Worst place ever. Terrible service. Doesn’t even know what they serve on the menu. Tried to sass customers. Go to the one in Union City.

This lady right here has the worst customer service! After ordering $ 45 worth of food she gave me 2 BBQ sauces and 2 ranches! I asked for a couple more bbq sauces and said there not free! I said I ordered almost $ 50 worth of chicken and I only get 4 sauces? In the last 13 years nobody has ever charged me for a sauce here! Not Martin Emma or Mohammad! She also had the nerve to be rude about it all! Anyways I love popeys and will come back but if she does it again I will change my location!

Bad customer service! They serve pork in their mash potato gravy and DO NOT mention this to their customers. When I went back to return it… they did not want to change it and I asked them if they could give something small like a coleslaw coz of the inconvenience but manager did not want to give the coleslaw. She has an Awful customer service manager.

This is my first time here and being honest I don’t hate it coz it smells so good here! BUT THE SERVICE HERE IS REALLY BAD
We are in line and waiting than the manager take the person behind us and we get to wait for a different person to take the order!

Really disappointing experience. Chicken has more batter than chicken. Today I got shrimp and it has no shrimp but just batter. It is total waste of money and time. Why Popeyes not closing this outlet? They are cheating customers in the name of food. DONT BUY FOOD FROM this place.

HORRIBLE customer service. I love Popeyes, unfortunately this is the closest location to home which is why I keep coming back… or used to. I get the dirtiest looks from the women that work her EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here. Way to make customers feel welcomed! It’s extremely uncomfortable, check your attitudes ladies!

Terrible customer service from management… If u don’t like catchup and sauce this is your place. They are stingy

This location is terrible. Their motto is «the customer comes last». The manager has an excuse for any issue or problem the employee makes. We will not be going back anytime soon, and we will tell all our friends.

I love me some Popeyes (on Tuesday Only). Other than on a Tuesday I will not be at a Popeyes, too expensive.
This location is ran by really nice employees and with a clean restaurant to go with it. Never had any issues here. Order is always right and efficient.

Always come to have Tue special for my family. The spicy Louisiana flavor fried chicken is good and we love it more than KFC. However, I would like to have fried chicken only here after trying some other food. Not really good taste…
Try to come before 6pm for Tue special; otherwise, it would take you a long time to get what you want.

Went through the drive through and they were kind. Order was right and no bad attitudes. Everything was on point. Chicken was hot, biscuits warm and fresh food all around. There used to be a lady that worked here that had a poor attitude but haven’t seen her lately so I think they may have rid of her. Ordered coleslaw, beans and rice, chicken, biscuits, pecan pie and Hawaiian punch. Pecan pie was small but inexpensive.

If I can give this place no star I would. The customer service is bad also they forgot to give my bf a drink. The lady always has an attitude. New management is what needs to happen!

When I walked in, I noticed the area had a cheap feel to it. The chicken tenders I ordered tasted decent at best. Usually, I would let that slide at a fast fkks restaurant, but this place is definitely overpriced for the quality of the food.

Everytime I order drive through here. It never fails they’ll get my order wrong somehow.

5 stars for being open on Christmas! And the manager even stayed open an extra hour to accommodate customers. Food was good and fresh. Place is very clean.

Everytime I come here for lunch, the same ladies always give me these looks. I really don’t know if it’s because they have resting bitch face or they really need to have an attitude adjustment. The manager (who is a guy) that’s usually there I can deal with because he’s friendly to everybody, but the female manager (at least I think she’s a manager) seriously needs an attitude check.
Anyway, ordered a 2 pc meal with white meat, SPICY, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese. My biggest suggestion is that they at least hand the food over with a smile on their faces because it really makes a huge difference in the way a customer feels when they’re ordering from your restaurant. Didn’t even say «have a good day» or anything. And they charge 25 cents for a thing of sauce because it wasnt a chicken tender meal. Lame. Also, my chicken wasn’t spicy, I think they gave me the mild one. Kinda annoyed me because their mild chicken tastes bland compared to the spicy chicken. But whatever. Lunch is lunch.

One of my favorite fried chicken! Best comfort food there is! Havent tried dining in on this branch but im a regular at their drive thru. We usually get popeyes either tuesday or friday :)

Service here is pretty awful… The lady basically tricked us into paying more than what we were suppose to. Then when we tried to get clarification, they didn’t even try to understand where we were coming from. Sounded like the manager was yelling at us if anything.
Anyway, it was my first time trying Popeyes ever, and I thought the chicken was okay. I’ll have to find DD better chicken elsewhere! I guess it’s worth it and good if you come on a Tuesday and get their special, which is a leg and thigh for $ 1.49. That’s pretty good vs like $ 5 for like ²⁄₃ pieces. The red beans and rices was pretty gross… I’d stay away from that. Gravy is something others might appreciate.
I think all in all, KFC’s hot wings are wayyy better…

Popeye’s has an interesting «cajun» menu. definitely trying in the future.

I tried some of their Louisiana style fast food cuisine. Various forms of chicken and shrimp dominate the menu. I ordered three pieces of «Bonafide» chicken. I chose dark meat with mild flavor. As a side, an ear of corn. It came with a buttermilk biscuit ($ 6.69 with corn).
The order was up in seven minutes. I received two legs and a thigh. As I am so used to KFC chicken, this was a refreshing surprise. The crispness of the coating and unique flavor and juiciness made me a fan. The corn came on a stick, It looked better than it tasted, as it was not very sweet. The biscuit was a little dry and didn’t have much butter flavor.
Inside and out, they keep the place clean. I’ll be back someday to try the spicy stuff when I’m more adventurous.
