This review has everything to do with the service and reliability of the staff at this establishment. Togo’s has always been reliable when it comes to quality of their food, no question and this one is no exception. However the staff seems to be incredibly incompetent as they need 3 hours to prepare a catering order of $ 200. By comparison every Togo’s in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara could have the same order ready in 40min on average and 120min at worst(they give us a warning when its this bad). Worst is that the manager always comes up with excuses rather than owning up to his poor leadership or planning while whinning about how we should have made the order a day in advance. Its almost like the franchise owner took the village idiot from every other Togo’s and put them into one restaurant. Now its the blind leading the blind. After 4 messes ups, my company has someone drive to one of the Sunnyvale locations for our order. It may be out of the way but its still more reliable than here. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star instead of 1 is because I just can’t be that mad at Togo’s tasty sandwich.

That was my first time at Togo’s and it really provides a decent alternative to the meanwhile well known subway selection of sandwiches. Sandwiches taste fresh and cookie was also sweet.

I just keep coming back, sometimes 2 – 3 times a week because I now work really close to this location. They have quality people working there and they work hard and they are extremely welcoming and accurate in making the food. The days that I go in they have a guy named Amador working there and he has a very positive attitude and he always has a kind word for everyone. It is nice to come into a place a get quality food and get high quality service.

really horrible service as soon as the lady got ready to take my order she gave me a nasty look like she didn’t want to make my food. Then she turns around to her other co workers and starts talking in Spanish which is soooo rude.

I find this place am upscale subway. Very fast service and very friendly. I love the healthy options! Got the turkey and avocado and Asian salad. There’s also an app if you are truly«on the go» there is also a steady supply of various baked and unique chips and cookies, yum!

Okay, so this 3 stars is based on that this is a solid place to grab a good sandwich for lunch or grab a salad. I am now working a few blocks from this place and I have to say it is good, the farms salad is good, #8 is my favorite sandwich. Overall for a chain this is a good place, I am not saying that the 3 stars is low, just not 4. I would give subway 1 or 2 at most.

This Togo’s is close to my house, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. There is never any line, even on weekends, and they are quick and efficient. Their sandwiches are always delicious. Yay!

Yup, I get it, you either love or hate Togo’s. If you are a Togo’s fan, this store has friendly staff and is efficient. The line isn’t usually very long at all, and even if it is, it tends to move at a decent pace. All the sandwich makers are friendly and greet you with a smile on their face. They HARDLYEVER«double-ask» you if you want certain ingredients(for all you Togo’s/Subway visitors, you know what I’m talking about). I also noticed that they are pretty liberal with the amount of protein and greens you get on your sandwich. All in all, friendly staff and fast line!

Didn’t like it at all. The sandwich wasn’t stuffed properly and the meatballs were really hard. Very bad experience.

Bring back the old #16. This new Italian sucks. I would go and buy a family #16 frequently. Now I rather make my own. I don’t go to Togo’s anymore.

Nice and cheap sandwiches served by very friendly staff. I loved the place and these sandwiches would be my dinner for quite a few times a week now. :)

Skme of the employees look like they are just in a terrible mood that’s why I have minus a star, but overall an employee by the name of Joseph he always in a cheerful mood and very social. He always makes me feel like I’m not being rushed witch I like. And most importantly he always gives me a genuine goodbye.

Baked Yukon Potato Soup. DROOOOLING. I am not a big sandwich person, and I never wanted to try anything at Togos until my co-worker came in with her potato soup one day and I couldn’t help but beg her to let me try it! It is thick and creamy, but not too thick and it is definitely tasty. The potatoes are not all mushy and gross either. Since then, I have had the following sandwiches: Egg Sandwich — Yummy Lemon Pepper Tuna — It was OK, I could order it again, but nothing special(although I am picky about my Tuna) I do like this location because the staff is always very friendly and quick. It is always a nice friendly experience, which you don’t normally get at places where you have to stand in line to grab a quick bite. I do agree with a previous Unilocaler who commented about the tips. My first couple of times there, I thought another customer might have forgotten their change, and even thought badly of the employees there for not noticing or letting the customer know. It was only after I said something that I was told it was their tips. I don’t think it looks very sanitary to have money just sitting on a counter, I don’t think it is very respectful to just leave money around, and more than that, it seems like a system that is faulty and a bit degrading to an employee to have to be tipped like that. I haven’t spoken to any of the employees about it, so I have no idea how they feel, but all I know is, if I was tipped, I would want it to be in a safe place, where I would not have to worry about it getting snatched up by someone else, or cause a possible misunderstanding or argument with my co-workers. I love the staff at this location. They are always so friendly and efficient. It is my sincere hope that if they are NOT happy with this tip system, that management offer them a better solution. Maybe I will ask them the next time I am there for that good ‘ol Potato Soup. If I find out that they are happy with the system then I will gladly change my review to a 5 as well!

I LOVE Togo’s sandwiches. However, this is the third time that I ordered sandwiches, brought them home, and they were not what I asked for. I repeated my order multiple times on the phone– two regular avocado and cheese, sourdough, swiss cheese, TOASTED. I said«toasted» multiple times since in the past they’ve messed this up. And they messed it up– AGAIN. Also, the toppings were scant– I had half of a tomato in my half of the sandwich. If I’m paying ~$ 6 for something I could make at home, it’s because I like the way you guys make it. So do it right. PLEASE? Note: I called to let them know of their mistake and got a «sorry.» as opposed to a «if you don’t mind coming back we’ll remake your sandwich». Hence, this review went from a potential 3 to a 1. Would I come back? Since I like their sandwiches, I know I will come back. But this review is just to let them know that as a customer, the least I ask is that I get what I asked for when I’m paying for this.

I still remember my VERY first Togo’s experience, when the menu started at #1 all the way through to #30 something. Now… there are sandwiches missing since they discontinued the ones that didn’t sell well. We found this location on Unilocal and wandered over. Head’s up! The hours aren’t correct. They close at 9, not 10! On our first visit, the ladies here were super nice and the sandwiches were generously piled with goodies. There’s also a free drink with Unilocal check in. Upon subsequent visits, the portions shrank down and they started being difficult about the check in drink. Tsk tsk… C’mon Togo’s! If you’re not going to honor the freebies, don’t participate in the Unilocal program!

Very very stereotypic, average AMERICAN sandwiches. I ate two roast beef and tuna salad sandwiches. It was free lunch at work at seminar. It’s tasty, but I realized that I prefer saucy dirty sandwich like Ike’s.

Their tuna salad is not bad! And not too high in calorie either– 550 calories for a 6-inch sub. But the service is pretty rough– I only asked for three things on my sandwich and they left off one. And they asked my fiancé like six times if he wanted onions, as if this was the biggest and most potentially disastrous life decision he could make. Plus, the quality of the food otherwise is middling. The bread especially is noticeably not fresh, it definitely has that chewy, thawed texture to it. The parmesan one doesn’t taste like parmesan– save yourself the disappointment. Overall, I’d rather go to Subway for their toasty bread or Quiznos for their flavors– or the new Panera coming soon just down the street!

a new go-to sandwich place for me since it’s walking distance from my home. they offer the standard«togo’s» sandwiches likes chicken salad, tuna salad, turkey, ham, and vegetarian. i usually get the 6-inch chicken salad sandwich since i like the mix of veggies with chunks of chicken. the sandwich is $ 5.25, which is a fair price for what you get. taste-wise, i’d say it’s average, nothing that blows me out of the water. staff is a hit or miss, sometimes they take a while before they’re ready to take your order, sometimes they’re ready as soon as you are. it’s usually not crowded here, since every time i’ve been here, i’ve waited at most 5 minutes to place my order. there is seating on the premises, but it’s usually pretty empty. guessing most people come and buy a sandwich to go, like me. note that they do catering! you can order party platters consisting of sandwiches, chips, cookies and/or fruit. check with a sales associate for details.

When I found out that the taco truck I was looking for wasn’t there, I was a at a lost. Driving by here I thought I’d drop in. When I was in college, Togo’s was a splurge. I think I’ve taken on splurge to a different level nowadays. It’d been a long time since I had a sandwich here. This used to be a pizza hut, and todo’s used to be down the street which is now a Walgreens. It’s like musical retail. I digress They have toasted sandwiches now and I saw a pastrami, pepperjack, pepperoncini sandwich on parmesan bread. It was decently tasty but I was also really hungry. It hit the spot. Sandwich was loaded with pastrami and decent amount of cheese. The toasting definitely making a hot sandwich more appealing. Now I dont love the sandwich as much as I did in college but in a moment of hunger it still does a decent job of satisfying. 3.5 stars
