Let’s keep this one simple. I’ve only had the Original Italian made Mike’s way here. Why you ask? Because I only come here for my birthday(and my girls’) to grab the free sandwich. No shame. They have plenty of coupons they email you for a dollar off or whatever, but the rare times I crave a sandwich nowadays, it’s usually for a premium pastrami one so I just don’t go to many shops like this anymore(used to be a Togo’s regular in my high school days). It’s an okay sandwich, but definitely eat it the day of or give it to somebody that will. It’s not too good after a day in the fridge, but I’m used to eating so many cold leftover subs from my college days, it’s no issue whatsoever. Ingredients are fresh and meats are solid, but it just doesn’t have that extra oomph to put it over the top or make it as memorable as other subs I’ve had. Employees have always been super friendly here and made each visit pleasant. Better than Subway and definitely a safe spot to stop in when you’re having a craving for a hoagie.

I can’t say enough about these guys. I love subs, and with so many Quiznos going away, it’s great to have this place so close to home. Every few weeks I get a craving for #13(the Italian). They slice the meat right there as you order it. The toppings are always fresh. The oil-vinegar blend they use is tangy and delicious. The service is outstanding. They greet you right away, they give you a cookie if it’s your first visit, they ask about your day, and one of them even offered to take the crumpled wrapper out of my hands so I wouldn’t have to walk to the trash can!

I love sub sandwiches, I love Togo’s and I was a customer of Jersey Mikes when I was working on the East Coast. And, arguments over sub sandwiches(and burgers) — like brands of automobiles are a personal thing that some people will go to the dirt with you to tell you their fav place is better than the crappy place you like. The goods — Clean new place Super friendly staff Ingredients seem about as fresh as then can be They carve/slice the meat while you watch The were handing out free cookies the day I was there The sandwich’s look fabulous The bads — None. But the sandwich is missing that certain ‘je né sais quoi’ to put it over the top IMHO. Its a superior product to Subway, quiz-nos — if your a fan of these locations — you’ll be converted.

This is clean, well organized fast food spot that serves yummy Sandwiches. I had a giant chipotle cheesesteak(half of which I ate and half of which I’m having tomorrow). I couldn’t taste the Chipotle but they graciously gave me more upon request. It is delish(the Chipotle mayo). My spousal unit ordered the regular size original Italian sub with everything on it(Mikes Way). She loved it. I’m a fan and plan to come back again. PS– 4 stars is the max I give for fast food chains so you know I loved it!

I love this place. Always get a giant #5 Mike’s way and share with kids. It’s simple but tasty. I really like the customer service and how they slice the deli meats and cheese fit each sandwich.

Usually pretty good but this last time I picked up an order to go. Got it home and bit into the chicken parm and it was rubbery and not cooked properly. It happens and chicken isn’t the easiest to cook I guess, but I called in to tell them. Whoever answered the phone proceeded to say it wasn’t like that when i made it. Did you take a test bite or something? How would you know it’s breaded. I was simply calling to inform you and you argue with the customer?

Just went to Jersey Mike’s and had The Italian(Mike’s Way). The sandwich was the best! To top it all off the customer service and my overall experience was more than amazing thanks to Brian!

The subs at Jersey Mike’s are always so fresh and delicious! Definitely the best sandwich chains I’ve tried. This location is no exception. I been here four times already and each time the service was friendly and fast, and the food is, as expected, delicious. Not to mention, its in a pretty great and convenient location! If you haven’t tried this place before, I highly recommend! You can’t go wrong with the Italian sub mike’s way!

My experience with Jersey Mikes was wait an hour and forty five minutes for a sandwich. The sandwich was not bad. Not the best and not the worst. I had delivery and the guy wouldn’t even get out of his car. How is that delivery? I was 2 blocks from the location.

While I’m not as big a fan as my husband is, Jersey Mike’s is a solid subs place. We go here for something relatively healthy and cheap. Most notably, I enjoy their friendly service. Go easy on the Mike’s Way, otherwise your sub may be drenched in vinegar.

I’ve been craving sandwiches all week and decided to give Jersey Mike’s a try because it’s conveniently located nearby where I work. Looked at the menu on their website, and called in my order: 9) Club Supreme, which is a cold sub with roast beef, turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, mayo and all the fixins’(- Mike’s Way with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices.) Any combination gladly accepted) and a 56) Big Kahuna Cheese Steak for my brother. It was ready when I got there, and I got a free cookie! I’ll be updating my review with photos. I think the person who helped me was James(?) or something.

Great meatball sandwiches, but consistently even better employees. Every time I’ve gone to this location, the guys at the counter are friendly, energetic and appear to genuinely enjoy their job. If I had just one criticism, they may want to scale back the«bro» count when addressing customers: p But that’s just my preference

The subs are the best here! The Turkey and Provolone is so fresh and delicious each time I order it. I always make sure to request the sandwich«Mike’s Way» with no onions. Getting the sandwich«Mike’s Way» sets it a part from all of the other sub places out there because of the good herbs, oil, and vinegar that it’s packed with. I will continue to come here for a sub when I’m in the mood for one!

Background: I’m from New Jersey and was craving a Philly cheesesteak. Service: the was service was great! Dante took care of my order and made me feel very welcomed. He told me since I was new to Jersey Mikes I get a free cookie. He called it «a cookie for a rookie!» He made the cheesesteak quickly and tried to upsize me to a combo. I declined, but did buy chips! He was very pleasant. Food: the food was surprisingly great! I got the giant size and ate half of it. Overall: I will be returning.

Have been curious about this new sandwich place for awhile, and decided to pop on by during an errand at lunch. Line wasn’t too long, but I noticed prices were a bit steep for a sub. I went for the regular Jersey Shore Favorite, as the price was decent. Provolone, ham, and cappacuolo, with the fixings. I watched them make my sandwich, freshly sliced meat and cheese, but I wish they put the sandwich on paper while they were making it. Not sure how clean the area was. I decided to add oil and was worried my sandwich would be really soggy since I didn’t eat it for awhile, but it wasn’t too bad. Although it was messy with all the oil, it was really delicious and made it stand out from any other sandwich I had. I really enjoyed my sandwich, and will be back again!

I had the Chipotle Cheesesteak sub. It was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Half of my bread was soggy. It was overly cheesy and very meaty. I requested lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños to add some veggie crunch. Overall, not a bad place for sandwiches, just not for me.

A friend of mine is a frequent customer of Jersey Mike’s, but at a different location. I was viewing his Instagram account and wanted give Jersey Mike’s a try! Jersey Mike’s wasn’t too far from my office, so I decided to past by after work to take a couple subs home. I arrived here around 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t that busy. Since talking to my friend about a sandwich recommendation, picking a sandwich was easy. I went with the original Italian for now and a chipotle cheesesteak for later. Since I had a craving for a cheesesteak, I just had to get one too! Both subs were regular sized orders. The staff was courteous and helpful. Both subs took about ten minutes to complete. Once my subs were ready, I prepared for a thirty minute drive home. When I arrived at the house, the subs were a bit soggy, but I was expecting it since I had a commute. I went for the original Italian first! The original Italian is constructed with provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperonionions. The veggies that it includes are lettuce, tomatoes, with olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and oregano. The chipotle cheesesteak, it’s make up consist of grilled onions, peppers, chipotle mayo, and the most important things… thinly sliced steak and cheese of your choice! The beef was tender, even after not eating this sub the day it was made. I ended up warming up my sub in a toaster oven to have that«right out the oven» taste! All these subs had fresh ingredients and made with wheat bread. Even the meat is freshly cut in front of you when you order your subs. I’m glad I got to sample some great tasting subs at Jersey Mike’s. I do look forward to my next visit!

This is above and beyond the best sandwich you’ll ever have. I have no doubts saying it, because every person I bring to JM’s agrees upon leaving. The staff is extremely friendly, the ingredients are perfectly fresh, and the care put into your sandwich is above and beyond any other sandwich place I’ve ever been. Two things I strongly suggest: If it’s your first time, get a cold sub, and be sure to get it Mike’s Way. As weird as it can sound to a first timer, you HAVETO try it the way it’s meant to be. You won’t regret it. Second thing, try the honey mustard. It’s amazing. Will change your life. My favorite: #7, no cheese, extra honey mustard, and LOTS of pickles. Life changer. I have to be their biggest fan, but I promise you that you’ll agree after you try it.

I drove by this place a couple months ago but ignored it thinking it might be another sandwich place failure just like the location’s predecessors, Lettuce and Quiznos. But then I saw the chain featured on Food Network so I decided to give this place a try. The sandwiches are numbered, which makes it easier to order. Being in line also made me catch on to how ordering works. They have one person ordering for cold subs and another person who takes orders for hot subs(i.e. cheese steaks). But there’s no sign that tells you that. I saw people in front of me ordering hot subs from the cold sub lady and she politely replied, «he will take your order.» The«he» would pop up from behind the counter every 5 minutes and ask who in line is ordering a hot sub, and he would collect about 5 – 6 orders at a time and then grill them all at once. If you’re not paying attention, someone could miss your order. So maybe there should be a line for cold subs, and another one for hot? I ended up ordering their chipotle cheese steak($ 8), as I am a big fan of chipotle sauce. Cold subs can be ordered in mini, regular, or large while hot subs are only regular or large. And your bread choices are only whole or wheat bread. It was a really good cheese steak but the chipotle sauce was very subtle. I mean it was good, but I haven’t been craving it since I went a couple months ago. I will likely be back to try their cold subs which is what they’re known for.
