This is the worst jersey mikes in terms of service. They messed up an order for me during holidays and they mailed me coupons for two subs. So when I went to redeem there was two people in line in front of me and I waited 10 – 15 minutes before they even acknowledged me. There are 6 people working back there and 4⁄6 are cracking jokes and telling stories. Even the two girls doing actual sandwich making are more concerned with gossip and talking to each other than they are with getting orders right and making customers wait when there is practically no line. Stay away from this jersey mikes

This Jersey Mikes is the closest to my house but the location isn’t great. Usually it’s ok, mediocre service, but the food is good. There’s a manager type guy with dark wavy hair that is very rude and seems to hate customer service. Tonight I used a coupon that’s good for 4 days and usable 1 time per, person per visit. After I showed the girl she asked me to delete it from my email. I asked why and she said so I couldn’t use it again. As far as the fine print is concerned, I can use it once per day per visit and I really don’t appreciate her asking me to do anything with my email. She was rude about it as well. Then she dropped my boyfriends sandwich, partially unwrapping it, and didn’t seem to care. It was an evening of rude people. There is a guy with plugs(they’re always removed) and he’s really nice, consistently. I’ll go again because I love the sandwich. But I wish they’d stop asking if I want it «mikes way» and just let me tell them what I want. And if I don’t like«mikes way» they could stop showing such annoyance. Oh well, I’ll go back and just hope they get better. Ps, their music selection is usually awesome!

I am a fan and the food is always good, that’s why the 4 stars. But, this location needs to start confirming your order before they ring you up. Twice now I’ve been charged incorrectly, and not by a few pennies… more like $ 6 over two transactions. Both times I didn’t realize it until I got home. First time they charged me for two chips when only ‘one’ was suppose to be part of the«deal», and the second time they charged me for two regulars when I had one regular and one mini. But, they’re always very friendly and nice and I will keep going back.

Love this place. Only wish it was closer to my house. Everybody who works there is always totally cool and friendly and their sandwiches are totally awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

I read all the complaints about how long it takes to get a sandwich so I decided to come and see for myself. I came by on a Wednesday at dinner time. I walked in, placed my order for a regular Italian and I was out within 5 minutes. Great sandwich also.

Best Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Every time I get satisfied with their sandwich everything. their customer service is great as well. Only thing that I was a little upset about is I told him to cut the sandwich in three pieces but they forgot to do that but overall

Love this chain but it takes way too long to get a sandwich here. They should have a separate window for large pickup orders or catering, as that constantly slows the line. Good place if you have the time, but isn’t this supposed to be fast(ish) food?

This is a great sandwhich. Subway has nothing on this place! People are super cool. I like chicken or tuna w avocado. Try it Mike Style. Oils and spices added on. It’s…superb.

This place is gross and relatively expensive. Mike’s way just seems like its drenched in oil and vinegar and they don’t have that many options. Its like a poor man’s subway except you get to pay twice a much for it.

Just had my first Jersey Mike’s giant sub! I had the #17 hot Steak and Cheese w/onions(minus cheese because I’m lactose intolerant) while adding all the extras that I wanted. It was A+ A+ A+ A+ A+ fantastic! There was a long line but it started to move fast. A good lunch into dinner for all the great games on today!

I love Jersey Mikes but I hate the location. Not only does this place take FOREVER. But they’re really lacking in customer service and UNSANITARY. I saw flies in the food, and the employees put the disgusting hand written receipts on the sandwiches! I politely asked the young man making my sandwich if he could remove the receipt sitting on the meat of my sandwich, and his response«it’s sanitized». He removed the receipt from my sandwich, and PUTITBACKON. I will never come back to this location. The cashier with the braids is always rude. Avoid this unsanitary location at all cost. Since when is receipt paper sanitized?

Came here today because I was craving for one of their sandwiches. I was introduced to jersey mikes after my coworker took me to the location in south Pasadena. I have definitely been missing out, the way they freshly slice the meats to put on your sandwich makes a hell of a difference. Goodbye to lackluster subway sandwiches, I’m a jersey mikes convert. This location had a line of customers at 2pm on a Sunday, with Sunday football on the screens diners were entranced, the girl who was helping me had the greatest customer service and was so sweet. Remember to check in to this location you get 10% off your order!

Update: I now avoid Subway at all costs. Best when you get your sandwich«Mikes way» and then wait a few minutes before eating it. I usually pick it up and by the time I get home it’s perfect. It’s perfect there too. Just have them soak the bun just a little. If you plan on coming back do their points system because a free sandwich is not far away

I just had the worst experience here. Beware the condescending POS that will make your sandwich. So not worth your money. Go to Ralphs its a block away, cheaper and you get much better service.

The #26 on a Spinach Wrap is absolutely delicious. It tastes great and not too salty. It is great to have a Jersey Mike’s Subs in the neighborhood. The service is great and the sandwich makers are always friendly. An extra star because they screwed up my order, I went home, but I called and went back to pick up the correct sandwich. Kudos for Jersey Mike’s Subs for taking care of me.

Yum yum. I forgot these chains exist here in SoCal – living in the Bay for 5 years, there definitely aren’t as many of these things around.

I give two stars: for making the right sandwich and charging me correctly. Beyond that, this location SUCKS. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my one cold sandwhich with 2 people in front of me. And they were already having their order made. Employees are terribly trained and management is atrocious with no sense of urgency. Owner is losing at least 10% of potential sales because I know I’m not the only one that feels this way. I have never avoided a Jersey Mikes, but I do skip this location. It’s a shame.

Went there the other day and was very happy that I did. Inside they have music playing and two tvs hanging on the walls. Got the«hot sub» and it was one of the best cheese steak sandwiches that I ever had. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I’m going back and already have my next sub in mind. This place has no competition when it comes to meaty subs! 5STARS!

We are a West meets East couple. So when it rains, I want soup and a sandwich. D wants Mexican. I LOVE Jersey Mikes. They blow subway away. Not even in the same ball park. I chose a #9 turkey Swiss and roast beef. Mike’s way, of course. and was very satisfied by the flavor and quality of the meats. The size of their sandwiches is perfect. The value for cost is really good when you consider that they may cost a dollar or two more, BUT when you eat their sandwiches you know where that money went — In to product quality — awesome

Random stop here after an audition and wanted to smash some good food quick. Even found a coupon for a BOGO so that was made it only that much better. Parking lot sucks but there is one so take it as it is. It was a bit crowded but the staff was cool and for my 2 hot subs, 1 pastrami and 1 philly the wait wasn’t too bad. They were hot, the bread was soft, and it was filling. If Im around I could def try this spot again.
