It’s really just ok. Passable Mexican food in a pinch. Not as good as chipotle the beef tastes like a package mix of taco seasoning. The staff is great. Confusing menu. I won’t go back because there is really nothing special. The burrito bowl with ground beef was ok. The beef burrito with bean and brown rice may be 3stars but that’s pushing it. Clean restroom. Good manager she was all over making it a good experience. Easy to get to and park. Just used to really authentic Mexican.

What happened to the good employees? I used to come to this place over Chipotle for any of my fast food burritos because let’s face it, that’s what this place is and if you’re expecting anything more, I’m sorry. The employees were personable and clear spoken. Often chatting with me about more than my choice of meat and fillings. The last two times I’ve been there however, two older gentlemen have been working and they can’t even be bothered to crack a smile, let alone annunciation their words. A soft spoken, mumbling employee wouldn’t bother me as much if they actually got my order right. Might have to start going back to their competitor.

I used to enjoy that other burrito place in town… So glad I now go here. I simply think the food tastes better and you seem to get more for your money. As far as advantages, I really like both the shredded pork(carnitas) as well as the shredded beef(ropa vieja). No extra cost for guac either. Also, big fan of the queso cheese sauce. For customer service, they always seem calm and smiling. I have never felt rushed like I have at the competition. Even my 10 and 8 year old boys feel comfortable enough to order in their own. Whew! So, in summary. This has become my new favorite chain burrito joint. Give em a try!

I suggest ordering online, if you don’t like to wait in a long line. If you go around 12 you will be waiting in a line. Good choices, Burrito, Burrito Bowl, Tacos, Quesadilla, Nachos. Good selection on different meats, and add ins. I perticulary like Qudoba over Chipotle for the mere factor that they have Queso ! I always get a meal, plus queso and chips; you just can’t leave without getting chips !!

Qdoba has a more expansive menu than Chipotle, but contrary to what many friends and coworkers have told me, they are not cheaper and they are not better than Chipotle. The chicken is overseasoned. I personally am not a big fan of sauce in a burrito bowl, but I quickly discovered that if you do not get either BBQ or queso sauce, all you can taste is the overpowering amount of cilantro in the rice. The steak bowl I had yesterday was very good, but any other menu item I’ve tried has always been better at Chipotle. One bonus– there’s always less of a line at Qdoba.

Pretty picky about my burritos, so this place wasn’t anything out of the ordinary for me. Food isn’t bad, but isn’t great either. Chipotle gets insanely busy at times, so if you don’t want to wait in a huge line, this is the place for you. Burritos are average at best, similar to Chipotle. Good fall-back option if other Mexican places are packed.

Love the Queso cheese and chips! Chipotle doesn’t have that. Soft tacos pulled pork and shredded beef very good!

Don’t ever, ever, EVER order catering from their corporate HQ. They are completely inept and their systems corrupt. I placed an order to send to a friend’s company a day prior, the corp. systems lost it and put the local shop through an unnecessary fire drill. The food is good if you can get it, but their corporate customer service folks are a joke. Deal with the local folks and it should be fine.

The service here was great! The woman was very helpful, informative, and patient. Otherwise, I was not impressed with the food. I’m an avid Chipotle fan, and there was just no contest. I go the queso burrito, and it was VERY bland. The portions were ok. My fiancé said that he liked his burrito as much as Chipotle though. He is also a fan of the rewards card here at Qdoba, which is buy 9 entrees, and recieve the 10th for free. You also get free chips and salsa for activating your card online. Everytime he suggests going here now, I say that I would much prefer Chipotle, but I’m sure I’ll eventually give it another chance and try a different burrito or different queso, as they do have more options than Chipotle.

Decent food; nothing disappointing. The outstanding experience was the service I received on Feb 12, 2014 evening. The place was not busy and the two people there were very helpful and friendly to a newcomer.

Good, fresh food. They make their tortilla chips in house every day. The guacamole is also fresh. A great alternative to chipotle. Fast and friendly service. They also feature the awesome soda pop machine with a thousand flavors. Great lunch options that are relatively healthy, good portions that are filling, and prices that won’t make you feel ripped off.

This place is an unnecessary addition to the dozen or so Mexican places in the seacoast. The taco meat is really cheap quality. The taste is bland and their jalapeño hot sauce has no kick and an awful aftertaste. The tortilla soup was heavy on tomatoes and had no dimension. This place is a step below taco bell. Five minutes after finishing my meal all I can taste is salt in my mouth. This is the McDonalds of Mexican food. Actually, Micky D’s is way better. I can’t see any reason to return.
