I just left this store. The girl working there(ID on my receipt BriUNi0) was unfriendly and not cordial. This store is about customer service and I felt that she had a very negative and unfriendly attitude. When I asked her questions about returning my cable boxes, she gave abrupt answers with no further clarification. When I showed I was annoyed by her, SHE had the nerve to ask me if I WASOKAY. I told her how I felt and instead of being professional, she tried to fight with me. It was absurd. I called customer service and reported her-I never want to walk into any store with this type of unprofessional service. She is a negative representation of Verizon.

i could not be more satisfied with the help i received from this store. William Carrion, one of the sales reps there, was amazingly helpful. He helped me through the process of keeping my old number to getting a more affordable phone for myself, and for me not lose my money. He knows his business, and tries to make sure the costumer is taken care of. I can not thank him enough for the time he spent trying to fix my problem with my phone. thank you so much William. I appreciated very much.

This Verizon wireless store was pretty helpful. On a 90 degree day, they were our saviors in terms of much desired FiOS information. Come to this store for your cellphone related needs

They have an interesting way of conducting their business here, if you buy an item and pay cash and for whatever reason you return the item they refund you with a check that takes around 14 days to get to you. Firts time i have ever heard of this. So if yo decide to buy something here make sure not to pay in cash or your money will be held hostage.

After calling and stopping into several other Verizon stores around lower Manhattan in order to replace my phone only to be met with rudeness, apathy, or just plain sketchiness, I walked into this store, waited briefly for the man behind the desk to finish helping another customer, and was soon met with a friendly professionalism and warm courtesy by Zeke. He helped me understand my options and then quickly got me settled with a new phone which I love. I found him to be so easy and patient, and I never felt rushed. He answered my(obvious, un-tech-savvy) questions with patience and seemed happy to help. I left this store with a renewed faith in customer service.
