Good food, decent prices, but the service always sucks. You almost always have to wait for food. Kinda kills the «fast» in fast food.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry, because the service is painstakingly slow. HOWEVER, the food is great. I got the chicken tenders with some fries. The chicken was extremely juicy, and the fries were amaze-​balls. I appreciated being asked if everything was «okay» by a lady that was walking around cleaning tables. She seemed like she was having a rough day, though. :-(If the service was a little bit faster, I’d give this shin-​dig five stars.

Just not very good. My food was cold the first time I went but I let that go because they were new to Muskegon and busy. So I went back a second time. They were out of shrimp when I went the next time so I got the po boy sandwich which was alright but the chicken was mostly the hard crunchy breading with no meat and of course… cold fries. Then today I got shrimp with Mac n cheese and lemonade because they didn’t have any pop for some reason which was fine. While the shrimp was pretty good, the mac n cheese was very bland. Won’t be going back any time soon.

Love love love Popeyes. Been having this for years in other places so I’m glad they brought it to Muskegon. It’s my favorite of all the fried chicken places. Definitely worth a try of you’re a fried chicken fan.
