Elliott Bay Pizza & Pub

Not sure what happened but this place has gone down hill. Not only was the food mediocre, the service sucked. Our waitress felt more inclined to chatting with her co workers instead of bringing us our checks. We gave her our cards right away when she brought the bills and we timed her, it took 15 minutes for her to bring them back. The whole time we watched her talking to her co workers behind the bar or going and bussing tables while our cards just sat at the register. The place was no where near busy. Who in their right mind thinks it’s ok to make a customer wait that long for their bill to be returned? Safe to say we will not be returning or recommending this place like we used to.

Pizza was delicious. Awesome beer rotation. Five star on food and beer without a doubt. –1 star for a few things that bugged me.
1. Dress your own Cesar salad. I don’t think I’ve ever been to any restaurant where you get your Cesar dressing on the side.
2. Waitress didn’t inform us of the happy hour specials. We found the little happy hour flyer about ten minutes after happy hour was over. I ordered one of the happy hour beers for my second beer after happy hour was over. I would have made it my first choice had I known it was on happy hour. it was half price during happy hour. I also probably would have ordered a happy hour appetizer.
3. I love the beer menu that gives you a ton of info on each beer. But no price? I had no Idea I was ordering $ 7.50 and $ 8 beers. Well we had three beers each $$$$$. I had no idea I was about to spend nearly $ 90(including tip) for pizza and beer before walking in there. I definitely could have saved some money had we known about the happy hour and if they added some prices to their already well informed beer menu. Now that I know about their happy hour and to ask about beer prices, I will be back.
Please put beer prices on your menu.

It’s all about the Elliot bay special! You can tell all the ingredients are of exceptional quality. I’ve also had a sandwich here that had ham and pineapple and although I can’t remember the name I would highly recommend it. The bar has some serious beers! If you like good craft beer then you will be leaving here smiling.

My boyfriend loves this place so we always end up stopping when we are up in the area. I really like their pizza, he really loves their pasta dishes. Huge portions and also a great selection of beer. Knocked off a star due to very slow service all times I have been there. This last time our waiter seemed «lost» — aka high or drunk? I have no idea. Took forever to get our food and our check, and it wasn’t all that busy. Maybe they were short staffed in the kitchen.

Our office has ordered 2 large orders from them recently. Always such nice customer service over the phone, delivery and pick-​up. Food is always fresh and our order is always correct (which is usually not the case when ordering a large order from other establishments). We highly recommend them!

So, why would I give a place that messed up both my pizza and my husbands pizza yesterday. The waitress. I don’t re ember her name but she kept us informed of what was happening. First she came and told my husband his pizza was made with thin crust and he wanted the thicker one. No biggie he was fine. Then the pizza I asked for, the original, the cook made it with peppers and onions. Again no biggie. She was really straight forward and said they’d make them both again but those weren’t that big a deal. So, the pizzas came. Yummy. My husband loves New York style and he is very picky. Over all great pizza, great service and we will go back. I wish I knew her name but she worked yesterday at 3−4pm, I’d call and let management know. We appreciate the communication with us and her «owning their mistakes.»

We visited for our first time on a Thursday — we enjoyed the big TVs with the TNF game on!
The service was very good, the prices were average. We had a Lg Pepperoni pizza. The Pizza had lots and lots of cheese with very thin crust. The outer crust was delish! The crust under the pizza was soggy and thin.
They had several different options for sauce. We went with the Elliott Bay classic pizza sauce. It was okay — nothing special.
They put their pepperoni under the cheese — again there is lots of cheese :)
I would go back, but it would not be my first choice for pizza in the area. If you want a fun atmosphere to watch a game and eat pizza, this is a good choice. If you are just wanting a great pizza you might want to consider your other options.

Love the food here! Pizza and salads are amazing and there are lots of other options too!

So weird. Great spot for a much needed brew pub. Fascinating collection of brews. Bartender could not have cared less about what he was serving. No offer on samples. No insights on the selections. Good luck if you venture in. Hope you know your beers better than I. The other weird thing fully hopping with peeps at 10 and they close!

The food was actually pretty good, I ordered the Cuban sandwich which very tasteful aside from the extremely crunchy sub bread. Unfortunately the place wasn’t that busy and we spent a very long time getting our food & waiting for check…

Well here you get two choices. Sit in the bar and get good service or don’t and get absolutely horrible service. Food is good though. Plus they have a good selection of beer

This place is a hidden gem right next to the jet in Mill Creek. I’ve been coming here for years and love bullshitting with the owner about his great beer selection. He really strives in making sure that he is constantly bringing in new tasty beers, to fullfill his 18 taps, to match the awesome pizza and sandwichs.
3 pigs in the blanket is my favorite sandwich: with the bbq sauce garlic mix over pork loin, ham and bacon.
The product is always top notch consistentancy and the service is always impeccable

I keep coming back to this place for only one reason. The pizza is actually good. Olivia happens to be the best server, the rest seem to have been staring at the sun for far to long.
I went in for a pick-​up gave them my number and they rang me up and said my pizza would be coming up shortly.(thin blond) 30 mins later I questioned the delay and her response was «O sorry I forgot». Keep in mind it was me and one other person at the bar.

Great pizza and even better salads. I usually only go for wood fired pizza joints, but they do great pizza here. I love their salads, especially the cashew chicken salad. The 3 little pigs sub is really good. It’s got bacon, ham, and pulled pork and is a great deal for a 12 inch sub at 11 $.
I usually pick up food to go here, but I like to eat in too since they have a great selection of beers. It can get a little crazy in the weekend and waits can get long.

Went in tonight and had a horrible experience. Was not busy at all. Blonde server forgot to put in beer order. 20 minutes later it arrived. We sat at a table next to cash register and or server spent another 15 minutes cashing a male customer. Pick up time.

I want to like this place so bad! If it were not for the HORRIBLE customer service I think I would love it. I have tried numerous times only to get mad and frustrated! The last time was about 2 months ago. I ordered a pizza for pick up. When I got there they said they were backed up and it would be 15 minutes. I told the girl no problem I’ll get a beer while I wait. She handed me a menu and said someone would be right over to take my drink order. Numerous waiters passed me and so did the girl who sat me. I sat there for over 10 minutes and not one person stopped to see what I wanted. My pizza arrived on my table 15 min later and a «oh, did no one take your drink order?» I’m sorry, but you walked by me 5 times and saw I had nothing in front of me AND I even stopped a waiter to take my order and they said someone would be by shortly.
Tonight I wanted a pizza delivered and I sat on hold for 15 minutes! Did they forget about me? I hung up and called back to be placed on hold again. I told the young man I wouldn’t hold and asked about delivery to find out it would be an hour and a half.
This place has lost me. I will not be trying again. There are better places that actually care about their customers. I will be going there instead.

First time for trying this place. I was impressed and will return another time for a sub or maybe I’ll give the pizza a try.
The atmosphere was inviting and casual. The place was very busy, but we were greeted right away we were directed to sit wherever we liked. Our server was very friendly and fast. The menu was had numerous options and everything sounded so delicious!
I ended up ordering a side caesar salad and a rosemary chicken sub. The salad was well worth the price. It was a good size and the dressing was very nice. I’m not sure if the dressing was store bought or house made, but it was excellent. The rosemary chicken sub was WOW! It was seasoned just right and was cheesy and had the perfect amount of ingredients (chicken, mushrooms, herbed butter, cheese) all on a great piece of french bread with a pickle on the side. Everyone at our table was very happy with their meal, except my sister said her side order of fries weren’t that good.
I will be back for more!

Great sandwiches. I always get the Reuben here even though I would like to try their other sandwiches. The bread is different from fastfood chains which is a good thing.
Can’t comment on their pizza since I have never tried it.
They rotate their draft but they usually have MAc & Jack or Manny’s. One of my go to places when I’m craving a sub.

Solid pizza, and brew-​centric. Half the place is restaurant, and half is bar.
House salad was fresh, and literally too big for the plate, as its stack of tomatoes slid off the lettuce pile onto the table as the kitchen guy set down the plate: «Are you gonna want new tomatoes?» the good-​natured dude asked. He should have just brought new tomatoes without asking, of course, but he was young, and this is more pub than restaurant.
We ordered the Fontanini pizza. It had spicy sausage, tomatoes, and roasted red peppers generously laid upon it. It was tasty, though the under-​cheese crust could have been either thicker or crispier.
The place is clean, and there are plenty of TVs if, for some strange reason, you like baseball. I imagine you’d need to be here at opening to have a seat for the Hawks. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time to get our bill.

They are coated with a mere barbecue sauce, and maybe just called Hot wings for the Hell of it.
So, pass on the wings — But don’t pass on the pizza! They don’t skimp on the toppings, and the crust tastes freshly made.
If you are thinking about dining in, they have a nice friendly — family — feel interior (with a large screen TV to catch your favorite sporting events). And adjacent to the dining area is a bar (adults only), where you can order a craft beer, and catch the game as well.
Don’t forget they deliver — In case you want to stay in your pajamas, drink your own damn beer, and watch the game from home. :)
