I love this location, so much more than the one on Broadway 2 blks away. The staff is always so nice, really helpful (if you ask questions) and they have no problem subbing an ingredient if you’re allergic or just don’t want it. Seating is also plentiful and doesn’t feel like a cafeteria. I really like that they make an effort to divide up trash into: paper, plastic, trash — however every time I come in it’s on the verge of being on the floor. I’ve also never had to wait in long lines, this location has a great dynamic and really keeps everything clean.
Vegan items are a plenty with panini (daiya cheese too), salads, market plates (a la Dig Inn), and soups! I come here at least 2x a week for lunch.

Highly recommended. Very clean and a really nice space; helpful staff and a wonderful selection of fresh greens, fruit, hot food and soup.
Employees very pleasant and helpful.
This is the finest Fresh & Co. of the five locations which I have patronized in the past.

I do agree with the previous review saying the manager were treating the employees of the store poorly. I came here quite often to get my breakfast and lunch and witnessed several times a women yelling at staff. I guess that is part of the company culture thing.
The food was good though and relatively affordable compared to some «boutique» bakery store in the neighborhood. Nice combination of vegie salad and protein for lunch. Crusty and warm bread for the morning. The manager is always nice to customer of course.

I personally think Hale and Hearty beats this place hands down. Bought a basic spinach salad for $ 7.00 that was totally wilted with clearly old toppings mixed in. Nice décor and very friendly staff will still not bring me back next week after work.

I have no idea why they feel like they had to open a new Fresh & Co. 2 blocks away, but this Fresh & Co. has a very clean modern look. I had their Mexican collard wrap as a to go item which was delicious, it was close to $ 8 which I felt was a little overpriced.
The employees were very nice.
They have many different stations depending on what you are in the mood for, but of course it’s a little on the pricey side.

Not only does this place existing so close to their existing Broadway location less than 2 blocks away make no sense, but they try to sneak stuff over on you here, like saying they’ll accept the Unilocal checkin deal for a free water, then charging you for it, and trying to overcharge by $ 2 for rice pudding (2 stars simply because it’s actually pretty solid).

I am really uncomfortable with how the woman running the hot food counter was treating her employee. She was unnecessarily aggressive toward him for adding the slightest bit extra Mac and cheese to my plate and then yelled at him for asking a question. Will probably avoid this place and instead go to restaurants where they treat workers with respect.

Was just at Fresh & Co and got a block down the street when the bottom of my bag ripped open and my food fell out onto the sidewalk.
I went back and as soon as I walked the two women at the register noticed my food must have fell. They immediately had the kitchen start making me a new bowl, the manager walked over to apologize (it wasn’t anyone’s fault and he was so helpful), and they got me my new bowl immediately.
The food is great and the service is even better. So friendly and helpful. Appreciated them acting without me even saying what happened and have been telling my co-workers to definitely go here for lunch.
Thank you to the whole Fresh & Co team for flawless customer service!

Amazing new Fresh & Co location with bowls and sandwiches that are not only healthy but substantial in quantity. Tried the Comfort Bowl — Farmhouse and it is really delicious!
Will definitely come back again and try something else!
