I’m reviewing this location more than anything — we all know how good or bad Papa Murphy’s pizza is. After having a bad experience with the Mukilteo Speedway store we decided to give Mill Creek a chance and they delivered in spades. You can order online with that store(but not Mukilteo Speedway, what gives?) so we ordered our food and then went in to pick it up. The card had been denied for whatever reason so they didn’t make our pizzas. The manager ran the card again and it worked then apologized for the pizzas not being ready and gave us free cheese bread! Tonight we went there a second time and they let me use two Valpac coupons on two pizzas and even told me to keep the coupons for next time. These guys actually want your business. As far as the pizza goes — it is what it is. I’ve found that cooking it the right way improves the quality. I lay six 6×6 unglazed clay tiles in my oven and preheat it to about 475 then I drive to get my pizza. When I get back I place the pizza on those tiles and cook it for about 10 minutes and then slide it off directly onto the tiles and cook it for another 5 minutes. The crust turns out nice an crispy. This works for delite and normal crust pizzas. For the Chicago I cook it on the paper for about 15 – 20 minutes before I slide it off then cook it however long I need after that — usually 5 – 8 minutes. Most of their pizzas are sort of salty and bland but I enjoyed the Thai pizza tonight. I’d like to see more special flavors like that.

Pizza was good, but you need to hire a more professional and customer service based staff. We walked in and weren’t given prompt service, and while we waited the 2 girls who were working were more involved into talking about how hot my husband was and dancing to backstreet boys, that they weren’t spending much time invested into making our pizza.

Make sure you are in the store when they make your pizza otherwise they might not put enough pizza sauce on. Don’t rely on call in quality.

My previous experience was either with an awful employee and potentially awful leadership. Whatever it was, I have had gone back recently(multiple times with no issues.

Their crust selection is great. The normal crust? Good crust. Want to taste more toppings and less bread, or are you just on a diet? Get the deLite. Are diets not your thing? Go with the stuffed crust. It’s like a pizza stuffed into another pizza. Not feeling up for eating a pizza inside another pizza but still want to load up on delicious carbs? There’s the deep dish crust. Their selection of toppings and sauces is good too, and they’ll let you swap out anything or add things to suit your tastes. They make it right in front of you so you can watch every step of the way as your pizza goes from a disc of uncooked dough, to a disc of uncooked dough covered in pizza toppings. The cost is comparable to places like Pizza Hut which offer pre-cooked pizzas, but you have a lot more options with Papa Murphy’s. They’ve always got coupons(either do the survey on the receipt, or get them in the mail, or lately they stuck one to the top of the pizza with the instructions and a sample of hot sauce) so that mitigates a bit of the price tag. I love bringing home take and bakes in fall and winter as the ambient oven heat works better than the actual heaters in my unit for some reason. Not to mention the added bonus of filling the place with pizza smell.

I’ve lived in the area for quite a few years and finally decided to try Papa Murphy’s. The pizza was expensive for an uncooked pizza and the quality was pretty lousy. I won’t go back.

I thought I would try this place since I saw that they had Chicago Style stuffed pizza as I am someone who was born and raised in Chicago, I was excited to try it. Though the pizza tastes good it was in no way a true Chicago Stuffed pizza. That was a huge disappointment for me and my family since it seems there is no places out here that have stuffed pizza. Before putting something like that on their menu they may want to Google Chicago stuffed pizza.

I’ve been here a few times. The Pizza is good and the staff is friendly. My complaint is always spending more than I would or the same for a pizza already cooked and then I have to still go home and cook. So… that’s probably why I don’t go here more. TIP Also the employees don’t help with coupons so you have to be sure and look online to find one before calling or going in. It can knock several $$. Overall though really great especially if you want to stay in or have people over, etc… I’ll be back I’m sure.

I placed an order for a pizza, a salad and s’ mores. I walked out with the 1st two items and a cinnamon wheel. Wasn’t paying attention. Got home and my wife informed me I had gotten the wrong dessert. The fact that I don’t eat desserts is no excuse. I should have paid attention. When I called the store, the kid who answered couldn’t have cared any less. There was no «sorry», no offer to make it right. Oh well, I won’t trouble them with my business anymore. Please forgive me, Garlic Jims, for I have strayed.

I’m not going to go into all the details of my last visit here, but it will definitely be the last to this location. I would have to echo the person who said this store is very poorly managed. This is the second bad experience I have had here, and it just seems that no one is in charge. All I can say is, if you’re going to hang a 12th man flag, you should probably know when there is a Seahawks game on. It is worth driving to the Silver Firs location if you want Papa Murphys.

If you have the time to take home a fresh pizza and cook it yourself, you will not be disappointed here. While I’m not a fan of the deLite crust, it’s too much like a cracker, I do like to get the Mediterranean Chicken pizza on their regular crust. The Chicago stuffed pizza is the BOMB-diggity, but not for those on a diet… SO worth the calories, though… The dough is so fresh and yummy, and they add the perfect amount of fillings with the perfect combination of ingredients… dip it in some Ranch… Mmmmm… Anyhow, I digress… You can almost always find a coupon either online, on the wrapper of your last order, or in the newspaper, which makes this place a bargain. Stick to the pizza, though. The cookie dough is a bit weird tasting, and the salads are usually picked over a bit and are average tasting at best. The pizza, however, is always delicious. On a side note, if you are interested in making your own pizza at home, you can come into this store and just buy the dough! It’s cheap, like $ 3 or $ 4… Makes the best pizza on your outside grill. Google how to do it. This is a clean store with friendly service. I would suggest calling ahead on weekends and at busy times, because I have seen the line out the door on several occasions…

Stopped by this location to grab a quick and easy dinner. We usually get a Chicago stuffed pizza, but this time I wanted to try the new deep dish pizza. The deep dish comes in a foil pan. Watch out, though, because the pan is flimsy and if you don’t carry it with two hands, you’ll end up with veggie juice on the floor. We really like is their cookie dough. It’s usually $ 5, but if you pick a second side(breadsticks, salad, dessert pizza), you get both for $ 7. Also, the baking instructions have a phone number to give feedback. At the end of the call, you get a code for $ 2 off your next visit. And ask for a punch card! One nice thing is their variety of toppings and their willingness to swap out toppings if you choose. This allows for a bit of creativity with your pizza. You can also add toppings when you get home for further variety.

Why does no one in this review say MUSTCOOKYOURSELF!!! New to the area looking for a good close pizza spot and went to pick up my pizza and it wasn’t cooked. Wtf??? If I wanted a cafeteria pizza I could go to school and pay way less. S’mores pizza… umm just no on so many levels. How do you mess up chocolate and marshmallows!!! Okay pizza after I took it home and made it.

If you want a unfrozen dinner and to prepare a fresh pizza then go here. One of my favorite childhood pizza places. Always fresh, fast and courteous.

I’ve never been disspointed when pickin up from Papa Murphy’s! Their pizzas are delicious and they usually ALWAYS have great specials! It’s great watching your food being prepared in front of your eyes and having the ability to customize any pizza of your choice. It’s no mystery why Papa Murphy’s is always voted among top Pizza Chains!

Always love Papa Murphys. Grabbed a pie at 8:45 just before they closed. 2HS girls working the late shift alone. They were still super friendly as they cleaned up the counters and rang me up.

looking for an alternative to greasy greasy pizza? mystery meat? well, Papa Murphy’s is great because you can customize your pizza however the heck you want. my mother particularly likes this place because it’s less fattening and clever than ordering delivery. i guess you have more control… and plus it’s fresh. i like it.
