the bus by saying she forgot to order it. She said her managers name is alma. Not only was their menu half gone the workers are extremely rude. I can’t believe they would hire these people. I am really astonished and I want change. I will be contacting corporate today.

This review is for various trips and my experience with this place because it sums it up well so I’ll only explain this current week so it doesn’t sound like I’m harping on this place too much.
For the past week… I work until 7 around the area so I stop by to grab one of my favorite foods. Chicken Tenders. The first three nights I went they said they were out. And I asked if they were going to make any more for the day and they said no sorry. So I moved on to the next restaurant. I decided to skip the place for the next couple of days but I went back last Saturday to give them another chance. I order a chicken tender meal, two sides, and a large drink. The chicken was in extremely varying sizes, three pieces were normal and the other three were incredibly small. When I bit into one they were bone dry. They were either cooked too long or sat there all day. A little frustrated with the dry chicken I take a sip of my drink to wash it down and the soda was flat. My conclusion was not only to never come back to this location, but to never eat at another KFC. I’ll go to another chicken place.

Does anyone else find it weird that the #KFC off #Lankershim in #NoHo is closed on #BlackFriday?

I stopped in to get some food to go. Ordered a white meat combo to go. The girl goes sorry we don’t have white meat.
How the hell do you not have white meat?! I guess the managers or cooks are not intelligent enough to either order or cook enough. Should have know this location sucks because of the reviews.

This place is really close to my house and I go sometimes because of the drive-​thru, if I’m getting home late I grab something for dinner. I would say almost every time I get home I realize I’m missing something from my order. By then I don’t want to drive back. It happened again tonight except I caught it while there. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she wasn’t there.

This Location’s staff need training. They were Rude to me also as other reviewers are complaining. Drive through is so crowded that walk in customers have to wait loner to get their food and deal with unprofessional and overwhelmed staff. Food is good.

Came here last week with a good friend of mine for se binge eating after a break up. We ordered the $ 22 special I believe wich fed 4 people. Some pieces of chicken were nice an juicy and others where dry but it was good overall. The place itself is a bit run down and you need to ask for the bathroom key which the have tied to a wooden stick. Parking is small so I assume it must be a nightmare during peak hours. I would just come late at night go avoid the hassle

The chicken was fine and the service was fine. A friend and I used the drive through, and paid by credit card. I accidentally used a card I hadn’t used for a while and within the next couple of days i got an alert from my credit card company saying my card was being charged $ 200+ on various things. I definitely know i didn’t use that card anywhere else. Two weeks later my friend also started getting charges on her card that she didn’t make. I don’t know what the deal is, I’m not blaming the employees, maybe someone put in a tracker thing, but all I know is you should be careful about using a credit card. Pay cash if you go here, just in case.

Ya never will I come here. The place was empty inside. And they still managed to no add all my stuff… Was shorted things I bought. Should have checked my bags before I left. The drive thru lines was long but jeeze 1 person inside could a gotten my order completed. The staff was nice but just felt shorted that night. Chicken did taste a day old… I was in a rush that’s why I get fast good. Please review your orders before you leave. Was craving chicken pot pie and they were out. That’s I made it thru that awful traffic to go there. :(no pot pie: (
Will take that extra drive to the Victory KFC in Burbank. They’re always on point for me.

just left this location… all I can say is RUDE RUDE RUDE
you seriously need to hire people with a personality and customer service skills.
Only reason I’m giving it one star is because I HAVE to.

I’ve come here 4 times and each time they have failed to meet traditional Customer Service standards,
1^st time they just simple got my order wrong and I over paid, oh well.
2^nd time the debit/​credit machine wasn’t working and at all she actually said after I’ve been waiting in that drive-​thru for 15 minutes that «Sorry we couldn’t get it to work. You must pay cash or we can’t serve you.» I drove off and should’ve stopped there.
3^rd which was fine. Food was very dry but I was starving at the time didn’t really fret.
4^th time tonight, I’m in the drive thru at 9:44 and she says «Sorry we are closed» and I asked «Then the hell it says you close at 10, right here on the sign?» I know they do I cause live a block away. «She says sorry but we’re closed» I say «But you have someone in front of me!» And she begins to repeat automated response.
I would give it 1 star but I had one average fast food experience.

I created a Unilocal account specifically to review this experience. We used a coupon today at the drive thru and instead of informing us in a kind manner that there would be an extra charge for substituting, the young lady looked at us annoyed, no smile, spoke to us condescendingly and had absolutely no good attitude to be found. Possibly the worst attendant I’ve had to speak to. Having worked in customer service I understand that things can be frustrating but the end goal is the same: we wanted to buy your product and the establishment wants to sell it. The food was decent but the customer service needs a lot of attention. Unless someone DRAGS me back to this location, I will take the extra time to drive elsewhere.

Location seems old /​run down. Always plenty of seating and parking. Seating even empty is on the dirty side.
Workers often are talking in back, so if you want to order you may want to say something.
They have a TV that barely works on a Spanish station, no customers were watching.
Bathroom is a bit dirty. Not having toliet seat covers is weird to me.
Their $ 5 meals are solid value. Chicken is good.

This place serves chicken that’s been kept in a warming oven for hours. Dry to say the least.

Service is horrible. Workers are all kids. As a avid kfc fan, this is one of the worst kfc’s i have been have been to.
Asked for some ketchup and got two packets when i ordered a 12 piece meal. :D
You got to love kfc.

Worst service of all time took 20 min to cook 12 pcs of chicken tenders and to top it off an extra 10 min of sitting on my car in drive thru these people get paid to work yet get mad when u ask for something else on top of ur original order bad service number 1 for worst service

Yes, I ate here. I’m over the shame.
It was a just fine KFC.
They were slow for a fast food joint, but I didn’t notice any ‘tude with the staff — course this is HOLLYWOOD — so everyone that walked in (or paced around outside) was freaky as all hell. Deal with it.
