Service is everything — so, please deliver, OK? The sandwich was made to specs, no problem there — and mine was a standard order. So, why the attitude? I don’t deserve it and neither does the store. This is a convenient location for me so I’ll likely return and hope the unpleasant young woman who was working yesterday afternoon will not be there.

The people working there look happy! They are very well synchronized and can handle a full line of customers like nothing compared to other subways. I’ve been to a lot of different subways and this one caught my attention. I’ve been coming here lately everyday around noon and will continue to do so. I have to say sometimes the male manager adds an extra $ 1.75 for extra bacon or avocado which I didn’t get. I caught it after ordering the same sandwich for a while and noticing the difference in payment and looking over the receipts. Other than that everything is good and they all deserve more pay because they are the ones preparing our food which is helping us stay alive :)

I just went to Subway to get a Double Meat Salad. The worker who prepared my salad was the most incompetent Subway employee I have ever come across. His name is Aaron. When I asked for a Double Meat Salad, he asked if I wanted a sandwich or a salad. Umm, I just told you I wanted a salad. So then he gets the bowl and before he starts making my salad, he asks what I want in it. I told him three times that I wanted lettuce, his head seemed to be somewhere else because he didn’t ever pick up the lettuce and put it in the bowl until the third time I told him I wanted lettuce. Then I asked for a couple more items in my salad and he proceeds to prepare my salad with his hairy arms resting on the side of the bowl. He didn’t even move his arms until I told him to. How disgusting! I asked him to make me another salad(since this one was ruined with arm hair) and he told me that he would have to charge me twice. Excuse me. It’s not my fault that you decided to rest your hairy arms on the bowl while preparing my salad that I’m going to pay $ 7.50 plus tax for. So whatever, I paid for the one salad that has arm hair in it and I threw it away in the trash. So much for Double Meat Salad. Now I have to find something else to eat somewhere else.

Not like anyone actually looks at the review of a Subway but I will try. Not sure who in the world would give this place a 3 or 4 star. Rediculas! Terrible parking tiny store very hard to get around inside and out. Maybe some english speaking employees would help? Why do I have to repeat my self when ordering? Why do the employees always gigle in talk in spanish when people are ordering. Why is everyone speaking spanish and then switch to english when the gringo walks up? How do you know I don’t speak spanish? I had to re-peat my self 4 times to get them to understand the $ 5 footlong special of the month? It’s your special of the month don’t you know what it is? Also they are very skimmpy on the meat it’s never the same amount on any sandwich always light. There are other sandwich shops down the street try Ace of Sandwich or Driftwood market MUCH better for a dollar more!

I saw a sign that advertised a chicken sandwich as a featured item, so I didn’t realize that there was more than one type. The pressure was on, as the man-behind-the-counter reacted like the soup nazi with short words and blunt force and put the screws on me to figure out which of the chicken sandwiches I wanted, and on what bread. I felt too pressured, and got too frustrated. By the time I got to the next woman-behind-the-counter who wanted to know what kind of ingredients I wanted, I was so turned off that I got pissy when she asked me twice what I wanted on my sandwich after I told her I wanted«everything». I can’t stand it when something so All-American simple becomes such a nightmare with English-barrier issues.

Pretty standard Subway. Physically, one of their smaller locations. Parking isn’t idea. The staff were typical; nothing stood out in a bad way or a good way. Only a few tables, so you may not be able to eat-in if you come at the wrong time.

Subway is always on my to go list for a healthy meal. This location perfectly delivers to it name. The service has been consistently good and the manager at this location always welcomes with a smile if he happens to be there. As you would know in a subway just know ahead what you like to order as the service is pretty quick and gets crazy most of the time due to crowd. You might feel like you are being rushed to order but its good to be overall courteous to others waiting in line as well. Its quite comfortable with an outdoor seating area and pretty spacious interior as well. They have excellent veggie patties as with every other subway and I prefer this location as it always tastes great and fresh. In my experience with other subways the patties never seemed as fresh as here. Falafel subs never satiated my taste buds so I stuck to my veggie sandwiches in all my visits. There is a Starbucks just by this subway and this surrounding is a nice place to have a healthy quiet meal or as a group. There is plenty of parking just by parking lot or in the basement. Tip: Sometimes we got subway coupons by mail and we save some bucks in the already neatly priced healthy subs.

This Subway always delivers! Literally! We’ve ordered party platters and it’s always $ 10 for delivery, no matter how large your order is. Last week, I had to go in and pick it up and they were ready and placed the platters in a box for me. They also provide plenty of napkins and paper plates(if you ask). Sandwiches are always fresh, and prices are very fair.

I normally never ever hit up the Subways, but this one happened to be right next door to my work so I said hey, for a few dollars I can get something to eat. How the story starts. It was Sunday, night around 7:30pm. The store was dead.((I wonder if they make a lot of their money when the think tank is at their peak.)) I was trying to figure out what I wanted.((I only have been in Subway 3 other times before today.)) Both the women happened to be rude with me. It took me two minutes to get it all figured out. Already I had gotten passed to the other girl who was already in some mood about something, and didn’t want to have anything to do with me. I can understand that. Got the Sandwich toasted seemed to bother her, and then she spoke spanish to her co-worker in front of me, and then went back into the back room. Her co-worker seemed a little bit nicer but I couldn’t understand a thing she said… cause I don’t speak any kind of broken Spanish. :( The only upside of my whole trip was that all of the breads happened to be in stock so I did get the cheese and something one which is normally never an option at some of the other locations. However I myself don’t see myself really going back to this location but will send my customers over when they are feeling hungry.

Decent place to get a quick sandwich. The restaurant is relatively small and seats and parking are hard to find especially during lunch.

There’s no restroom, but they do have a hand sanitizer on the wall. The sandwiches are neither good nor bad. I’d rate this 2.5 stars if I could.

Location is very convenient right on El Camino, and next to a Starbucks. The food is pretty much standard Subway fare — the bread is always super fresh, the meats are average. They do a good job with quickly toasting sandwiches, and they have cucumbers, so I’m a happy camper. It would be nice if this location had cheddar cheese and spinach leaves, which I’ve seen in a few Subways, but all-in-all A-OK for a tasty sandwich prepared quickly at a reasonable price.

This subway is not participating in the nationwide free cookie promotion for April 15, 2010. The on site owner was not polite about declining my inquiry about the free cookie offer. The adjacent Starbucks, however was extremely polite and did honor the nationwide free cup of coffee for any one bringing in their own reusable cup.

Mehhh. Not a special subway but it is close to starbucks. Get a frapiccino and head to starbucks for a sub =). $ 5 dollar foot longs. I remember i was starving one time and it was raining outside. I ran into this subway and bought some food. It really warmed me up. It seemed like the best food i ever ate.
