Bad customer service. Always homeless roaming around the place. Employees are rude and barely put any meat on your sandwich.

went in spoke to the manager relayed my concerns and also most importantly told her I felt the two males were slacking at the expense of the female employee who HAS a work ethic, and she should be commended. nice to see that she was there and I got to relay my concerns as well as commend her work ethic to her manager in front of her… whatever the food, whatver the style, when you serve food to people, enjoy your work or go dig ditches walk dogs anything .but treat the customer decently. Thanks to the manager I spoke with!

Didn’t get a receipt. Didn’t get a free meal. He made my sandwich with zero care and half of it fell out. I said something n he shrugged his shoulders and threw it away instead of fixing my sandwich. These two were terrible and miserable. I cannot believe how upset I am over just a sandwich.

Never coming back. I went in on January 22,2016 around 7/7:15 and was all okay until I had my condiments put on. The girl who was helping me had an attitude and as I was naming off she gave me maybe 4 or 5 of each item. I understand you’re not supposed to do a lot but come on. And when I said extra pickle there was more of an attitude. The bottom of my bread is almost all gone from cutting it, and half of my condiments fell out. No sorry or anything. When I went to pay she grabbed my money and didn’t ask if I wanted to add a drink, bag of chips or cookies. She Handed me change, I said thank you, she put my sandwich in the bag, and walked away. I can’t even pick my sandwich up without losing everything. Worst subway I’ve been to.

They are crazy stingy with their shredded cheese, I asked if I could have more, because it was barely sprinkled on and they told me it would be more money, even though if they tripled what they had put on it still probably wouldn’t be as much as most subways put on the average sub.

Run by absolutely incoherent people who don’t know how to communicate. I called in for a huge order, but the lady on the phone refused to accept what I was saying. I said that I as ordering a large number of sandwiches, two of each kind that I will list for her and she kept interrupting me with questions that I’d already answered. Then she put an entirely different person on the phone with whom I had to begin the order all over again. I had no time for that. They justified themselves with«being busy» but I think they simply don’t know how to listen. Never going here or calling here again.

One of my favorite sandwiches to order at Subways is the $ 5 footlong meatball sandwich on Whole wheat. It is so good with mozzarella. I also sometimes get a turkey and cheese with avodao on flat bread. Yum so good !

I would give it five stars for the sandwich maker! Great steak and cheese! One star for how they made me feel at the time of checkout for using a subway coupon I received from joining the subway club via text. Apparently, the manager said I should have shown it before I ordered. So that I won’t go back in line, and want to reuse it again. I did exactly as the text says PRESENTITTOTHECASHIER. It clearly never says on the coupon when you are ordering. There’s is no sign when you order your sandwich to inform them that you have a timed coupon. What is bad is that they made me feel as if I was going to cheat on this coupon and do as she accused me of going back in line and try using it again. I told her, well good thing I’m eating in, and so you can see me not get back in line and reuse this coupon. I hate being accused of something so wrong, ruined my lunch and will never be returning back to this Subway ever. Rude accusatory staff.

Always love this location. I would say, work with your costumers a little more, beside that these guys are awesome.

This has got to be the slowest subway that I’ve ever been to. Stopped by really quick there was no line and a lot of people working and I still had to wait after I paid for 5 – 10 minutes for the ret of my order to be ready. I understand when some of the people are in training but they weren’t training they were just slow workers.

Freebies/peace offering/meal from the manager was accepted… the day shift crews was attentive & fast. hopefully, Federico Flores learned his lesson for being rude. I am not God so he’s forgiven.

First of all I love subways chop chicken salad it is literally one of the best salads in town especially for the price. This particular Subway has the best service comment there so cheerful and sweet and giving I love them especially the manager. Helpful tip, you can place your order online and it’s ready when you get there no waiting in line!

I went to subway yesterday and in the AM. There were 2 young guys. It was totally slow and I was the only customer. I was in a hurry and they knew that. One was helping me at first, second the switched. OVERALL, THEYTOOKFOREVER ! There was no one but me. They did it on purpose ! They took their time making a simple sandwich. Shake my head!

Two nights in a row I was turned away. First night was because my well-trained SERVICEDOG wasn’t allowed in the«restaurant,» lol. In addition to the vest he was wearing, with the tags on his collar… When I motioned that I had his certificate on my iPhone, because it is 2015, the guy behind the counter insisted that I have«the paper.» While I know this is illegal, I was too hungry to engage and opted to go else where. Mind you, I would never bring my dog into an actual restaurant – but other nearby fast-food places like Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s and Fish Dish never commented on my dog’s presence, or asked me to show proof of him being a service dog. Who would have thought that Subway, a regular shelter for the homeless, would have an issue with my dog? Second night, sans Dog, I walked in… stood around for about 30 seconds before acknowledged, asked that I waited a minute, then I was asked if I was using cash or card? I said either or, I have both. He then went to inform me that«their system was down», and that he couldn’t take my money, cash or credit and that it happens every night at 2a. Living in this area for years, and regularly going to Subway in the wee hours of the night… I’ve never had an issue at this Subway. I find this experience hilariously disrespectful and a pure lack of regard for customer service. Even though I live within walking distance, I’ll make an effort to no longer spend money with that particular location on my late night hunger binges.

The«manager» Chris is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in food service. He became argumentative when I asked for no Bologna on my sandwich, repeatedly talked down to me, and then passed me along to his poor employee while he stood and smirked at me. He completely lacks the base level of customer service. As a franchisee of multiple restaurants, I would immediately fire Chris as he is a negative impact on your business.

On 11÷04÷14 at 12:45 am me and my girlfriend went into this location and the cashier Chris seemed normal, he had made my girlfriends sandwich but toasted it a little too long she had to call him from the back to tell him it’s ready then he continued making her sandwich and didn’t ask me if I wanted anything. He got her vegetables and sauces then charged her. He then looked at me and said«did you want a sandwich?» I said yes and he said why didn’t you tell me. That was a little annoying because normally the sandwich makers are supposed to ask. Again he walked away after toasting my sandwich and it went a little too long. Then he didn’t ask me what vegetables I wanted he just looked at me and waited for me to speak. So not really a bad experience just annoying.

I visited this location when there were 3 other customers and 3 total employees working. In the 5+ minutes it took for them to make my sandwich, every employee worked on my order. And all of them just, for no reason, left my sandwich on the prep table and did something else. I’m glad I wasn’t in a rush because the whole process took unnecessarily long.

Food’s still the same, basic and pre packaged. Dining area is kept decently clean, but unfortunately with the area teeming with vagrants that drift in and out getting drinks from the dispenser with an old cup from some other fast food chain it gets a little uncomfortable. The workers seem like they never want to be there and whenever someone walks in they have a muscle memory to lightly say ‘Welcome to Subway.’ Though sometimes it’s only one out of 2 – 3 people. If I’m about to get on the road or coming back from somewhere and need a quick bite but don’t want Carl’s Jr, because let’s face it, who wants Carl’s Jr? I’ll come by because it’s 24 hours.
