Pizza Hut

One star for the pizza being ready in 15 minutes. The flavor and quality of the two pizzas we ordered is bad. It was almost as if they did not allow their pizza crust to rise enough before it was put in the oven. I’m a fan of the wonderful Pizza Hut crust, but not from this location. We will most likely not be returning; off to mountain mikes or little Caesars in Fremont.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Three workers inside didn’t even acknowledge I was in there. When I asked the girl at the counter for help she copped ab attitude like I was bothering her. The food was mediocre at best. I will never give this place a penny of my hard earned money again. This place is an embarrassment. Maybe it was because I was not the right ethnicity. Do not recommend anyone eat here.

1 star for the pizza, it was decent but lacking sauce. The wings had no flavor to them, I got mild and it just tasted soggy and plain. Got the medium order, which I think was 16pc but we ate 4 and couldn’t finish it. What really got to me was the service. I was rung up but a white female, really nice and very polite. As I sat there waiting, an younger Indian girls comes in. I see her give out a few pizza to customers with a smile and offered peppers and cheese. My turn, she calls my name and just pushes the pizza over. NO SMILE, NO offer of cheese or peppers. I ask her for some and she gives me this annoyed look and hands me 2 of each. I looked at her and put the peppers and cheese back. Really?!? You work in customer service… you need to have some manners! Won’t be coming back.

Hubby came home wanting pizza. He heard on the radio pizza hut had a new stuffed crust pizza with applewood smoked bacon. So he wanted to give it a try. Off to Jarvis PIzza hut we went in Newark and they were fast and friendly. Pizza came out hot and the had made our order correctly. I also ordered the garlic twists stuffed with cheese. Good but small and a bit dry due to them being so tiny. maybe if they made them a little bit bigger with fewer insdie of the box they wouldn’t have been so dry and crunchy. the new pizza with stuffed crust and bacon was good but a little floppy for me. Plus, more greasy due to the bacon. Just ok in my book thus the three star review.

Horrible service! This is the 5^th time we order delivery and they take more than one hour! No more that’s ridiculous!

I had a bad experience with these guys. There pizza was decent, but Customer service sucked! The manager was very rude. He does not know how to talk to people at all. He is very unprofessional. Please just go to a different Pizza Hut guys.

Two years ago this place was exactly what any other Pizza Hut was like, meh just pizza not the best not the worst… Just Pizza Hut. But oi have they changed. The last few times I have ordered here have been awful. From unsauced wings, uncut pizzas, wrong pizzas, to just plain old bad customer service. We tried to give them more than a few chances. we ordered online pick-​up, online delivery, we tried calling it in for delivery and then for pick up. This place has gone downhill. If you really want Pizza Hut I suggest using the stores in Fremont. they have their act together.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this store but I recently ordered couple of pizzas with them for a next day delivery. The customer service was very good, the pizzas arrived on time, were yummy and everything from the order to payment to delivery went very smooth.
I will definitely recommend this store and will be back myself too!

This location admits it forgot to provide ranch in our 24 piece order of chicken wings. And only offered store credit for future purchase. That doesn’t help my current hungry situation of not receiving ranch that is suppose to be provided with our wings. We were informed the driver would return with ranch. 45 minutes later no driver came. Very unprofessional and not courtesy establishment. They admitted their own fault. So they should have corrected it. I would assume they do not care about customer satisfaction as long as they make money since the ranch must be included with the price of wings and we had no so they could pocket the ranch for themselves

So the pizza can be really good but the customer service kind of sucks. They made a mistake on my pizza and when I called to inform them, my phone number was taken down so that I could get a free pizza at another date to make up for it. A week and a half later I called to cash in on it and was given attitude by a female manager about how nobody ever made a note about it or anything and then was interrogated about what happened last time. I explained what had happened and she kept saying that she could get in trouble for helping me. I finally got her to agree to my free pizza but had to be pay extra for delivery charge but whatever. I don’t like being argued with because someone else did not do their job and me getting blamed for it.

I ordered 2 medium pizza special from this location. Its unbelievable that Monolito took order over phone had everything on the receipt as I have asked yet fail to follow directions. Pizza was burnt. Instead of Siracha drizzle, sauce was just dumped in a corner of the pizza, barely any produce. I called to complain, I was told I will be given credit for 1 pizza. So today I call to order the replacement pizza for that day, I get a clown called himself Michael. He wants me to buy
another pizza to get this replacement or pay 9.99 plus tax again after I paid tax the first time. Why do I have to buy another pizza or pay anything since these guys screwed up in the first place. So Michael refused to refund my money or replace the pizza that was suppose to be credited. He said he is the manager n didn’t want to give any other names or contacts of persons who could help us. This guy has zero management skills, no customer service ability, rude n total jerk. I will call corporate office tomorrow n file a complaint. Michael should be fired for being a clown.
I should have been given my money back if not the pizza. I will never go to this Pizza Hut ever again.

I wish I could give it a zero. I ordered a personal pan pizza and a brownie with toasted marshmallows and went in to pick it up. The pizza had all the toppings in except for the spinach one and on top of the pizza were 5 – 6 fresh uncooked spinach leaves. Also they had given me a chocolate chip brownie and not the toasted marshmallow one that I had ordered online. I went back in after seeing this in my car and asked why the pizza had fresh spinach leaves on top. A really bored looking Indian lady behind the counter told me that the spinach would break if it was baked into a pizza and that’s how they serve it. This is a first. You order spinach as a topping and they give it as a garnish. Second, when I asked her that it wasn’t the brownie that I had ordered she said that the other one was not in stock and they were yet to update it online. So I asked her if she would take it back she said, «It’s just marshmallows. What’s the big deal? «Question to Pizza Hut? If it’s just Marshmallows, then why have 2 varieties of brownies, one with it and one without it? I usually go to Dominos on Jarvis. They are always good. I went in here only for the choice of dessert as my son wanted a brownie. I simply walked out as it was worthless talking to her. Very poor customer service, and nixed up order.

Pizza was good. One cup of water. That was all asked for, and I got the robotic response «we don’t do water, but you can BUY a bottle of water»!!! I spend 20.00 for a pizza, and it’s too much bother for a Dixie-​Cup of water!!!
I’m done with this place!

Stupid employees and drivers don’t know shit! Claimed to have knocked on my door and called. Took an hour and a half before they tried calling. Don’t go here. Bullshit! That’s probably why this place will close soon.

I called and ordered and they said 15 min. I got there exactly 15 min and it was not ready yet. It took another 15min. Then when i got my order, the breadsticks were burnt.

Bad service. Pizza was cold due to order mix up. We waited more than ½ hour for our order when we were told 15 minutes.

Management called back in response to my complaint to offer a partial refund and a different type of pizza to try. I unfortunately won’t be ordering with them again due to the taste of the 3 different pizzas I tried, but I do appreciate the management apologizing and correcting their mistake.

But this new management SUCKS! Cheap Management.
My pizza barely had minimum toppings; i only found traces of vegetables that i requested.
Almost no cheese!!!
trust me, the sauce on the pizza was visible.
I hope they improve the quality to the standards.

I’ve never had a problem with this Pizza Hut location. They’ve always been on time and delivered. The pizza can be a little bit salty but it’s good and inexpensive if you just want a pizza fix. It’s not the best pizza you’ll ever taste or even close but it’ll do for a quick pizza craving. I haven’t gone to the actual location in years so I can’t
comment on the storefront. There’s usually always a special going on.

I got to do the ordering using my mobile app and I was glad to see it got sent to the right location. The app is easy to use and you don’t need to enter your credit card info if you are doing a pick up. When i walked in the lady at the front was very nice and my pizzas where exactly as i had asked for it. I brought some coupons in and she adjusted my total, that was nice of her. The pizza was delicious!!! ;)
