Jack In the Box

I am so upset with the service at this location. We went to for some munchie meals around 11 pm today (11÷19÷15). First of all we asked for 6 ranch and the lady that was working the drive thru told us she can only give us four. She said ranch isn’t for French fries and she can only do four total. So instead of arguing with her we asked if we can purchase ranch she said no. So why can’t they give me six? Second they took about five minutes to give us the order. When she did give it to us everything was in a bag. Everywhere I’ve been the munchie meals come in the box. I don’t care to have the box I just thought it was strange. She didn’t even try to explain. I could tell she just wanted us to leave. I check my order to make sure it’s ok and she only gave us four taco sauces but we had six tacos. I guess this location is trying to save money by limiting the amount of condiments they give out. They just lost at least three customers. We won’t be going back!

I really can’t believe I’m giving a fast food restaurant four stars. This is why– I went through the drive-​through at 5:30 AM the lady who assisted me was so friendly and nice. They offered me hot sauce and ketchup for my breakfast sandwich.
Will return to this location.

Waited a lifetime for 2 orders of curly fries

I ordered the value chicken nuggets and 6 tacos … Then I got food poisoning. I know it’s them for sure. Only thing I ate all day. The food poisoning was so bad that I ended up being too dehydrated and ended to go to the emergency room because I couldn’t even drink water.
Avoid at all costs. Trust me, you’re better off going to del taco next door.

This is basically the worst, most unprofessionally run jack in the box for miles. Horrible customer service and the Mexican chicks there are SUPER rude. My number wasn’t called so I got up to see what was up, and they didn’t even know my order or that I was waiting for my food! Shouldn’t they have a system that tells them when to get an order ready??? If I didn’t get up who knows how long My friends and I would have been sitting there.

I know i shouldn’t be here. But the Drive-​thru is always so fast, friendly and accurate everytime I go, i had to Unilocal it and say its the best place to go around here for fast n friendly accurate orders.
