I love the wingstop menu! BBQ wings with blue cheese dip is my favorite. I usually order online and pick. Staff has always been friendly and order has been ready for pick up on time. I will keep coming back.

Friendly staff! Love that they play oldies a lot of the time. I especially love their original hot boneless wings!

Why do I keep coming here? Because who doesn’t like fried chicken wings lathered in sauce/​rub?! Well, not everyone but the majority of us do… especially paired with beer!
Their sauces taste exactly how it sounds. I’ve probably tried all of the flavors, but I personally like my wings in a rub, rather than a sticky sauce. With that said, LEMON PEPPER is my go to, just make sure you drink a lot of water or beer afterwards cause you will be thirsty.
Service has always been pretty good, restaurant is clean and well maintained, but I usually order it to-​go so I can stuff my face in the privacy of my own home. The boneless wings are a bit small and can be overcooked though (more like crunchy chicken nuggets).
PRO TIP: Call ahead and place your order so there’s no 15+ minute wait for your food. Another tip, ask for your fries extra crispy… the fries get limp and soggy pretty quick with their normal cook time. Also, feel free to ask the cashier for their personal recommendation on what combo to put together for the best deal.

If you’re thinking about coming here, I suggest you drive to another wingstop even if it’s another hour away! This wingstop is the WORST wingstop I have ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back to this location ever again. I made a phone order to pick up, went in, and the girl who was helping me seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I gave her my card, swiped it, said I was all set, so I got my food then went home. Mind you that I was just passing by this area so I decided to pick up my food here but had to drive about half an hour home. Anyway, as I got home, I got a phone call from them saying that I have to COME BACK in to pay for my order… Uhm? Dafuq? Why would I have to go out of my way to pay for someone else’s mistake? So this lady began to threaten me telling me that if I don’t come back and pay that she was going to report me saying that I was «basically stealing food». Ridiculous!

My all time favorite wing spot! The ranch is the best but at 99 cents wow can be an expensive meal if you dip every fry and wing in it lol

I normally only come in during their specials on Monday & Tuesday for boneless wings for 60 cents. Or traditional wings on Tuesdays for 69 cents. Great service at all locAtions & some have your own self service drink stations along side with the utensil station. Also to Add, only some locations have the fresh hot rolls.

Finally, wings that don’t get soggy in sauce. While the wings aren’t as large as I expected for the price, they’re cooked perfectly. Their selection of flavor’s is good between rubs and sauces; I enjoy the teriyaki and Louisiana rub. Their potato salad and cole slaw (creamy) is solid as well. My problem is I tend to overdue it so I walk out of there totally stuffed.
The service will probably feel slow because of all the pickup orders in the queue, but it’s worth the wait.

This wing-​stop always mess up my order, prob coincidence, today I decided to give another chance, they didn’t mess up my order but it took 30 minutes to be ready, when I was told it would be ready in 14min. Probably they forgot about my order, until I asked for it. One of the guys looks like he is new employee, and he apologized for having trouble placing my order, not a big deal, but the manager (a girl) was kind of mean to him. There was this Asian guy, he has Excellent customer Service skills. Greeting customers. He makes it up for all the other fails. The food is good!

I would give a zero. My husband went to buy wings yesterday and we are all sick throwing up and all. If you are food handling you should be clean, I never experienced this before until now that we bought in Newark. Go to Fremont location, great customer service and you won’t get sick.

I love chicken wings, and Wingstop always hits the spot. I find their wings to run a bit larger than those at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I like that there’s typically less of a wait here too.
My top three: Cajun (spicy), BBQ (sweet), and lemon pepper (salty).

It looked like someone was training another worker to be a cashier. That worked, because he ended up being very helpful– explaining everything.
For some reason, my mango habanero wings were more sweet than spicy– and I ordered them because I figured they’d be fairly hot.
Nope.

This place sucks… boneless wings where small, fries were cold and it took forever.
Worst wing stop ever

Poor customer service. When she took my order, she first asked for my name for the order (odd) instead of asking «how may I help you today» or suggesting promotions and etc. Then she didn’t even check with me before completing my order. She had not asked if I wanted fries or veggie sticks and which sauces I wanted. I had to tell her after she already made the transaction.
I was the only customer in the restaurant, waited nearly 15 minutes for a combo order of 6 pieces of mild classic chicken with a side of fries. When I received my order, the fries were over-​fried. I repeat, I was the only customer dining in and the fries looked as if she almost forgot about them.

Tonight’s online order changed my mind about this Wingstop.

The host: Razel. She repeated my order back to me, was very friendly & genuinely nice. The two guy workers had the place clean, they looked like they were having a fun shift & knew what they were doing (the past team, not so much). They had my order ready & hot. I checked my bag just to be safe. Everything was stacked neatly, NO OIL, & correct.
I truly can’t stress this enough, there was no oil in any of the food. Obviously, yes, it’s fried. But sometimes it just sits in the left over oil… soaking. then it drains in the bag. yuck. Even the fries were crispy & seasoned. The ranch was normal lol (last time, room temp & runny…)

I wouldn’t recommend it for a special dinner, but for something casual is OK. The chicken wings were very good and so was the coleslaw. I didn’t come for the atmosphere, just the food.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a three piece chicken strip meal from the app ahead of time. Showed up 20 minutes later and my order was ready. Awesome! Nope. My chicken was RAW! WTF? At first I thought it was just a little gristly or wasn’t trimmed of fat due to the texture. With all the sauce on it, I had to rip into it to figure out what the issue was. NASTY!
They offered me another meal, but no thanks. Then found out that the manager Kevin took off for a week’s vacation to Vegas without properly training the employees. No one knew how to do a refund. Finally the nice lady at the counter just gave me cash back for the full amount I paid.
I’ve been to several other locations before with no issues. Not coming back!

Called at 5:41 pm last Thursday evening to place an order on the phone. The employee who picked up said they don’t take phone orders until 7:00 pm. Okay… I’ve never heard of that at other Wingstop locations, but I let it slide. I called back at 7:04 pm, and the same employee answered the phone and said they don’t take phone orders until 7:30 pm. Lol. Don’t fuck with a girl who’s HANGRY and wants her chicken wings.
Staying faithful to the Decoto location from here on out.

Wanted to give the new Wingstop the benefit of the doubt… but now that they have been open for a few months and still getting it wrong I will reconsider going there again.
14 minutes consistently ends up being 25 – 35, and getting exactly what I ordered seems to be an impossibility. One person working the counter taking walk in orders, phone orders and email order… No wonder they can’t get it right. I recommend taking everything out of your bag and checking before leaving.
This last order was «chicken Soup» as my wings were in a bath of sauce. My bag reflected the overflow and it left a mark on my car seat.
I was excited to have this business move in closer to home but now I am not so sure. At least KFC is consistent.

I ordered online and the food was ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately they didn’t give me a lot of fries for a regular size fry. I also didn’t get any parm seasoning as I requested, a bit sad, but the food was good though! They loaded up on the veggie sticks, so that was nice.
It’s a small place, only good for take out, and I would come back again!

Although my order came out wrong the first time, they fixed it in minutes,
and it was delicious.
The service was friendly and inviting.
The fries were crispy and well seasoned!
The wings were, hot, and juicy!
We had the original hot, and hickory smoked BBQ!
They had throw back football games on the big screen, and sports center! Perfect lunch with my 2 sons 8 and 6, and although a small restaurant, very perfect for Newark!
