Domino’s Pizza

Worst Domino’s ever had and I like Domino’s. One of the Pizzas I ordered was literally dripping oil. All I had to do is hold the bread and sqeeze it and watch it drip. I was in town for that one night so I had no time to go and complain but that was beyond nasty. Straight to the garbage!!!
Bright side is I went to sleep light.

Good pizza at a great price. Though again depending on location your pizza could turn out great or just ok. This is one of the domino’s in the are that does pizza a-​ok. Not to busy this afternoon and my pizza came out hot and fresh. Friendly staff members and great membership online purchases to a free pizza. Woot woot!

Not sure what it is about this dominos that is so much shittier than every other one I have ordered from. Ordered from this location like 5 or 6 times now since its so close and every time the pizza just looks like fucking shit when I get it. Its put together so fucking sloppily every time. Honestly fuck this location.

I have been to alot of Domino’s outlets and they all suck so bad, rude, bad service, I kinda started telling everyone not to order from Domino’s ever again, but, apparently this particular location is surprisingly awesome, i have ordered here 5 times, and every time apart from the fact that my pizza was delicious there service was impeccable, just wow! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, so far.
P.S: I always pick up.

The worst online order experience ever. Called the store and was placed on hold by 3 different people for at least 45 mins. I just want to know if my damn order went through!!! Still on hold as we speak! Mind you, I’ve entered my cc info in too. No email confirmation, nothing!

Bad customer service! Rude ass women and girl who work Monday nights! Asked for a simple pizza, took 20 minutes figuring it out, how slow do you think she can get. I was the only one there! 30 minutes came back for pick up. The Asian lady making the pizzas on the side didnt look at me and said «can I help u» very rudely. Yes I’m here for a pick up. She grabbed the pizza and slammned it on the table. No thank u no byes. No cheese or pepper. And left. Like wth is wrong with you guys! And please do care to wash your hands after handling money, I dont care if you are a franchise or not. Money means germs! So please or wear gloves! Gross! Do not bother to go here at all.

Omg– but then…
the lady answering the phone is soooooo rude and nasty! I mean nasty! Was completely irritated that iPhone then she clearly hates her job ! Immediately after I ordered 2 mediums I asked if I could make them large and she had a cow! Wind and moaned and said she have to start the entire order again are you kidding me the same pizza just a bigger size think I’m going to spend more money there but now I don’t want to inconvenience you I’ll just order the mediums… Originally my Unilocal review was just that with one star then the next day …
I got a phone call from the manager I was completely convinced he must’ve seen my negative comment however he was just randomly contacting me he said he context three customers a day from the night before Jackson regarding their experience. I explained how everything went down and he was actually not surprised apparently this was not the first time he had heard this he was appreciative of the information I promised to provide more professional development for whoever this person was or is I made it clear I was not interested in seeing a pizza person lose their job. We chatted he was very polite and also awarded me with a large three topping pizza and an order of parm bites. He followed up with an email it was nice to see a manager of a simple pizza place taking the time to check in about customer service a lost art in any case a few days later I called to cash in my freebie and lo and behold the mean lady answered the phone this time she warned me about long wait times because she only had One driver her tone was still a bit snippy but not nearly as bad !

Khristian put my order in at 10:49 but it also got deliver in 30 mins. Best late night Pizza for reasonable price… Thank you Newark Domino’s Pizza

Ordered online. It took over an hour to be delivered. When it got here, it was the wrong pizza. I called the store and they said the person that got my pizza just called and they were going to pick it up and bring it to me. Ewww. I don’t want a pizza that someone else hand their hands all over. Especially after it was over an hour old. I asked for a new pizza and the «manager» kept trying to get me to take the old pizza.
I asked to have the order cancelled. Instead of picking up the pizza, I had I to bring it back myself.
At no time did the manager even apologize for screwing up my order. She seems offended that I wouldn’t take the pizza that was wrongly delivered to someone else.
Customer service skills need a serious upgrade.
Worst experience ever.

The pizza was actually pretty good. I hadn’t had Dominos in a long time and was very pleasantly surprised.
The only drawback was the service. I ordered 5 pizzas online to pick up at a specific time. Unfortunately my order wasn’t ready and took an extra 15 minutes to be ready. Normally north the biggest deal, but I needed to have the pizzas by the time for which I ordered them. The biggest problem was that the employee told me I should have ordered differently. She said that if I wanted my pizzas by 11 I shouldn’t have ordered them for 11, but for earlier. This is because the system doesn’t send the request until about 10 minutes before the order is due, despite that I placed the order online the day before. This seems like more of a problem with their system than something a customer should know without it being mentioned anywhere in the ordering process.
That said, I will try them again.

This is the go-​to pizza place for my household, we usually order online then pick up. The pizza has been fine every time with no issues ever.
The other night, a friend and I went in, ordered a pizza and waited in store until it was finished. The pizza was done relatively quickly, and it turned out fine as usual of course!
We had excellent service from one of the workers who I believe was named Kyle. The help provided to us was wonderful, and he represented the brand well. He was even able to help us on our unorthodox requests in a very, very genuinely friendly manner.
Yes, the pizza is great, but I would literally choose this Domino’s over other pizza places solely on the idea that I can get my pizza through an extremely friendly guy.

If i need a pizza quickly for that awesome movie night i can always count on Dominos Pizza, They live pretty close to my house but this place is never late and always on point. Don’t let the young people they have working in this place fool you because they are some polite people that provide great customer service. thanks for your great service guys DEUCES.

There was so much grease, it literally soaked the cardboard box. I think delivery had stood the box on its side because an entire side of the box was wet. Pretty bad, especially given all the new commercials.

Not bad for a dominoes. My favorite part of the experience: I didn’t have to repeat my address 18 times and spell it 22 times because the person answering the phone understood my California accent just fine.
Fast hot pizza delivered. Said they were out of napkins and they were pretty skimpy on the cheese. But it’s a $ 6 pizza. I know what I’m getting into.
You know the best pizza combo? Jalapeños and pineapples. :) Try it! Makes dominoes pizza actually decent pizza.

Cheesy bread has literally no cheese. Also did not include a dipping sauce that other dominoes locations include in the breadsticks. Very very unsatisfied.

Really bad customer service. When ever i order with them the food is either burnt or taste horrible and when you do call back to speak with the manager no use because he will just hang up on you!

Horrible service. There have been numerous times where I would call to try to order for pickup, but the manager or owner (Christian) would put me on hold and later hang up. Wth?

I used to dislike dominos, but this store changed my mind. Very efficient and personable staff. These guys are actually having fun at work serving their customers. Of course, with the great service they provide makes their products taste a lot better.

Khristian (The Manager) is super nice, gets your order in quickly, and makes you the perfect pizza every time!
Every time I order pizza for the office, I call Khristian. He will help you apply coupons and make sure you are a happy customer!
The pizzas are always perfect,(the dough is never raw and doughy, the cheese is never burnt. AHEM MOUNTAIN MIKE’S). My favorite pizza is the Chicken bacon ranch on thin crust. The chicken wings are melt off the bone delicious, so is the stuffed stuffed cheesy bread with bacon & jalapeño (When can you ever go wrong with cheese, bacon and jalapeño), Parmesan bread bites (I usually devour a whole bag of these just driving back to the office), Chicken Parm Sandwich… ah… Sorry if i’m rambling on and on.
Give this place a try! Make your belly happy like mine :)
