I’ve eaten at dozens of jimmy john’s and for the most part enjoy them, this one can never seem to get a custom sandwich order correct. The staff seems apathetic towards the customers and ordering can become downright frustrating.

Oh Jimmy John’s, how I love you. Headed back to the husband’s homeland, so I knew we needed to find us a JJ’s. Fortunately for us, they’ve moved up closer to the boonies and we didn’t have to drive all the way down to GR!
Our sandwiches were nearly done by the time we finished ordering and paying. The staff was very friendly. Sandwiches are super inexpensive (at least compared to here in CA). I’m a fan!

I was asked to wait before I placed my order so that the staff member could finish sending his text message. The young staff is typically this rude.
Very slow delivery.
