There are no lemons by the beverage selection and to be frank this mildly upsets me. What also upsets me is my burrito bowl (and all my friends’) are a tad bit cold :(Upon the time of writing this review, I just bit into a large piece of unripened avocado in my guacamole– talk about an unpleasant surprise! But I have not contracted the E. coli virus so hey gotta look at the bright side of the situation!!!

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. It tasted like they have no clue how to make Mexican food. The corn tortillas were kept in cool water… huh? They were so crumbly and moist they tasted terrible. The black beans were completely gone so the girl just spilled black water over my rice. The corporate office needs to send someone here to fix the problems because this place wouldn’t last a day in California.

I love Chipolte! Such a consistent taste and service. Although I went there today and was given the wrong burrito. I went back to them and gave them a sheet of what was on the original for the worker to remake. i got my burrito back with NO GUACAMOLE! I had to go back to the counter and ask for gauc. Not to mention the workers were hurrying to remake my burrito, they didn’t heat the tortilla, causing the tortilla to not be able to roll up. The burrito was still and caused a mess. Not happy with my experience.

I have a lot of friends that rave about Chipotle and I’ve been putting it off to try them. I finally decided to go in today now that they have their GMO free ingredients and since the line wasn’t out the door for once. First, the guy immediately got my order wrong. I ordered a salad, and he gave me a burrito bowl. The meat was drier than expected, and the salsa kind of bland. I prefer Qdoba, GMOs and all with the free guac, shorter lines and more variety.

2 stars. Hard to give only 2 because like most Chipotle experiences, the food was delicious. The service however, was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!
It seemed that we bothered the first person who started our meals. The next guy was friendly but he was obviously suffering from indigestion. The lady who cashed us out was too busy talking to her friend about a concert to realize she charged us wrong. Never apologized, then just made up the difference with my friends order since she was next. Didn’t even make sense.
This location … Good food, horrible staff.

Awesome burritos, even better now that they make their beans vegan and also their new sofritas, which is their own blend of seasoned tofu. The line is usually out the door but moves quickly most of the time. Great fast food for the $!

I’m very surprised by some of these bad reviews. I have been eatting here since they opened. I have never had bad experience, and I eat here once or twice a week. Everything is fresh and they give plenty of food. One review claims there cheap with the food, I always ask for extra rice or mild salsa and get more. Every time I go its very good and friendly staff. It’s my favorite spot to hit before a movie and it’s always busy there, so if you don’t think the food is good, I think it’s you not the food. I love it!

Haven’t had a bad meal here yet. My kids love it and it’s better than all the other Standard fair Fox Run mall food. Located 100 feet from the cinemas which make this a gReat quick and tasty food stop you have a movie planned.

I LOVE this place. I have been here many times, and aside from it being too busy for me to have time to stay, I have NEVER had a bad experience. The portions are huge, the service very friendly and accomodating, and aside from tasting amazing, the food is also natural, free range, fresh and local, etc.
The only thing I would like to change is maybe an option for a less spicy chicken. My daughter has a hard time eating here because all the meat has a little spice to it. Too spicy for her.
Aside from that, it’s my favorite place to eat, ever! :D

Giant, stuffed, yummy burritos… need I say more? Good food for a chain restaurant. Dinner time can be really busy. Use the Chipotle app (Apple and Android phones) and do yourself a favor and order on your way there and skip the line!

The first time I went here I had a great time. Every time since has been awful. They are consistently understaffed and when I ordered online to beat the line, my order was made wrong. They need more people on the line and they need to focus on quality.

I’ve been to several Chipotle Restaurants in several different states. This particular outlet is by far the stingiest I have ever been to. My husband and I suspect the staff here must get a bonus based upon how little food they serve. We find it outrageous that portions are so skimpy we actually left hungry after finishing our meals. Never ever again!

I love Chipotle but this one drops the ball ALL the time. It’s by far the worst out of the many, many restaurants I’ve visited. Prepare yourself for disappointment. One day they were out of guacamole, the next there was a 10 minute wait for chicken, (10 minutes is a long time to stand in a line for «fast» food), and today they were out of black beans. I’ve complained to the manager and got a rude email in return. They’ve lost mine and my friend’s business. Bottom line, great food if they have it, but not worth waiting in line to be disappointed.

Love this place! I go there once a week and it is mostly consistent. I go in sometimes when I know when it is not busy. When I know it will be busy I use their app and they have it ready for me when I get there 90% of the time. The few times I had to wait they actually comp’d it for me. There seems to be a big turn over there but the food is consistent. Only a few times they messed up my order but every time they redid it for me. Friendly staff and its always clean there.
Only downfall is that it can be very busy so you may have to wait in line but that’s not a bad thing and its worth it.
Price: Very reasonable ($ 7) for a Chicken bowl. I can usually make this 2 means when i ask for extra rice.
What I get? Either a Chicken Bowl with Chips or 3 Hard Shell Tacos.

I used to go to Chipotle every week when I lived in CA. There is one on every corner there (go figure, they are owned by McDonald’s — looks like they carried some business logic over). I wish they would apply that logic here — one in Newington is NOT enough.
I can say the food quality is exactly the same across the country. I don’t care if that burrito is 1,300 calories — I’m getting it every time. It’s worth the wait in line, it’s worth the fact that I’m paying $ 10 for a burritto (that are $ 5 at any local Southern American taco joint), and it’s worth the taste. The meat is always cooked to the right tenderness, and all other ingredients are always so fresh. Love the smooth guac with chunks of avocados still in it. Could use some more flavor, but I’m still gonna pay $ 1.75 extra for it. Num num num!

This is a very good Chipotle. They’re fast do a good job of preparing their ingredients. The quality is very consistent and very good.
Their iPhone app and online ordering is great, by the way. It’s nice to be able to skip the line by planning ahead (usually only 15 – 20 minutes).

Burritos here are like burgers at McDonalds. No matter where you are, or what your doing, if there is a Chipotle near by you can get a decent meal.
The burritos are tasty, the ingredients are fresh, and the wrap is consistent. The meat is kept in a steam table and is not finished on the flat top grill, which I tend to prefer, but the flavor is good. They use white rice with cilantro and you get your choice of beans. The service is usually fast and the price is average for a burrito shop.
